It was three in the morning and all hell had broke loose at the Black's house earlier in the night. Fudge, Sirius, and number of other deatheaters were dead, their bodies sprawled against the floor. A small group who were hiding out in the house evacuated the area quickly and apparated to Hogwarts. It was the only place they couldn't be traced for questioning. They were standing in front of Dumbledore's office, other teachers were waiting for them.
At the ministry, Umbridge had just arrived and informed Percy and the counsel of everything that just happened.

Hagrid looked at the group that was standing there as he had been the one asked to lead them to the office. "Blimey I never thought I'd see the day that Lily Potter was alive and well! Where's James?" He asked as innocently as possible.
"He died, I was under the cloak and he hid me to protect me, my parents sacrificed themselves for our family and well--we've been fighting death eaters underground for years, he was killed last week." She explained and sighed.

"Well You two were threatened by mum but I never was!" Ginny said and laughed. "I mean c'mon you two did leave school early to start a shop! I mean there's still part of your swamp on the fifth floor!" Ginny said and looked over to Hargrid egging him on with her eyes.
"Right then. SilverFin" he said and the staircase revealed itself. He led the group up the stairs and knocked on the door. "Professor, there are er-people to meet you."

Ginny followed Lily and stood to her side, nervously. She was anxious as to what would happen what they would have to do. She could simply do a hair-changing spell and be fine she was the right age.

Percy shook his head in shock after Umbridge finished her report about everything that happened. "Unbelievable..." he said, shuffling through some ministry files. "Action has to be taken immediately, we can't afford to have all these nutcases on the loose..." He examined the wand that she said was the one that caused dear Fudge's death. "D'you know who this belonged to?" he asked.
Professor McGonagul was among the professors looking exhausted and concerned. She was also slightly annoyed at the ungodly hour they chose to show up. "Severus..." she said, quietly as she saw him enter.
Dobby was staring at the ground as he followed the others in, timidly. "DUMBLE--" The elf was about to shriek when he saw the headmaster but decided against it. Snape would probably murder him if he did by now. | |

"Minerva..," Severus replied with a nod, acknowledging his fellow HoH. "Headmaster," he said as he took charge of the weary refugees. "We no doubt apologize for the lateness of this meeting, but I sure you understand the necessity of it as I explained in my missive."
"Of course Severus," Dumbledore replied, his usual tone marred by the gravity of the situation. "Please, do sit down," he added, scanning the group as he conjured up a few extra chairs. As he waited for them to sit he went on. "Now we must discuss any future actions that need to be taken."
