Excelsior had never been around this many people before, he was happy just to watch and take everything in that was happening for the moment, but he felt something he hadn't really known before, a sense of peace, of belonging. He recognized his cousin Teresa, he wondered if she remembered him. "Hi Teresa," he said happily.

Excelsiior was glad that he had escaped from the presence of his father, who was never in a very good mood and never allowed any kind of festivity to go on in his presence. This was such a great atmosphere, he wanted to stay here forever! Well, at least a couple of days more...

Angelina tightly hugged Teresa back. "Oh, no worries then dear. Shes probably trying to make everything fit." She reassured her, then looked over towards the stairs as she heard quite afew loud voices. All belonging to the young ones upstairs, though Ang didn't mind. Kids would be kids.

"Well, alot of kids. Actually. Kaitlynnh, Julian, Mackayla, Legend, Caleb, Jae, Danny, Carissa, Briggite.. then Wyatt, Jordan, and Emmylyne is in the kitchen, with a surprise guest of ours.. Axel; I knew him when he was even young then you, Teri." She explained with a smile. Chuckling at the question, the elderly woman nodded. "Yes, it has. That was just from a small accident with milk and cookies." As another child came to mind, Ang added: "Oh, and Emmys baby is here too, of course."

Katie smiled to Brigitte. Normally, she didn't like playing with girls younger then herself. They annoyed her, but, Brigitte was an exception. She wasn't annoying at all. Lily and Wendy on the other hand..

Seatting herself back on the bottombunk she'd chose. The young girl tilted her head to the side, as each of their left bags floated into the room. Grandmama Angelina must have done it by magic. Smiling, she got up from her bottombunk bed and grabbed her backpack.

Rubbing his forehead as he re-entered the room, after the luggage, Julian shook his head. "I do not like hovering bags. They need eyes! They're painful.." Stupid things had run right into him!

"So what are we going to do?" He asked, addressing the boys while he quietly went to the end of his sisters bed. "Oy. Whats wrong with you Cub?" Jul asked with an eyebrow raised.

"Do not call me 'Cub' again." Katie huffed, scowling as she turned her attention from rummaging through her bag to looking to her twin. "And nothing." She just had an odd feeling.. but wasn't going to say anything. Kaitlynnh wasn't going to take the chance and have Legend hear, he was bound to either tease or make fun of her.

St. Mungos?

Emmylyne dropped the cutting knife and spun around on the spot. She wanted to know exactily what had happened but restrained herself, knowing she'd be told later. Nodding understandingly, Emmys gaze wandered over to Lainie, as her child seemed to become a chatterbox. "Mamamama!" Lainie mumbled, making a spit bubble as she drummed her small rubber cow off her highchair feeding tray. "Moomooo."

"James reminds me of you, at that age.. Merlin, I feel for those little girls upstairs! If I'm correct, their outnumbered by the boys." Emmy spoke with a smile. Taking the two black olives in hand as she walked over to Lainie.

"Give Mama your hand," Doing as her mother asked, The little one placed her tiny hand in her mums big one. After putting the olives onto the tips of her daughters finger, Emmy turned back around and put the chopped veggies into a bowl.

Glancing sideways to her best friend, She started cutting the fresh tomatos. "Although I hate to complain, or disagree. Life could have been better.. it never was what I'd dreamed of, after school." Emmy said, honestly. Her tone quite soft, "After graduating.. Benji proposed, obviously. And, mum wasn't pleased. She disaproved greatly. Shes still not happy, about that. Then Lainie came along.. and if everything wasn't down hill already, it went in a waggin that time." She shrugged slightly. Gaze now on the red pieces on the cutting board.

"I'll admit, Lainie wasn't.. planned, to be frank. Mum kept saying that I'd ruined the life I could have had, by getting married and starting a family at such a young age. Said I wouldn't be able to handle it, and I'd regret it." Pausing, She turned around, hands behind her back supporting her as she leanned against the counter. "And I'll admit, It has been hard.. Benjamin is always working, hes hardly ever home, but I love him, and I don't know where I'd be today without my little angel, even if she can be a handful. I don't regret any of it.. but it still sort of hurts, you know?" Her mother had her afew years after graduating as well. So that wasn't a comfort, What was she trying to say? That she'd experienced it. Emmy merely shook her head, as if making the thoughts vanish.

OOC: Just to be sure everyone knows XD Emmy and Lainie are in the kitchen, Katie and Julian are in the little kids room, and Angelina is in the livingroom.

Danny woke up after a fallen asleep in the kitchen. The last thing he remembered was being dragged into the kitchen by Jae. But now he wondered where everybody was. He didnt even remember saying hi to anybody. He looked around for a familiar face and saw a group of boys and saw that they looked like they were planning on exploring. He wondered close to them but didnt say anything.

Legend looked up as he saw someone walk into the room. "Oh, hi Danny. I forgot you were here." He said, the he pointed to the bed beside him and the one beside it. "You can choose the bottem bed of this bunk or that bed." Legend said with a smile. "We're going exploring want to come?"

Danny blushed when Legend forgot he was here. "I fell asleep in the kitchen." he said quietly. He shifted his leg slightly and looked over at the bed. He needed to remember that was his bed. He then looked back at Legend when he said if he wanted to go exploring with them.

"Where are you guys going to go exploring?" he asked a little shyly. He knew them, but was still as shy as ever. His big brown eyes blinked as he looked at Legend.

"Careful Caleb," Jae warned as he watched the boy almost smack himself senseless. He then, not using the ladder, jumped from the top bunk and landed on his feet with ease. He smiled at his accomplishment and looked to Legend who was now climbing down from his very own bed.

"Mind readin' would be nice. I'd like to try it on me brotha'." Then remembering Danny when Legend spoke of Julian, he started looking for the boy. "What 'bout Danny? We 'ave anotha' bed for him, yeah?" he asked He then nodded, motioning to the direction Julian was in. "He's there."

"Let's start our exploring, shall we?" the boy asked, moving towards the door with a mischevious grin. If you looked closely, you could almost see the same look on his older cousin Dusty's face.

He walked out of the room, hoping that the other boys would follow. Even if they didn't he wouldn't care. He'd have fun no matter who he was with. He was a Flint after all, and Flints, along with the Phoenix's, never passed up a chance to go exploring.

Axel chuckled at Emmy's reaction when he said he'd been in St. Mungo's. "Thought you might give a reaction like that. You did when we were about..fourteen. Remember? Me and Benji had to go there after...an experiment gone wrong," he laughed lightly, thinking of Ben.

He then smiled as she mentioned his young cousin. "I'll take that as a compliment. I call him James, but he likes Jae better. You know how he got that name? It's actually really cool. I hope to do something like that when I have kids one day," he said simply. Kids. Wow, was he thinking ahead or what?

"Actually, sometimes I see my brother in him. Dusty is a really big influence on the boy. Sometimes I'm not so sure if that's a good thing," he joked.

Axel nodded as she spoke about her life, cursing himself for being absent once they graduating. He then wondered if it had been different for her mother if it had been him as the one who proposed. Stop! You've got to stop thinking like this!

Lainie wasn't planned? He didn't see that one coming at all. Then again, he didn't know that Benji had ever wanted kids in the first place. But they had never actually talked about that. They merely talked about pranks when they were young boys at Durmstrang. Everything seemed so different back then and now everything was more difficult. He still considered himself a boy no matter how many times his Aunt Catriona had told him he had grown into a fine man.

He nodded, knowing it must hurt to hear words that you didn't think would come out of your mother's mouth. Then again, he would like to hear anything come out of his dead mother's mouth if that only meant he could be with her one more time.

Danny stood quietly listening to Jae. He then watched as he left the room without noticing he was there. He was use to it. He was always the quietest person in the group and he didnt mind much. His sister and brother were loud enough for him.

He turned back to Legend who said to follow Jae. He walked toward the door and went after him. "Ill take the bottom bunk if nobody has it." he said. He then let a blush warm his cheeks. He didnt mean to fall asleep but he had been up all night. "I dont know how I fell asleep. I guess I was pretty tired." he said with a tiny smile that lit up his face.

Smiling slightly, as she thought back to then, Emmylyne nodded. "Yes, I remember. how could I forget? You two always kept me on my toes, whenever we were out of school, that is."

tossing the chopped tomatos into the bowl, She giggled lightly. "You should take it as a compliment." It wasn't a bad thing, not at all. "Nope, How did he get that nickname?" Raising her eyebrows, rather surprised by his comment, Emmy gave Axel a curious look. "Mmm, I see. Is there someone special in your life I should know of?" Hiding the fact that she didn't care for that thought, was quite easy after all the years.

Going through the fridge once more, The young woman took out the three pizza bread things. Whatever it was called, Emmy couldn't think of it. "Really? I me- Erm, I saw Dusty and Valencia. I had the kids over last summer, Turns out Valencia and one of my younger sisters, Savannah, are good friends. Seems Anna is also pretty taken with Dusty too."

"I assume you'll be taking care of those two now?" She continued on to ask.

Julian rolled his eyes. Katie was being weird, but she'd probably talk to Mackayla later. Turning his attention back on the boys, Jul nodded to his cousin. "Go for it Danny,"

Brigitte couldn't help but laugh when when Katie and her brother started arguing. "Why does he call you cub?" She asked. Here and Carissa had nicknames for each other, but they were all easy to figure out, Cub was not so easy to find where it came from. Brigitte didn't know if it was really hard to figure out or if sje just didn't understand at her young age.

Carissa walked over to the beds and found an empty top bunk and set her trunk down on it. "Brigitte come here, there's a bottom bunk to this bed. That way I can have the top and you can have to bottom."

Brigitte looked up as her sister called her over, she walked to her. "What if I don't want to share a bunk bed with you?" She asked sticking her nose up at her sister.

Carissa started arguing back at her sister, "We always share a bunk and momma said so" WHen brigitte responded to that one they both got into an even bigger argument.

Brigitte didn't want to share a bunk with her sister and when Carissa wouldn't hear no for an answer Brigitte walked over to her trunk and started throwing everything that was in onto the ground. By the time Carissa was finnished yelling at her to pick everything up, Brigitte had already emptied it. She ran down stairs to get away from her sister. Once she was in the kitch she helped herself to yet another cookie.

Jordan looked up as she heard her cousins voices coming from upstairs. She could tell that they were arguing yet one again. "Oh Brother" She said rolling her eyes. When the yelling finally stoped Jordan saw Brigitte runnin down the stairs and into the kitchen. "Now they've done it" She said and turned back to Wyatt.

Jae turned around and walked backwards as he talked to the boys. "Erm..if I 'ave been 'ere before, I can't rememba'. I musta been just small," he laughed, holding his hand to the apparpriate height he might've been the last time he was here.

"I know Axel's been 'ere before. I think him and Emmy were school friends. I never knew that though.." he said thoughtfully. He did think it was pretty coll that his cousin knew his friend's sister, but he still didn't know why he hadn't known that before.

He then turned around to face forwards and walked down the stairs. "Shall we go outside then?" he asked his friends. His twilight blue eyes twinkled at the thought of exploring the outdoors. He then turned to young Danny and smiled, putting an arm around him to lead him outside. "Having fun with us Danny?" He didn't want the young boy to be totally left out. He was shy and Jae was the total opposite. Although, Vee once told him that opposites usually attract. So he thought that him and Danny would be great friends.

Axel chuckled, placing all of the cheese onto a plate and moving it over to Emmy's chopped tomatoes. "We always were getting into trouble, weren't we?" He missed Benji. That was his best mate and he hadn't seen him in four years. That was way too long.

"Well, my aunt Catriona was in love with the name James. So they decided that would be his first name. But then my uncle Conway wanted him to have his father's name, but then Cat wanted her father's name too. Therefore, they named him James Andrew Everett. J-A-E, for the first initials of each of his three names. Clever, wasn't it?" he explained.

He then shook his head, running his fingers through the mess of brown hair atop it. "No one. I haven't found the perfect person yet. My dad taught me well I guess you could say. When I find her, I'll know it." I have found her you idiot. It's her! Just tell her! No! Don't! She'll hate you for it! What should I do?

"Really? Vee said something to me about your family when she came to see me at St. Mungo's a couple of months ago. That's sort of how I got back to talking with Angelina. She told me you'd be here, so here I am, in the flesh," he laughed. "Is she now? Dusty can be quite the charmer. I've no idea who he gets it from. Vee insists it's from me, but I dunno if I can agree," he said, rubbing the back of his neck.

He nodded. "Yeah. I've just bought an apartment. I haven't told her or Dusty yet. I'm sure they'll be excited. I'm a bit nervous though. I'm not even twenty-one and I'm about to take care of two kids. I mean, I know they're older, but it's still a big step for me," he mused. Of course he would spill his heart out to the woman he loved. Was that so bad?

Danny looked to his older cousin and gave him his shy smile. "Ok, I will." he said. He then felt an arm being put around his neck and he looked at the face. He let out a blush again as Jae asked him if he was having fun with them.

"Yeah I am." he said a smile forming on his face. He always did have fun at his grandma's house, and he didnt see this time being any diffrent. "So where are we going?" he asked looking around at them all.

Hearing Brigtte ask Katie a question about why Julian called her Cub, Legend ran back into the room. "He calls her that because she's such a baby. And a baby bear is called a cub. Baby bears are harmless, and so is Katie so that's why he calls her that." Legend said laughing and running out of the room again in case Katie decied to attack.

"Makes sense." Legend said still laughing about what he said to Katie.
"Yeah let's go outside!" Leg said with a big smile. "But er if you don't remeber being here before how will we get to the backyard?"

Brigitte walked back into the room just in time to her Legend's explaination for whe Julian called Katie "Cub". She really didn't like the answer that she got, it actually made her rather mad the he would answer like that. Brigitte threw back her arm as if she were about to throw the cookie that she still had in her hand at him. But decided that she would rather eat the cookie than throw it at someone. Then she turned back to Kaite, "That was mean, aren't you gonna go after him. Here you can even throw my cookie at him if you wish" Brigitte said smiling back at Katie.

Emmylyne thought for a moment, but thats all it took to get a good answer. "Yeah! I honestly can't remember amonth go by without one of you getting in some sort of trouble," An innocent smile was playing at her lips. She too, had gotten herself in some trouble back then too, sometimes with the boys, and sometimes on her own. Still, there was no need to mention it.

"Yes, that is clever." She agreed with anod. Spreading sauce lightly across the pizza. As Lainie made a silly noise, chewing on a black olive and moving her other finger just to watch the other olive move.

"I understand." Emmy replied in the same soft tone. One part of her didn't want him to find that girl, as if they'd be less close again when he did. And the other part was angry that she could think such a thing. He was her best friend! Since they were little! He deserved the best. And thinking that way was not okay.

Her mouth came open slightly, rather shocked that no one had told her, but on the contrary she picked up a whole olive, turned, and threw it at him with a childish smirk. "Thankyou so very much for sending me a letter! Merlin, I could have been with you at St. Mungos! I was there for the longest time, with one of my brothers. And I agree with your sister, Dusty must get it from you."

Taking the cheese he passed her, she started putting loads on the pizza, then added the other veggies. All in few seconds, she was quick when it came to cooking. "I'm happy for you. They need you, and you'll do fine. I'll help whenever you need me too."

"I want to know more about that.." Katie spoke up. Leaving her bag on her bed as she walked over to the group of boys. "Kayla, Carissa. Are you two coming?" She asked with a hint of curiousity.

"I call her Cub cause her nickname is KatieCub." Julian answered. A confused look crossed his face, as Brigitte and Carissa got into a big argument and Brigitte reacted badly. But turned back to the boys, and his sister. "Erm, Katie, I think it was just going to be us boys." He hesitantly said, Rubbing the back of his neck uneasily.

Raising an eyebrow, Kaitlynnh put her hands on her hips. "Well thats just tough cookies, isn't it?" She asked sarcastically, shrugging off Juls comment. She was going either way. "So, shall we go then?"

The young girl gasped, at Legends response to her nickname. Oh he was dead! "You are such a prat! Lysander!" She exclaimed, crossing her arms with a pout as her baby blue eyes turned on the ground.

Julian was too busy laughing to do anything but lean against the wall. "Good going Legend, You've made the cub mad."

Looking to Brigiite, She shook her head. "Thankyou though, Brig, thats nice of you." She softly said.

"If you day so" brigitte said when Katie turned down her offer to have her cookie. She just simply finnished eating it.

Carissa finnished putting everything back into her trunk and walked over to Katie when she asked her if she was coming. "We are, i mean were we going?" She asked as she heard Julian say that it would only be boys.

Jae smiled down at Danny. "Good! I'm glad!" he exclaimed. He planned on taking Danny under his wing. Jae was extremely outgoing and he could tell that Danny was just plain shy. "Outside of course!" he said, answering Danny's next question.

He then turned to Legend and bit his lip. "Erm..we can find our way out! It shouldn't be too hard, yeah? Then it'll be like an adventure in itself!" He was excited to go exploring. It seemed like the girls wanted to come as well. He didn't have a problem with it, but it looked like, to him, that some of the boys did.

Katie, it seemed, wasn't in the best of moods. When she called Legend a name he hadn't heard before he chuckled. "Is that your..real name?" he asked, trying to surpress a laugh. He then smiled and nudged him. "Only jokin' mate," he assurred him. "Let's find our way outside!" he said suddenly.

Axel nodded. Obviously this was a touchy subject for the both of them. Maybe she feels the same way about me as I feel about her? No, that's impossible. I'd literally slit my throat for her right now. Stop thinking like that! Look, you're sweating now you idiot! He was indeed sweating. He bit his lip and pushed up the sleeves of his sweater.

"Erm..want me to put those pizzas in the oven?" he quickly asked. Nice job, now you can sweat even more! Everything was happening so quickly in his head. He wanted so badly just to walk up to her and take her--No! Stop! Shut up you!

The next thing he knew, an olive hit him directly in the face. He laughed, taking it off and throwing it back. "Now then today wouldn't have been a surprise if I had told you, now would it?" he said cheekily. He then paused and looked at her. "One of your brothers was there too? Maybe he was in the same ward as me," he chuckled. He then wished he hadn't of said that. This could be a touchy subject for her. He instantly felt terrible.

"So you're saying that I'm good with the ladies as well?" he chuckled, biting his lower lip. Oh man, you shouldn't have said anything. It's awkward. Oh it's awkward, it's awkward!

"Will you really help me? That would be..greatly appreciated. I bought the apartment back where all three of us were born. Valencia, Spain. That's how my sister got her name you know. I can't wait to see the looks on their faces," he said excitedly, wiping his hands on a dishtowel. He couldn't wait to talk to Emmy. He had so much to tell her he was practically exploding.

Legend gave Katie a deadly glace. He did care if the girls came with them but she had called him that name again, and that was just pushing it. He walked straight up to Katie and looked her straight in the eye. "Just wait what I have in store for you." He said in a cold voice.

Then he turned to Julian. "KatieCub isn't even a challenge for me so I don't care if she's mad becuase she's just a piccolo bambino" Legend said saying the last to word in Italian. Because that's all Katie was, a small child.

Shaking his head Legend frowned. "That isn't my name. Katie's just weird like that. My name is Legend." He said to Jae tring to make sure no one ever called him that again.

Looking up, As Legend walked forward. Kaitlynnh realized she had just crossed the line, But what he'd said was rude too.

Standing there for a moment, as he spoke in a cold tone to her, real tears started swelling in her baby blue eyes. For once, it was not her being overy dramatic, nor an act. They were real tears, because she was honestly upset.

Seeing the look on her brothers face, Kaitlynnh shook her head. Cheeks already rosy colored. He was her twin brother! He was suppose to protect her! "Spostare!" She demanded in italian; telling him to move. Pushing past Julian as she ran out of the room.

"No idea.." He replied to Carissa, Julian frowned slightly. Shaking his head as Katie looked to him. He was staying out of it. She shouldn't have called him by the name he hated, and he even though just playing around, shouldn't have teased her. She was much too sensitive.

Emmylyne nodded to his offer, "Yes please." Her head whipped around at the sound of running down the stairs. "No running in the house kiddos!" She called, warning them. It wasn't because of the noise, it was because they could get hurt by running around, not paying enough attention.

Giggling, Emmy caught and threw the olive into the sink. "Mmmm.. Nope," He was right, that wouldn't have been a surprise. She chewed on her bottom lip slightly, "He probably was." Her half-brother from her fathers side, Wyatt.

"Yes." She replied simply, with a small shrug. "Regina even had a crush on you, when we were about fifteen. She was thirteen at the time," Emmy smiled. Her sister would keeeell her if she found out she'd told, even if it was along time ago, and she didn't feel the same anymore. "Of course I will!" She quickly add
