Ron pushed the guy sitting next to him out of his chair. "If she's in Gryffindor, I can't take any chances of her not sitting by me." he thought putting his feet up on the chair so nobody else could sit there. Ron smiled at her. Her beautiful golden hair caused his breath to catch in his throat. "Please be Gryffindor, please be Gryffindor." he repeated over and over in his mind.

It was Ambers' turned.She walked up the steps,sat down and waited. "Ah,i know where place you Miss VonDell." Amber was creeped out that he knew her last name. "Ravenclaw!' It yelled.Amberson smiled and jumped off the chair walking down to sit near her brother who had saved a space for her.

Jeff looked at him, "fine...fine have her....take her....cuase we all know she thinks your hott...and cute...and sexy...and she will be all over you." He said laughing, "i think the big guy was her brother, cuase if he was her boyfriend he would be extremley touchy cuase if she was my girl i know i would be touchy." He said once again laughing, and then to Sammy he said, "dude if he gets her...who the heck do we get??"

"Yeah I was kind of scared my first time too. You want some mashed potatoes?" he asked as he began filling his plate with food.

Sammy rolled his eyes. "Come on, we all know that i hottest of the three of us...oh, guys look over there...Ronnikins Weasel face is staring like a pig at her," he muttered with a laugh.

Mitch joined in laughing, and finished his chicken. He took his wand out, and practiced a few spells on the glasses. ONe exploded, and got everyone drenched with water. "Oops," he said with a grin.

"DUDE!!!" Jeff yelled standing up, his clothes soaking wet. The entire great hall turned to look at him, slightly embarressed he bit his lip, took out his wand and dried his clothes quickly before sitting down, "dude...you got me soaking wet, i embarressed myself in front of the new girl, everyone is still staring at me, and i am doomed to be single this year...." He hissed at mitch, "your horrible at charms..." he added.

While laughing she tried to talk. "I think they are funny Jake." Amber looked at the back of her and saw Harry and Ron. " Merlin's! ...is that "him" Jacob." She said talking about Harry.

"Who? Harry Potter? Yeah thats him. He is really good at quidditch." Jacob said looking over at the Gryffindor table. He didnt really have a problem with Harry. He was actually really nice to him.

Sammy had gotten soaked also, but he hadnt yelled like Jeff. He dried his clothes quickly, and noticed Amber looking at Harry. His face turned red.
"She likes him? come on, does she have any taste whatsoever?" he asked MItch and Jeff.

Jeff started before Sammy cut him off with his whinning, "sam.....do you want me to ask her out for you, ask her if she likes you?? I mean i might as well i have already embarressed myself enough." he said shooting Mitch a look.

"Uh, no, not really. I just met the girl...you gotta give her TIME...and anyway, real men ask out girls themselves," he said.

Mitch rolled his eyes.
"Yes, and real men also straighten their hair whenever they got out, very manly," he muttered to Sammy, and started to laugh.

Amber smiled.She couldn't believe it was actually him in front of her eyes."Really?Thats cool!..Gosh I can't believe it's him!" She was completely in a celebrity fan girl moment.

"Ill introduce you to him later." he said. He knew Harry was crushing on Ginny so he wouldnt possibly go all goo goo eyed on Amber like the rest of the guys did.

Jeff laughed, "yes very very manley man...aren't you Sammy." he said in a funny accent before helping himself to a roll, "so mitch do you think it would be really really weird to ask out some other girl in the school this year...even if she is in say gryfindor? Or maybe ravenclaw even??" He asked changing the subject.

"That depends, my friend, on whether shes pureblood or not. And if she liked quidditch...you know how i am," he said, chuckling. He wondered if Jeff was pureblood...

Sammy wasnt paying attention...he was staring at Amber.

Amberson smiled widely at Jacob. "Yay!" She then a few grapes and ate them. "I'll be back." Amber got up from her seat and walked down to the door to go to the bathroom.

Sammy followed the girl with his eyes, and he snapped back to reality.
"Wait, what you guys said? I do not straighten my hair, Mitch!" he said, rolling his eyes, and taking a sip of drink.

Mitch shook his head. "Oh yes you do!" and he left it at that.
