Danity Dammond has a secret. It’s not just the fact that she’s a witch. It’s not just any ordinary secret, like the ones typical teenagers have about crushes and such. It’s a dark secret. Danity is not like other girls…she is of extreme beauty and cat-like reflexes. She can hear and see better than any other person alive. She also is incredibly smart. She’s an experiment…gone wrong.

On a dark and stormy night, Danity rushed down the street, trying to get home. She had her hood over her head; the only thing she could see was what was ahead of her. Out of the middle of nowhere she is pulled away by a man, the only thing she remembered was her vision of the rainy street fading away. She woke up several days later, her reflexes, hearing and vision intensified. It was like she was an animal.

But she wasn’t.

While she was unconscious, a man had conducted an experiment on her body. He was trying to see if he could insert two souls in one body. But being as inexperienced as he was in magic, the process went wrong. What really happened was that a replica of Danity was made, but instead of being nice like she was, it was dark and evil. It was like a monster. The two sides clash inside of her mind, causing her to lose control of herself. It was like two people were living in one.

She had to get out, to figure it all out.

One night while the man was gone, Danity awoke to find a spell book next to her. On the page was some notes scribbled down, all failures as to how he could fix her. Everything was scratched out but one paragraph. This caught Danity’s eye. She quickly read over the note. Apparently, it was the only remedy that hadn’t been proven wrong yet.

“There are only two powerful people who can reverse this spell. They are young wizards who are unaware of their powers. They attend the Hogwarts School for Witchcraft and Wizardry. One is of complete pure-blood decent, his appearance fair, his manor dark and deceiving. He prides himself on his heritage. He is in Slytherin house. The other is of half-blood decent, his appearance strong, his manor light and loving: They call him The Chosen One. They are the only two who can reverse the curse, even though they do not know so.”

Eager to get a hold of the ones who could help her, Danity escaped her prison and sat off for the school. Several days later she arrived, giving off the effect that she was just merely a new student who was sorted into Slytherin. She goes to classes like normal students, though her grades are unhumanly better than the rest of the students. She makes a few friends, though she is never fully accepted into the school. But no one suspects that anything is different about her.

Except two people.

Draco Malfoy, who is instantly taken by Danity’s beauty, sees the difference. How is it that this new, odd girl just appears out of the middle of nowhere? How is it that she is so smart? How is it that she can move faster than everyone else? Why is it that she can’t seem to make many friends? And why does her mood change so quickly? But Draco isn’t the only person who notices the difference…Harry Potter does as well. They both naturally befriend her, pulled in by her. Ron and Hermione befriend her as well. But as Draco and Harry get to know Danity, they fall in love with her. They get into an argument over her and battle out, each wanting to be the one to get her. Who will win her heart? But above all, when her secret is accidently revealed by one of Danity's friends, will Draco and Harry be frightened by her and abandon her or grow even closer to her, eager to help her? Or will she be stuck with the monster forever?

Only time will tell.

History: Danity is Italian, born and raised in Rome, Italy. That was where she was captured from. She has no siblings and no living family members, so that explains why no one searched for her when she was kidnapped. She lives alone in her family’s large manor.
Personality: You could almost call Danity bi-polar, but it isn’t her fault. It’s the other soul that takes over. She can go from being happy to sad or mad in the blink of an eye. She can’t help it. She tries to be nice most of the time, but the other soul can make her change so quickly that it’s like she’s being pulled by two people. She's very bold, brave and daring and has no fears. She can be scarcastic and she is quick to say whatever is on her mind. She is a very loyal friend and will do anything for any of them. To keep it frank: messing with Danity is like playing with fire.
Appearance: Danity is tall, her long legs seeming to go on for miles. She is skinny, but very fit, and her skin is a deep tan. Her hair is long and wavy, the dark brown curls cascading down her back. Her eyes are dark brown and her lips are full. She’s taller than all of the girls but not taller than any of the boys. She is of extreme beauty.

Olivia is quite a pessimistic person, she'll be the first one to point out that it's going to rain, then the last one to point out that it's clearing up. Standing at five foot two, she's always been discribed as short and snappy, but underneath the dark bravdo, she's a very likeable person who could banter words with someone for all eternity. When Dainty arrived she was a bit cautious of her at first, but almost got to like her as soon as she'd talked to her the first time.

She will never admit it, but inside she's jealous of the girl for being able to pick up two of the best known boys in Hogwarts, and also she's got a little thing for the platinum blonde boy, who seems to pass her by every day without a second glance.

General Appearance: Paxton is a tall fellow and slightly lanky but that’s mostly due to the oversized school robes and uniforms he wears all the time. The fact that he rarely brushes his wavy dark hair doesn’t help his appearance and his gives off the first impression of being a lazy and unkempt young man when the truth is completely otherwise.

History: Paxton is the only son amongst four sisters of a half-blood couple who work at St. Mungo’s as healers. His parents are rarely home, giving his oldest sister Purple, the responsibility of raising the youngest siblings. Growing up amongst girls made it easy for Paxton to approach the opposite sex and identify with their problems winning him an ample set of girl buddies. However, he can’t seem to shake off the “just friends” disease. He wishes to one day actually get the girl he likes instead of remaining unnoticed and watching her from the sidelines. Paxton also keeps several embarrassing secrets that rise from his childhood from his friends. The fact that his sisters used to dress him up as their little sister “Patty” is one of them.

Personality: Bright, kind and generally considerate Paxton is well liked and considerably friendly for the stereotypical Slytherin sometimes rousing rude remarks from his fellow housemates. Appearance: Her hair is black and thick, stubbornly wavy, but can be straightened. Her eyes are blue, naturally narrowed, with noticeable lashes. Colette's facial features are hard, a square jaw, arched brows, and a full mouth, but all in all, she is quite beautiful. Her height isn't tall or short, her weight is a little low, but not unhealthy. The build is athletic and developed. Though mostly hidden, she has tattoos and she's bloody proud of them. She likes black, she likes sleek, she likes designer, but she has no qualms about wearing a baggy AC/DC tee and short shorts.

History: Colette grew up privileged, but not spoiled. Her manner suggests old family money, and it is a truth. However, she's not one to flaunt...verbally. Growing up, she wasn't pretty or thin or tall. She was squat, chubby, glasses-clad, and frizzy-haired to be frank. Her transformation began at 12, slowly. Shyness and low self-esteem were other factors Colette had to overcome. She was always shadowed by her delicate sister or her society-loving mother, and was ultimately resigned to a wallflower fate in childhood. Now, sixteen, and one year from moving out, Colette isn't on good terms with her family, especially since her father's death was taken lightly by her family. Yes, she will be staying at Hogwarts for the holidays.

Personality: She's a Slytherin, and that's a trait. A little bit diva, a little bit dark, a little bit offbeat. Colette is a generally upbeat, brisk person with a lack of patience and Chapstick habit. She is adventurous, a bit of a dare-devil, you might say, and does things on a broom that sends shudders down the spines of pros. Cliff-diving is a favorite hobby of hers. She's got kind of a rock music personality; volatile, passionate, and a little standoffish toward males. Actually, Colette is a bit of a feminist. Wears inquisitive outfits, sometimes completely unrecognizable, but Danity is a close friend of hers and the two would know each other anywhere.

[I'm gonna start us off where Danity has just came to Hogwarts and she's already met everyone. Follow that.]

Danity woke up, her eyes not even needing to focus. Everything was sharp for her, her vision triple the normal 20/20 human vision. It was early in the morning, the sun just barely coming up. Danity jumped up, threw on a hoodie, jeans and a pair of sneakers. She snuck out of the girl's dor and down the stairs, out of the common room and onto the grounds. It was chilly outside, her breath hanging like little white clouds in the air. She pulled the hood up over her head and started walking. She had too many things on her mind. She needed to figure out a way to get either Draco or Harry to help her and fast. This living a double mind thing wasn't working for her.

Danity hated how her senses were so intensified. She could hear early birds chirping from a mile away. She hated how everything was so sharp in appearance that it almost made her sick. She hated how nothing tasted the same anymore. She hated how stuff felt now, when she touched it, how she could feel every little molecule that was on it. Things even smelt different, the scents stronger. She felt like a mutated monster.

It wasn't fair.

She thought about her new friends, the few she had made, and she was so envious of them. They all lived a normal life, not a care in the world, while she lived with something dark inside her. Why had this happened to her? She was nice to everyone she knew and she always did the right thing. Why had she been the one to get kidnapped and changed into something she wasn't? Danity could kick herself for going out that night. She only went to the store... she wanted to get some bread for dinner. She knew she should have just flew, but she was scared of getting caught. So she did the muggle thing and walked.

And now, she regretted ever leaving home. If she hadn't, she'd still be living her happy little life in Italy. Well, it wasn't exactly happy, but it was better than having to live with the monster.

If only she had done things differently...
