Monica had heard her Uncles grumbling outside. She stepped to the door and let them in. "Good afternoon Uncle Rommulus, Uncle Xzavior. We weren't expecting you here untiil this evening."

"A likely story." Xzavior harrumphed. He turned a critical eye on his eldest niece. Any other man would feel that she was dressed nicely, but not Xzavior. He felt that all women should be forced into wearing a dress and should only wear their hair down for their intended or their husband. "Look at you going around like that! I wonder at Wyatt for allowing you! If Zachery were here he would make you go upstairs and not allow you to come down until you were appropriately dressed!" He growled at his Niece.

Monica just blocked her mind off, and rolled her eyes at him. "Jason, would you come help me in the garden please?" She asked sweetly.

Draco turned to his brother and brother in law. "Xzavior, Rommulus! Welcome! Do come in!" He wisely said nothing about Xzavior's comments to monica just yet.

"It's about time someone opened this door," Romulus grumbled. "What is the matter with you people, letting us stand outside there all that time." He then scowled at Excelsior. "I should have known, you never were much use, were you, boy? Can't even answer the door for your elders."

Excelsior groaned. He wasn't ready to face dear Romulus just yet. He still needed some time to think. He decided to ignore the presence of the two men for the moment.

Draco turned to Rommulus. "Now is not the time for that. As you can see, Excelsior was enteertaining his friend and the children." Her replied smoothly, coming to his nephew's rescue. "Why dont the three of us go into the library and talkl." Draco said, as the snake on his walking stick hissed at the evil in the room.

"Well I suppose if we must, we must." Xzavior growled. He had a few things to say to his dear elder brother.

Draco led the two of them away from the children and into the library. "Would either of you like a drink?" He asked nicely, taking a seat behind his father's large old oak desk, where he often did so much of his ministry work. Gimly the house elf popped into view. "Gimly will get the masters anything they require." The old elf offered.


"Double firewhisky and turn down the bed in my old room, make sure it's clean as I will be staying through christmas." Xzavior grumbled, as he sat down in a cushy leather chair. "Draco, I shake my head at the way you're managing Monica. A woman should know her place!"

"Now let me tell you both something!" Draco roared. "If either of you in any way lay a finger on those children, I'll lock you in Azkaban so fast it'll make your head spin!" The Snake head on his walking stick hissed again, as Draco didn't take to well to the underlying hints his "brothers" were making. "Xzavior, I rescued Monica from your clutches and you'd better not go near her. And Rommulus, the only reason that Excelsior is even in Slytherin is because he was forced to spend so much time under your evil shadow!"

Gimly bowed and disapparated, muttering "Miss Monica and Master Excelsior better off here anyway."

"Don't you dare tell me I don't know what's good for her!" Xzavior fumed. "If my plan had worked she'd be engaged to my son Zachery now and not starry eyed in love with that boy from who knows where!"

Monica, who happened to be listening at the door, her eyes filling with tears, ran outside to the swing and threw herself down upin it crying in anger.

Gimly apparated beside Miss Sintra, just as monica ran by from the secret door. "Can Gimly get you something to drink Miss Sintra?" The old house elf asked.

"I certainly know what is right for that boy!", Romulus thundered. "You can't have a boy growing up weak, he has to learn to be hard on the inside. I've raised Excelsior just as if he were my own son, if I had my way he would still be living with me as my son and being raised in the true ways of Slytherin. He would be a credit to Slytherin House instead of the weak disgrace that he is turning into!"

Excelsior felt sick to his stomach. He had been spying outside the door but could take no more of this. He left the area quickly, feeling as though he were going to throw up. Romulus really was a horrible individual. He feared he might try to get him back again. He felt fearful for Monica, as well. Having just discovered they were a family, was it now going to be destroyed?

"Well, I thank Merlin that the two of them figured out your meddlesome plots. Monerva and Galaxian would be rolling over in their graves to see what the two fo you had done. And seeing as how the two of you have no power in the legal matters of things, you will never get your hands on those children again!"

Monica laid there sobbing in anger and frustration, she needed her brother and fast.

Sighing inwardly, through the cold thick air, The thirteen year old shifted an overnight bag on one side of her and a messanger bag on the other, moving a long brown ringlet curl from her naturally rosy cheek before straightening out the olive green and white striped Sweater she wore, over the top of her Jeans that managed to almost fully hide the Shoes on her feet.

It was nearly christmas time.. and the young girl couldn't honestly say she was extatic. It wasn't a big deal though, she'd just came from her parents house, her sisters first as she had left school afew days prior so she could spend afew days at home with her neice and eldest sister. But after this few day visit, she'd be going back to her parents house for a big late christmas party with all her family; when really all she wanted to be doing at this very moment even was sitting in the common room back at hogwarts, with what was left of her friends.

Using her free hand to move the back of her Little mermaid backpack slightly, the other firmly being held by her big sister, Kaitlynnhs baby blue eyes fell on the toes of her favorite new Shoes that she had been allowed to pick out on her own last week. The seven year old tugged unconciously and lightly at Savannahs hand as she raised her left foot behind her, trying to catch the very bottom of her Jeans in hand but stopped, seeing the look she received. "Anna, whos gonna be here? Is Kayla.. or Legend, or cousin Danny.. ooor Jae?" The little girl asked, gazing up into her sisters lightly freckled face.

Raising a hand to knock on the door infront of them, as two seconds had passed since their mother had dropped them off, Savannah halted. "Erm.. Nope, I don't think so." Was her answer, Ocean blue eyes watching for any emotion, "But don't worry, your sis will make it fun for you," She added with a reassuring nod.

Scooping the small golden blonde curly haired child into her arms, Savannah shifted her onto her other hip and made sure the matching Scarf to Katies sweater wasn't too tight. Then finally, after having had just standed outside the front door for a good ten seconds, She knocked.

Gimly replied. "I can't do that miss!" He snapped his fingers and disapparated.

Monica sighed. "I know you're right." Monica replied to Excelsior. She gasped as she heard what Snitra said to Gimly. "Snitra! How could you ask him to do something like this! I invited you here to try to end old problems! How could you?" She looked at her cousin, shocked.

Draco answered the door, having left the two men to get settled. "Hello girls! Welcome to our home! I know that Monica and Teri are excited to see you!" He welcomed them in with a smile.

"Monica, you look very hot" Jason says to her smiling" "Who invited those other Blacks , I 'd rather see the good blacks" with utter disdain telling this to Excelsior" Jason decides to go up to his bedroom and settle in next to Excelsior and Wyatt.

"Yeah, we're going to have a great time, aren't we Jason?", Excelsior said, walking with the other boy towards the staircase that led up to the bedrooms. "You know where to find me if you need me, Monica. I'll be back as soon as I get Jason settled in."
