It is in the all too soon future. Or in our world. Harry and his friends are but 16 and have a big problem. There is a new law that says in every family, only two children are allowed. But Molly and Aurther Weasley have seven! Harry and Hermione is safe, but there are others that aren't. If they don't help the "Shadow Children" as they are called, they might.....no one knows. But they can't let that happen. Because a league of Shadow Children is formed and they will fight for their lives. Harry is still a wizard and so is his friends BUT some of the Shadows are Muggles, so they have to keep that a secret. All of the Shadow Children have aliases and fake I.Ds. They need your help!! I need a couple of rules here. Some of my other RPs have been abandoned and I don't want this one to end that way. Please follow these rules: Rule # 1: I need people who are active. Please, post at least ONCE A DAY. If you don't I will have to PM you. I understand that it is a busy season and I too have busy things to do. But please state WHY you have been missing. History : Charlotte was born to Belle and Mathieu Jamison in Paris, France. She lived there until her mother left their family the summer she turned ten. Before she turned eleven, Mathieu moved him and his daughter to London, England where she was accepted into the Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. She hasn't spoken to her mother since she left, and rarely speaks to her father. She fights for the Shadow Children in efforts to save all the unwanted children of the world, for she knows what it is like to be unwanted.
Personality : Charlie used to be the shy little quiet girl that no one knew, but when she came to Hogwarts it all changed. She became the rebel, but a rather bad one. She could be snobby and rude, but was still generally nicer then most of the Slytherins. She didn't mind being rude though.
Appearance : Charlie is pretty in a non-chalant sort of way. Not strikingly gorgeous, just sort of... well, naturally and subtly pretty. She's short at only 5'1" and rather tan for a french Brit. She isn't unbelievably thin, but she also isn't fat. She's just... average. Her jet-black hair falls straight to her waist, though she will sometimes magically put it into sausage-link curls. On top of that she has shining emerald eyes.
