Haha, ok. When they were only a few years younger they were all hiding with their parents and James with his grandparents at the burrow. But somehow the Dark One knew where they were, James, Rylai and Alexandra all ran away into the woods, no one came to find them, they went back to the house a few hours later and found them murdered, no enemies were to be found. So that's pretty much it, they got the house underground with some clever use of magic, put up even more barriers and protection spells and started to recruit anyone who wanted to help them bring the dark one down.

Personality/history: Lauren was a happy go lucky child, but when her world fell apart, and when she lost her family, she became hardened and more serious, but she never lost her faith, she always believed that one day good would again win over evil. Very itelligent and able, she can manipulate most situations, and she's useful in recon situations. She would rather not fight, but in a tight spot she's dependable.

James stood on a cliff over looking a large castle in his pajamas, the sun was warm against his skin, he smiled and looked to the clear blue sky. He could see many children running across the lawns of the castle, many were even swimming in the lake. He wondered what it was like to go swimming... The sun was suddenly covered by a blood red moon. He watched as all of the children began to run into the castle in fear. He felt someone's hand touch his shoulder. He turned around quickly and saw a six foot man in a grey frog costume. He couldn't tell who was inside the costume. James took a step back. "Who are-" He began, but the frog turned around and began to walk into a forest that hadn't been there before. "Follow me." The frog spoke, with a strange scratchy voice. James followed him into the dark forest, the tree's twisted and curved sinisterly, wicked face's seemed to be carved into the bark. The frog stopped and turned to face him, "Death is after you, and even he can die, the world will end soon."

James opened his eyes. He was laying flat on his bedroom floor, he sat up and looked around his dark room, he snapped and a candle lit itself giving the room a dim glow. He stood up and rubbed his eyes, he was very sweaty and cold, so cold he was trembling all over. He ran his hand through his wet hair. That had to have been the strangest dream he had ever had. He sat down on his bed and exhaled slowly. He got dressed in a pair of blue jeans that had a hole in the knee and an old black weird sister's T-shirt, he grabbed his wand off his desk, he plced it inside his back pocket and grabbed his jacket off his desk chair and walked downstairs to see if anyone was awake.

OOC: I must say the was one of the most interesting Intros I've ever read!

Lauren was sitting in the small kitchen with her barefeet propped up on another chair. Still dressed in pyjamas and white cotton robe she sipped on mediocore coffee and pouring over an old spell book. She looked up when James walked in. "Good morning!" she said brightly "Did you sleep well? And your hair is standing up everywhere by the way." she added pointing.
