James looked around and saw Anna standing by herself in the hallway. He saw a guy walk up to her offering her somthing and the disgusted face she made.
"Just a sec Mel ok?" James said to Melody and started walking twards Anna.
"OK!" Melody yelled from in back of him as someone taped her on the shoulder. "Oh Chase! I am so happy to see you!" she screched in a high voice and hugged him, then started to dance with him, waiting for James.
James came up behind the guy offering Anna the drink and took the cup from him and gave him a look, as the guy shoed off.
"You ok?" he asked, causaly taking a sip of the drink, then gaged on it and put it down on a neer by table.

Anna looked up and saw James. She gave him a smile and managed to keep down a blush. "By the way, that drink is disgusting," she wanred him playfully after he'd taken a drink.

She leaned up against the wall and looked over at James carefully, viewing him fromt he corners of her eyes, her arms folded over her chest. "I thought you were hanging with Melody?" she asked.

Harry walked into the tiny room in which there was loud booming music. Harry walked in and looked aroud Anna, Melody or James but didn't see anybody he knew. He stood there awhile then saw what looked like the back of Jams's head but he didn't know if it was him for sure

"I was...But i saw that guy over here and I wanted to make sure everything was ok,..." James said looking down. "So I gess your alright," James said then turned around, but then stoped and turned back around.
"Anna can I talk to you," he said then tugged at her arm and lead her upstaires into a quiet room, then shut the door behind him.

James sat down on the bed and sighed.
"I-I just want to....I want to say im sorry about earler,"he said meaning the kiss. "I dont know what came over me, Anna I dont its like...you have always been my freind and just right then...it just seemed right to me. Anway Im really sorry for that," he said looking down at his lap.

Anna hadn't known what to expect, and yet she knew it hadn't been this. Somehow it stung. Somehow, it seemed like she was losing her friend. Losing her greatest friend ever to some girl that he hadn't known nearly as long as he had Anna. She swallowed, trying to think of something to say. She pushed back her dark hair, looking anywhere but at James. Inside she wanted to tell him everything, everything that was bursting inside. To explain to him that the kiss didn't hurt her, that she'd enjoyed it. She knew it was wrong, but she was supposed to be able to confide in James, and it hurt that she couldn't even speak. She beat her lip, trying to fight against the tears battling to leak from her eyes.

James looked down frusterated, then looked up agene. "God Anna its so confusing! I...when we...kissed, I felt somthing, and its just werid because youhave just always been my freind...Anna i dont know what to do! I Anna, I...I liked it..." he said looking down shamefully. "And I wanted you more....More then I ever had. If you get mad at me for feeling this way I understand I just need to tell you," he said not knowing when to stop. "The thing is, I, I cant brake up with Melody and I am just trying not to let this get to me."

"Anna, your not losing me. You could never lose me," he said going over to Anna, and held her by her shoulders. "Anna dont think that," he said quietly.

"Yes Anna we are growing up, and maby we are growing apart a bit. But, that still dosent mean that we will just forget each other and move on. And as for Melody dont mind her moods, shes like that very moody kid," he said with a smile looking at Annas teary face. "I could never lose you. I would never forget about you," he said his voice, quiet.

"Anna," he wiperd, taking her hands away from her face, affraid that she might seriously hurt herself she was rubbing so hard. "You dont have to worry about that. I will always be here, we wont grow apart. But Anna we all grow up sometime...that dosent mean it still cant be like old times. You will always be my other half," he said a smile on his face as he wiped her eyes with his swet shirt, and pulled her into a hug, holding her tight.

James felt her shaking, and suddently felt scared and upset himself.
"Shh, everything will be ok," James wispered walking back and forth, stroking her hair, as he closed her eyes. "Its ok," he wispered agene.

"I dont ether. Dont worry we will work it all out, I promis," He said to Anna, kissing the top of her head. "Everything will be ok..."

"Anna, you are to. Nothing with chang. Nothing...I promis. You have to trust me on this one," James said burring his face in Anna's hair taking in its wounderful set.
"I promis..."

"Good," James said, pulling her away and wiping her eyes with his sleave agene, then looking into those watery eyes. "Your amazing," he said with a small smile.

"You ok?" he said in a quiet voice, a smile on his face. He lifted his hand and took a peice of her hair in his hands, playing around with its soft teachture.
