Personality - Nich is a hard person to describe. He’s just a decent guy. Friendly, fun-loving, smart but not unbearably so, a little stubborn, moderate tempered, but very hard to break through to. He jokes and laughs and is social, but would rather talk about you instead of himself. A flaw of his is that he has a rather roving eye when it comes to girls. Unintentionally, he’s a heart-breaker. However, he’s a very respectful, loving guy who is unlike most boys his age. Call it the old-fashioned manners. Nich may be smart, but he would rather use all his talent on sports. He enjoys Quidditch as well as several Muggle sports. He’s laid-back. It would take quite a bit to get him to willingly fight someone unless it is in the defense of others. Nich believes in chivalry. Being a vampire excites him more than most other vampires would imagine.
History - He grew up in Russia…through all the phases of Russia. When Krasnoyarsk got a little too heated, the family relocated to Siberia with 4 year old Nich. Miraculously, his parents lived to be very old despite the harsh winters and lack of food. Nich almost didn’t when pneumonia struck him at age 7. The illness destroyed his immune system. Ever since, Nich was sick almost every other months, sometimes healing, sometimes on the verge of death. His mother became his doctor and his teacher because he couldn’t travel to school the two miles.
By age 12, his health improved and the family moved to the heart of St. Petersburg. Nich went to a school for the first time and he also developed a love for boxing. Through that, he built up his speed and strength and was considered rather unbeatable around the neighborhood. His father broke his leg the summer of him being 14 and was debilitated for a year. Since his mother had to take care of his brothers Vladik and Alexei. Nich got a job at his father’s factory and began work there. He was a good worker and soon got up for many promotions. When his father returned, Nich was making more money than he was and accepted a permanent position alongside his father. It continued until Nich was seventeen. The factory began to act rather odd. The older he grew the more understood that his workplace was manipulated by a rough mafia.
One day when he was 17, his boss called him into office and gave him a suspicious looking crate to deliver to a dingy part of the neighborhood. It was full of counterfeit money and government records. Nich’s intuition told him not to do, so instead he reported the ring to the police and got several key members arrested. This was a mistake. His father’s job was closed down and more than 300 workers were fired. Going from neighborhood hero, he became neighborhood slime. One night, when he was finishing off a futile job hunt, he was shot to death by remaining mafia member. As he lay dying in an alley, he felt something sting his arm, but he was too weak to open his eyes.
He woke up screaming bloody murder and a soothing voice echoed in his ears. Time persisted. He thought he was in a hospital with Novocain. He thought he was alive, but by the time the pain faded he realized that his heart was not beating. He had become a vampire and stood up for the first time with the help of Natalia, the one who converted him.
She became his mate after being together for seven months. They left Petersburg and traveled back to Siberia. Natalia was a faithful companion and Nich never thought he could love anyone so much as he loved her. They were together for 30 blissful years. One day, things crumbled. Natalia never came back from her hunt. Terrified, Nich went looking for her and only found footprints and blood stains. When he returned home, he found a letter that said Natalia was dead. He relocated once more, traveling through Europe miserably. He got an offer to join the Volturi, but denied it. This went on for years and there wasn’t anything mentionable about his life back then. Nich actually did get discovered as an actor and had a few low-key movie made. He had talent, but didn’t want to use it. It was after the end of his career that he got a chance to revitalize his love life. He dated a few humans and two or three vampires, but nothing stuck.
Now, he’s at Hogwarts.
Likes - Russia, Quidditch, Arctic animals, traveling, the smell of pears (Natalia’s scent)

Edward is a true gentlemen, but only to the people he knows. Usually, if he doesn't know you, he just doesn't realize you're there or he just nodds and leaves. But he is smart, funny, but he can be overprotective and worried. He's just like that sometimes.

I made Edward's bio short because everyone knows Edward. I'll make Embry's more into my own character 'cause he isn't mentioned much. Hope that's OK.

Embry is very witty and smart, but not smart enough for Ravenclaw. He is naturally shy, but when he gets to know you, he's funny and have and jumpy. He kind of likes his werewolf form, but he won't admit it. He has a need for speed, which makes him want to run. He loves to draw, badly, and he loves to eat. He also loves to be around girls. Ha!

Ooc: Let’s Begin!!
Right now, the Cullens and the Pack have already been transferred into Hogwarts, into the houses you want them to be in after Christmas. Its a week into the second term of the trio’s 7th year, so around Jan 18th. Battle shall commence beginning of February? (Somewhere around there, so we can get some sense of a timeline.)


Hermione Granger sighed as she shoved another large textbook into her already full school bag. This one was named Muggle Studies: How to Operate a Vehicle. She really needed to either get a bigger bag or wish that not all her classes needed such thick textbooks. Brushing a strand of brown hair out of her eyes, she straightened from her bedside table.

Opening the dorm room door, she headed down the staircase to the Gryffindor common room. It was still a bit too early for her to go down to the Great Hall for some breakfast. Looking around some of the early birds, she didn’t see a familiar redhead or head covered with jet black hair. Sighing, she chose one of the comfy seats by the unlit fireplace and pulled out her Transfiguration essay to re-read before she handed it in today.


Rosalie Hale grumbled as she looked over the Tranfiguration homework. Wanting to throw it into the Slytherin common room fireplace, she set down her quill. Who invented such stupid subjects anyways? She thought to herself. School was definitely much harder here, well, considering it was her first time doing it. Nothing would compare to the easy 100% averages she got back in Forks when all she had to do was hand in her homework she had done in a different school, in a different time period.

Dark circles remained under her eyes as she leaned forward to gather her stuff, although unlike most people, it didn't diminish her looks. Instead it enhanced them. Packing her things into her bag with graceful speed, she looked around the still empty common room. It was a few hours after dawn and still these mortals were sleeping. Sighing, she wondered where Emmett was.

Alice Cullen was sat in the gryffindor common room at an unusually early time but as a vampire she obviously could not sleep. The pixie like vampire seemed to emit white light into the common room from her very pale skin but she was glad that she had sat near a window so that it look like it was the morning sun and not her actual skin. On her lap was the transfiguration homework that she was trying to complete. She had already foreseen that she wasnt going to do greatly at it and was trying to at least get a good grade. The vampiress looked up as she heard a door open and close. She watched as Hermione Granger appeared. That was a girl in her class so she remembered. Alice watched with interest as she girl went and sat down.

Jasper didn't understand the way this school catorgorized students. Why did they do it? If you're brave you going into Gryffindor, if you're clever you go into Ravenclaw, if you're cunning and quite sly you're in Slytherin. And, for the rest that didn't fit into those catorgories you were Hufflepuff. How ridiculous!
Jasper thought himself as brave, clever and cunning. What house would they put him in then? Slytherin. Unfortunatley. With all the mortals who looked as if they had gotten away with murder, or beating up a little kid.

The good news was that he was with his sister, Rosalie. He was so grateful that he wasn't in Slytheirn on his own. That would be saying something. He sat with his legs crossed on his bed and watched the other Slytherin boys sleep, he couldn't sleep. He missed it very much.
He decided instead, to go down to the common room. Surely, no one would be there at this time in the morning. He walked down the steps to see Rosalie worrying over some homework.
"Not as easy as Forks high is it?" He said quietly to her, not to wake the other students. Jasper was also struggling on his homework. They had never done this type of work before. Magic and wizards was a whole new thing for them. He sat down opposite her and watched her fiddle around with parchments and a big fat transfiguration text book.

Edward, who was 'pretending' to go to sleep, rolled out of bed and quickly put on his uniform. He ran down stairs to the Gryffindor Common Room, sitting beside Alice. "Morning, Alice," he smiled, running an icy hand through his bronze hair. He saw the Hermione girl in the room, and began to look at his wand, decorated with little ice crystals. He was always fascinated by the magical thing.

Embry Call was in the Hufflepuff Common Room, glad to get little time to himself. He looked around at the yellow couches and decoration. He was stuck in the Badger house. He laughed and scribbled something on his parchment.

Alice looked up from the transfiguration homework, which was near enough finished, although it wasnt done very well. She smiled at her 'brother' as he sat next to her. She was glad that at least one of her family members was in the same house as her. She just hoped that Jasper was alright, she would see him at breakfast so she'd find out. Unless she had a vision of it. "Hey Edward" She greeted frowning down at her homework. She looked at her watching wishing that the time would move faster.

"I finished that last night," Edward said, trying his best to look groggy. He smiled crookedly and looked up toward the dorms. "Bella's still sleeping," he sighed. He hated not sleeping, literally, with Bella of a night. It made him worry too much.

"I saw," Alice admitted, finally feeling that she had tackled the homework with all her might. She folded the parchment up, being careful to keep her speed at human pace. She put it into her green bag which looked odd for a gryffindor. She turned to Edward a worried look on her face. "Edward. Would it seem wierd if I go over to Jasper at breakfast?"

Rolling over in bed, Bella sighed, before throwing off her covers and hurriedly changing into her new uniform. Grabbing the bag she'd filled with school stuff, she left the dorm and entered the common room. Smiling briefly at Hermione, who she had to share a dorm with, she noticed Alice and Edward.

'Hey,' she sighed with slight relief as she made her way over to them. kissing Edward briefly, she took a seat next to them, dropping the bag to the floor and pulling out a parchment with an essay on. 'Either of you finished your Transfiguration work yet?'

Leah yawned and looked at the book in front of her as she shut it, leaning back into the Slytherin armchair. Stupid school. Half of these lessons - she hadn't even heard of half of them. She sighed and looked at the fireplace, bored and tired. Taking a deep breath, she screwed up her nose. Cullens. Brilliant.

"No," Edward said, smiling at her. "It wouldn't." he said, turning over toward Bella. He laughed, kissing her back. "Hey," he grinned, looking at her essay. He shook his head and traced a finger across the indents where she had pressed the pen to the parchment. "Yes," he answered. "Do you need help?" he asked with a crooked smile.

Alice smiled, she knew he was going to say that. She hoped that Jasper was okay, he did have Rosalie so that was okay. She turned to Bella. "Hey. Oh and your going to do okay in the homework. Better than me anyway" She told her with a smile. Seeing the future was very useful.

Bella nodded, looking at the blotchy words on the parchment. 'Erm . . . yes? I have no idea what I was talking about, so I think I do.' She giggled softly and looked at him. 'I'm hoping you knew a little better than I do. Do you?' She turned to Alice as Alice spoke, shaking her head. 'You know, if it weren't for you ability to see the future, I'd think you were playing a trick on me. I really don't think I am gonna do well.'
