"I'm fine Ron. I was just out helping Professor Hagrid with some of the creatures. But what else is new? Something gives me the feeling this is going to be a good Care of Magical Creatures year!" Ellie said happily. Everyone knew that she was a sucker for all creatures- even all the deadly ones that Hagrid always had them learn about. "And if Binns is still teaching History of Magic, a good year for sleeping too. Oh, wait, never mind. It's OWL year for me. Joy," she said sarcasticly. Well, there goes my daily class nap, she thought to herself. "How are you?"
"Heya Sammy. Wait- why should you get Mitch?" she asked curiously. "Hi Mitch." She smiled. Then raised her eyebrown as Mitch tried to hide his fingernails. She gave him a small wink that said, just because I'm a girl doesn't mean I'm blind.
Then, Ellie did roll her eyes. Merlin! Didn't boys have any respect towards girls? Who wants to be gawked at and flirted with by people they hardly know? "Pathetic," she muttered, shaking her head slightly.

Hermione wandered the halls of the castle looking for her friends. She had woken up late to the sound of her cat, Crookshanks, and found that there was no one in the common room. Well, no one of the same age. I wonder where everyone is, she thought to herself. All the boys that she knew were acting weird, it was quite strange. As she continued looking for someone that she talked to, she looked around and the portraits on the walls. She had never looked closely at the paintings, and she realised that they were actually quite interesting. Becoming bored and annoyed, she walked down to the lake and sat by a tree, looking out along the water. She smiled slightly to herself, and layed down on the ground, looking up at the clouds forming odd shapes in the sky. The sun started to annoy her eyes, and so she pulled out her sunglasses and put them on, placing her arms behind her head. She sat in silence for a while, just thinking, hoping that someone would find her.

"Nice to meet you Amber," Ellie said with a smile. "Are you liking Hogwarts so far? By the way, ignore the boys- most of them have no self controll what so ever." She tried to keep the bitterness out of her voice.
Hearing the farmilliar hissing sound of a snake, she looked down and picked up the tiny snake. "What are you doing here Kali?" Ellie asked the small garden snake that had now wrapped it self around her wrist like a bracelet. "Your supposed to be safely in my Dormitory." Gently stroaking one of her many pets. "Sorry," she said with a giggle to Amber. "I'm kind of- okay really- an animal person. But most of them don't sleep in my Dorm. Professor Hagrid keeps most of them."

"Don't worry- she's not harmful. But if you want me to put her away, I will," Ellie said with a nod. "Yeah- Hogwarts does have something special about it. It's diffrent from most schools actually." She raised an eyebrow when Amber started talking about the boys at Hogwarts. "You got that right. occ. So were having classes in the afternoon  Jacob stopped in front of the portrait and said the password. "Gnargals."
The portait swung open and the famialiar room appeared in front of him. There was a comfortable couch sitting by the fire with a couple of navy blue arm chairs. It had a warm vibe to the the room and Jacob enjoyed sitting in the room at times.

Amber nodded.She had kept her Wand in her black pants so she took it out and flicked it at the floor. Her luggage, books, Owl cage, and Bag appeared on the floor. Amber smiled.Once again using her waned she levitated her things and walked up the stairs to the girl dormitory.
Few minutes later Amber came back down,walking toward the chairs.She sat down waiting for her brother.Knowing that she didn't have class yet until later afternoon she though of maybe hangout at the library then at the great hall.

Jacob walked into his dormitry and found his trunk by his bed. He walked over and opened it. His books were stacked on one another and he sighed when he remembered he had put his potions book in first. Meaning it was all the way at the bottom. He flicked his wand and all his books flew out. He grabbed his book and flicked his wand again. The books restacked themselves back and he closed the lid.
He then stuffed the book into his bag and walked back down to the common room. He saw Amber sitting in one of the chairs.

Ellie checked her watch. "You know- you lot should be getting to class. You don't want to be late on the first day, do you?" she asked with a small smirk. She checked her schedual, and scowled. "I have DADA in 45 minutes. Then I have double Arithmancy. How much fun." She thought DADA was fine but Arithmancy made her shudder. Putting her hair up into a ponytail, Ellie watched her snake slither towards Sammy before comming back to her. "I think you have an admirer Sammy. It must be your hair," she teased.
