"Well, I've never actually been to it," said Brant. "But it's a room that apparently has whatever you're looking for. Let's say you need to go to the bathroom and you happen to walk by the room. It'll have a toilet. Or maybe you're hungry and want food. If you walk by the room, there'll be a huge feast waiting. Or so I've heard that's the basic idea of the room."

Raquel groaned slightly. She then took his shoes off and scrunched her nose up. "Your feet smell," she muttered. She looked hesitant now about the whole thing.

Vince laughed, wiggling his toes just to make the job even more difficult for her. "Is that so? Perhaps you should wash them as well."

Vianna gasped, completely fascinated. "Wicked!" She then let herself fall lazily on the bed with a yawn. The pillows and the whole bed overall were so cozy, warm, and soft. She closed her eyes and it was only a matter of seconds before she was deep asleep.

Brant looked over at Vianna. Did she really just fall asleep that fast? "Vi? Vianna? You awake?" he asked as he walked over to her bed. He poked her softly. "Guess not," he muttered. "Wow, she just knocks out fast."

"But I haven't got soap," she said crossing her arms. "Guess I can't wash your feet or rub them."

"You're a witch though," said Brant. "You can just summon up a bucket of water and some soap. "Duh." He rolled his eyes at her for overlooking something so simple.

Raquel turned and glared at Brant. "You really need to learn when to shut up," she scolded him before turning back to Vince.

"You heard 'im," said Vince with a grin. "Get to it." He waved his feet merrily before her, enjoying every bit of her torture. He glanced over at his sister, she looked like a child after a long day at the playground. "I guess we'll be here a while."

Raquel was muttering curses at Vince as she summoned up a bucket of water and a washcloth. She then dipped the cloth in the water and wrung it out before slowly rubbing his feet with the cloth. "I can't believe I'm doing this," she moaned.

"You know you like it," said Vince deviously, leaning back with a relaxed sigh and enjoying the foot massage. "You're really good at this, you should consider making a career out of it - Raquel's FootScrub Pub: Each Foot Rub Only For Two Galleons and a Free Lap Dance!" He grinned, quite pleased with his own genius. "Yes, I think it would be a prosperous business."

"My career ambitions extend far beyond giving people foot rubs and lap dances," she said stiffly as she continued to rub his foot. She cleaned off his foot and put the cloth to one side and was rubbing it with her hand now. "As for you though, you'll probably never get anywhere in life. You don't even have any good looks to get you anywhere."

Vince shrugged. "That's a one-in-a-million opinion there," he said calmly, the foot rub was making him a bit drowsy. "Though I don't see why you continue with the act, Rae, you already confessed your love for me, why continue pretending any longer?"

"What? You want me to like you that bad?" she asked with a bittersweet tone. "What does it matter if I love you or not? What matters is you're an idiot. And really, if anyone actually loved you, I'd be quite surprised."

Vince laughed. "Whatever you say, Rae," he replied, lazily stretching his arms; the beds suddenly seemed so tempting. "Perhaps this is the elves' quarters," he muttered absentmindedly. He had been too distracted making Raquel miserable and infuriating Airlia to really notice the convenience of their situation. What were the chances of precisely five beds resting in the middle of a dark cave with a table filled with food on the side? "Though surely there must be more than five elves in the whole school..."

"There are," piped up Brant. "There are hundreds of elves. This is definitely not where they stay. There's not nearly enough room in here for all of them. And like I said, maybe it's like the Room of Requirement? Or maybe someone just likes us. We're amazing people." He shrugged.

"Am I done yet?" Raquel muttered not really caring much about the mysterious circumstances of the five beds or food. Maybe it was coincidence maybe it wasn't. But she was still alive and that was really what she cared most about.

"Huh? Oh yeah, sure. First put my socks and shoes back on, though. And not too tight," replied Vince. Having been spoiled senseless since the day he was born, giving orders and asking for things never came difficult to him.

"Oh Merlin. What have I gotten myself into?" she muttered. She then did as he said though and put his socks and shoes on. She tied his shoes up as tight as she could. "There, happy?"

"What's going on with you two anyway? Why is Raquel doing everything you say?" Brant asked as he looked from one to the other rather suspiciously. It was a bit odd that Raquel would take orders from anyone.

Vince made a face. "No, that's too tight! Loosen it up," he ordered. He then turned to Brant. "Nothing, Raquel just confessed her love for me and even offered to become my slave." He shrugged. "Too tempting an offer to turn down, besides I wouldn't want to break her heart," he continued, now turning to Raquel with a devious smile.

"Really?" asked Brant with wide eyes. "Are you two . . . dating then!?"

"No! Of course not! As if I could ever date that thing," she said looking rather repulsed by the thought. "He's twisting things around. Don't believe a word he tells you, Brant . . . Brant? Oi, are you listening to me?"

But of course Brant wasn't listening.

Vince laughed, but was quick to turn serious. "Oi! Some time today would be nice!" he said, referring to the tightness of his shoes. "Hurry up and fix them, I have better things to do than to sit here and watch you whine all day."

Raquel rolled her eyes at Vince and fixed his shoes. "Alright, there!" she said. "Are you done yet?" She crossed her arms rather moodily not at all enjoying this as much as he was.

"You two are the most dysfunctional couple I have ever seen," said Brant shaking his head.

"We are not a couple," sighed Raquel shaking her head. "You need to pay better attention, Brant."

"It wouldn't be so bad if she did her job right," muttered Vince, he was becoming like a spoiled bratty child. "Now that we know at least the beds are safe, can we eat the food?" he wondered outloud, eyeing the food cautiously.

"I don't know and I am not testing it first," she said as Brant opened his mouth to suggest just that.

"Maybe we could find a rat or a bug crawling around to have it taste the food for us," said Brant with a shrug. "I mean, how else can we test to see if the food is alright?"

Vince then walked over to his sister, pushing her gently to wake up. Surely she'd have an idea, she never failed as his go-to person whenever he couldn't figure something out.

But Vianna didn't open her eyes. She didn't make a sound or a move either, and she didn't push him away to leave her alone as she usually did when he'd wake her up from a pleasant nap. "Vi?" asked Vince, concern flooding his eyes now. "Vianna!"

Brant walked over to Vianna when she didn't move. He knelt down by her bed. "Vianna?" he said loudly into her ear. He frowned as he looked up at Vince. "What do you suppose is going on?"

"The bed," said Raquel gasping. "It must be the bed. What if it knocks out whoever lays down in it or something? We should move her, that might wake her up." She looked at the boys waiting for one of them to pick her up.

Vince watched Raquel with horror on his face. Of course it had to be the bed, what else could make her pass out to that extent? Vianna was never one to fall that deep asleep. He then proceeded to lift his sister from the bed and struggled to sit her on a chair by the dining table, her body was limp it was almost as if she were dead. The thought of that drained all color from Vince's face as he shook his sister almost wildly. "Vianna, wake up! VIANNA! Damn it," he sighed when it was obvious no matter how much he shook her she'd never wake up. He turned to the other two almost desperately. "What can we do?"

Raquel took out her wand and went over to Vianna. She pointed her wand at Vianna and muttered, "Ennervate," softly under her breath. It didn't work though. She looked much more worried now. "It didn't work," she said with disbelief. "It must be the spell on the bed, we need to reverse the spell. Maybe there's a potion we can--"

"Do you see any of us carrying around ingredients?!" Brant nearly shouted at her. "Just remain calm." He put a hand to her chest and his face close to hers. "She's still breathing," he muttered. "She's just been put under some sort of spell, I suppose." He stood up straight once more.

Vince watched gloomily as Raquel's spell failed, though he felt somewhat consoled at Brant's words. If she was still breathing then that meant she was still alive. Just... paralyzed, but still alive. He now turned his attention to the five beds. They looked normal enough, how were they going to figure out what spell they carried within?

"So I guess this is what they do, then," he muttered thoughtfully. "They have the victims paralyzed so they can't run away or scream for help." He looked around the white, bright room. "But how would they know when we've all finally fallen for their trap? Something tells me..." he narrowed his eyes in search for anything out of place, then dropped his voice lower as he turned to the others. "I'd bet my godly looks they're watching us," he said. He was still arrogant, no matter how dangerous the situation they were in was.

"Yeah, well, you're godly looks aren't going to help us," muttered Raquel. She took a deep breath to relax and calm herself. "Alright, we just have to get out of here then we can take Vianna to the Hospital Wing and the nurse will know exactly what to do."

"Good plan," nodded Brant. "Now how do we get out of here?" He looked at her expectantly but Raquel only shrugged helplessly.
