Umbridge, deciding she couldn't stay in her office all day, came out of her office and heard Percy ask who the wand belonged too. "I've no idea,"she told him wearily, trying to remember who's wand it was.

"Oh, well that's...brilliant..." muttered Percy skeptically and rubbed his eyes.

Her expression softened and she sat down, waiting for the first suggestion. She had only just been informed of this a couple hours ago so she was kind of short on ideas. She was more focused on the worry of somebody from the ministry finding out where they were. "D'you think Severus will still be able to teach?" she asked. "We have nobody else for Defense against the Dark Arts."

He looked down at the floor, knowing that this wasn't all Snape's fault.

"It is a possibility," Albus replied, nodding at his Deputy. Turning back to Severus he added, "Thou you would of course have to change your appearance and identity."

"Of course," Severus replied. "The preparations have already been started for this likelyhood for most of us."

"I don't think the Potters or the Weasleys have to change. They really didn't have anything to do with what happened to the minister. They were just trying to fight the deatheaters. But they'll have to be low about the situation." added Minerva. She turned to Snape. "Is there anybody left at the house? Deatheaters?"

"Only dead bodies..." he said before the professor could answer. "Er...sorry..."

Snape was about to point out that Fudge and Umbridge had been ready to arrest Lily alongside himself, but stopped and merly nodded in acknowledgement of Minerva's words.

"It is alright Dobby." he replied looking down at the elf. Looking back up he added, "Dobby is right, Vold---the dark lord managed to escape with Lucius and Bella. The rest are dead." He still found himself unable to say his former master's name.

"Isn't that the Ministry Official we sent after them's wand?" Mad-Eye Moody asked his back was turned to the group, he was contemplating warning the group and exposing his double-sided doings or being evil and going against them for killing his comrade and co-worker!

Winky looked around the room and walked forward, stepping next to Dobby. "Don't worry Dobby Winky will make sure that Dobby fits in, in the kitchens." Winky nodded.

"I know that you do Remus, I-I felt sorry and sad for Sirius when h-he jumped infront of th-that sp-spell for me. I was the one who should be dead, not him!" Lily said and sighed, she was glad she was alive though, it was a hard feeling to feel, guilt and remorce all at once.

"Professor, might I add that the magical world views me as dead, and knows how I look because of numerous books on Harry." Lily pointed out simply and gave her a quick concerned smile.

"That was the ministry officals wand." Moody said and turned on his heal to face them, his eye looking around the room quickly, "No ones listening in, that I know of." He said and rubbed his hands together, "If I know Potter-and I do, she'd suggest something as simple as going to hogwarts." His eyes swivveled and he noticed one thing out of place, the dark mark Voldemorts tattoo on Umbriges arm. "May I be excused to go to the bathroom?" He asked quickly.

Minerva looked down, mournfully. Poor Sirius and James. They had always been mischevious during their time at Hogwarts, but they hadn't deserved to die. They were good wizards.

He gave Snape a weak smile and looked at Dumbledore, nervously. He took Winky's hand.

"Ministry official?" He examined the wand again. "Do you really think he would cast dark magic? An employee of Fudge kill him?"

Noticing Lily's feelings, Severus absentmindedly placed a hand on her arm as she was seated besides him.

Dumbledore, always observant, noticed the gesture and made a mental note to keep an eye on the two. "Perhaps it would be wise if the adults change while the others stay the same."

"No he had a mark on the back of his head from a blunt object Percy, I believe his wand was confiscated!" Mad Eye explained simply, "And no I don't think an employee would kill Fudge!"

Lily gave Severus a thankful smile, as he took her seat. "I believe that would be a good plan, should we use a spell to make Fred and George look different--or will you two just break the spell and act like normal?" Lily looked over to them skeptically before turning back to Dumbledore.

"It is the ministry officials, there's a M for 'Ministry of Magic' on the handle right there," Moody pointed at the marked M. "And I can find out who used it," Moody said and quickly took a step forward, "Priori incantantora" he whispered and closed his eyes, "It was that house elf." He said simply biting down his teeth, "That ruddy house elf!"

"How--" He was dumbfounded. "How can you prove that? Let me see!"" He seized the wand from the crazy old man and examined it for himself. A grave expression appeared on his face. "You fool. This was..." He drew in a sharp breath. "It was Severus Snape!" He suddenly snorted. "Elf?! How do you come up with that?" He rolled his eyes.

"Because Severus Snape was a member of the Order of the Pheonix, and if you look on the illegal magic chart here there was illegal magic of high power used at the house. That power is stronger than any under-aged wizard alone, and there would be no under aged wizards there."

"If you wish to fire me, then you might want to fire her too." He pointed to Umbrige, "She's a death eater. Trust the magical eye mate." Moody said before quickly summoning his things to him and apparating to Hogsmeade. He quickly tapped his belongings and made them become pocket sized before going inside the school, he knew they were there he could see them as he walked to the Professors stairway. He quickly said the password and made his way up the stairs.

Opening the door he walked in, "He's onto you. Percy that is."

"Whatever!" he sneered, haughtily. "Just get out of my sight, you senile old man." Moody had been way too chummy with Albus Dumbledore and therefore he couldn't be trusted.

Albus looked up as Moody walked in. At the auror's words he replied with a serious tone, "Alastor, please explain," as he motioned him to an empty seat.

Severus turned as the door opened again. Seeing it admit Moody he sighed and turned back around at Dumbledore's words. The two had never got along especially since Snape's trial.

"Oh he fired me for trying to explain that it wasn't Snape who cast the spell...it came up as underage or illegal magic on the chart--and I know that the order wouldn't allow underage wizards and witches into the headquarters unless they are trained like Harry, Ron, and Hermione, and Ginny too were." Moody said and sighed, "He fired me right before I told him that Umbrige was a Death Eater. I could see the mark under her sleeve, thats how I know who has been or who is a death eater." He explained and sighed. "The chart labled it as a 'Elfin Magic' so I knew it was no child, it was too powerful." He explained again.

"You fixed the charts then so that they said what type of magic it is?" Lily asked skeptically.

"Yes, so we would escape having problems like we had with Harry who was protecting himself!" He explained, "I believe Percy is trying to compensate for his nearly-masters demise by firing all who were close to you." He explained to Dumbledore. "Which means in time your father will be out of a job," He explained looking at Fred, George, and Ginny in time.

"I see," Dumbledore replied as Moody explained. Turning to the potions master infront of him he replied, "That makes it more important for you to disappear, Severus, if he's so comvinced it was you."

"Wonderful," Severus replied lowering his head causing his hair to block his face. "Once again my life made more difficult by a Weasley," he muttered.

"Oh atleast it won't look odd" Lily whispered, "I mean c'mon if people saw a professor hanging around all of us as we are 'dressed' and 'look' like students, then it might be odd." Lily said and laughed. "This should be an interesting experiment, no?"

Its no problem Severus, I understand your hesitation...you were tormented by James and everyone really back when we were in school. Maybe it could be different this time--just don't let your hair get greasy and kids won't call you a 'grease monkey' or anything like that...and if you don't spy on people you might get a better rep then before. Lily thought to him and gave him a consoling smile, If it makes you feel any better I always really snapped at James and everyone when they mocked you.

Darn, I was gonna keep the greasy hair, Severus replied sarcastically.Thinking for a moment he added with a sigh, If we're to be students again, how about we get the ruddy hat to place me in Ravenclaw this time around. I'd rather not have to deal with Malfoy and the rest of my former charges as housemates.

Probably a good plan then. Lily said and chuckled aloud, Would be a little odd to have that happen, eh? Might be good If I weren't a Gryffindor myself...I mean, if I saw some first years flirting with Harry I think I'd lunge at them! Lily said and laughed. Some little kids in the school were too randy.

Umbridge was very aggitated after Moody's accusation. She was rubbing her arm and her eyes were darting around the room. "I think I'll go back to my office,"she said, clearing her throat and walking away.
