"Who's Harry?" Melody said, leaning fowerd him her seat.

Neville managed to fall only twice more on his way home which was an improvement. He could take his broom beacuse he needed two hands to be on his broom and there would be a change he'd loose his books in floo powder travel. So he was walking all the way home. He looked over his books to see if the road was clear. He started to cross unknownly there was a car coming right towards him...

Anna ignored Melody. "He's fine. But he's always busy with work, so I hardly ever see him anymore. Him and his job, it requires so much of him."

After Anna not answering Melody, she sat back in her seat, pouting.

"Aw what ashame," James said then looked threw the review mior and saw Melody's upset face.
"Everything alright Mel," he said as he stoped at a light and turned around to face her, rubbing her knee with his hand.

"Yeah fine," she said looking down and rubbing his hand on her knee.

"Ok good," he said then turned back around as the light turned green agene.

"Well, if you ever get lonely, you know you can always call or come over if you want," he said with a smile, pulling into the resterant, looking for a spot.
He found one after a few miniuts of searching and pulled into it, putting the car in park.

James smiled.
"Yes, yes it is," he got out of the car, and walked over to the passengers side and opened bolth the back and the front door.
"After you," he said with a wide grin.

Melody, steped out of the car, a pout still on her face.
"Thanks," she said then stood next to him, and grabed his hand protectifly, looking at Anna.

James walked up to the resterant.

"Three please," James said to the woman at the front.

"right this way," she said with a smile. She brong them to a tabel, and placed down the menus.

James took a seat. "Thank you," he told the woman as she smiled and nodded then walked away.

Melody took a seat next to James.

James had a big grin on his face as he looked from Anna to Melody.

"So-" he started but Melody cut him off.

"So Anna, what do you do for your living?" she asked a frown still on her face.

"Oh how nice," Melody said looking down at her lap.

"Yeah I know isent it! Anna is going to make a great teacher!" James said with a smile.

"Yes..." Melody said.

"So what dose everyone want?"

"Alright," James said with a smile, as a waitres came up to the tabel.

"Hi there," she said in a perky voic, a big white smile on her face. "Im am Kelli, I will be you sever for today. "Can I start you out with somthing to drink?" She took out her note pad and pen.

"Um I think we are ready to order," James said looking down at the menue.

"Great! What can i get for ya," Kelli said.

"Um well I will have turky on white bred I suppose," he said looking down at the menu then up at Kelli with a big smile. "Um Anna, I dont wanna mess up on your order," he told her a smile still on his face.

"I will have turky on hole wheat, with a dab of manes, and lettic, no tomatos," Melody said.

"Ok, and for you drinks?" she said wrighting down there orders.

"I will have and ice tea," James said. Smiling back at Anna

"Diet coke," Melody said. Then saw the happy smile's echanged with Anna and James. Melody grabed James knee and held on tight, glaring at Anna.

"Aww Anna. Sugar is good," James said as the waitress smiled and walked away.

Melody cleared her throte and leaned over to James ear.
"Come with me," she wispered and got up from the tabel, running a hand threw her blond stright hair.

"Ok..." James asked confused and got up. "Be right back Anna," he told Anna.

Melody tugged at his hand and walked him twards the bathroom.

James looked back at Anna and shruged, as Melody led him into the bathroom.

Melody quickly pulled James into the bathroom, and locked the door behind her"What did you-" James started, but Melody pushed him agenst the wall kissing him hard.
"Whats the acation," he asked her a big grin on his face.
"...I want you James," she said kissing him once more, longer this time trying to take off his shirt.
"Wait Mel hold on," James said grabing her hands. "What do you mean you want me? You have me..."
"Yeah but that Anna girl," she started.
"Is just a freind Mel thats all I swer," he told her, kissing her this time.
"But the way you look at her," Melody said brakeing away from his kiss.
"Mel shes just a freind, I promis," he told her tucking her hair behind her ear, looking into her dark blue eyes. "I love you."
"I love you to," Mel said a smile on her face, looking into Jame's brown eyes.
James kissed her once more before walking out of the bathroom, Melody in hand. He sat back down at the tabel, not relizing that he had pink lip gloss all over his face, his hair a reck.
"Back," he said shepishly.

Anna looked up and cocked her head at James, giggling the slightest. "You have something on your lips," she said, smirking. She took a napkin and wiped at it. "Since when did you start to wear bubblegum lip gloss?" she teased him.

James blushed and coverd his moth then looked to Mel then to Anna.

"Uh yeah, I just...Eh," he said, smiling a bashful smile.

"Here you go," Kelli came back with there plats. She put them down in frontof each of them. "Can I get you guys anything eles?"

"No I think were all good," James said and Kelli nodded and left.

After taking a coupel of bits in silence Melody finally spoke.
"Hey Anna, tonight, theres this party a freind of mine is haveing. You should come."

"Yeah oh my gosh! Anna you so should it would be soo mutch fun!" James said getting himself exsied agene.
