Chris kissed her back. He pulled away. He probably looked like he was just hit by a jinx. "Wow." Was all he could saying smiling.

Melinda laughed. "Umm...sorry about that...I really didn't mean it...and..." Melinda sighed. What was that about?She thought to herself and turned around again, her face red as a tomato.

"No its alright, that was great." He said smiling at her.

"It shouldn't have been...we are not even...a complete couple yet..." Melinda reminded herself that fact over and over again.

Jason kmocked on the door of Black Manor. You can hear him almost crying outside the door." Melinda. may I come in?' Jason sad sadly.

"Well maybe I can fix that." He said taking a box out of his pocket. Inside was a neckles that had a M on it. "So would you likw to be my girlfriend?" He asked her opening the box.

Melinda jumped when she heard Jason cry outside her mannor. "Yes...come in..." She yelled.

Then, she turned to Chris. "Oh...for Merlin..." That was her expression. "Yeah, yeah...yeah." She said excited, then hugged Chris tight.

Jason walked in looking dorlorn and sad. " I need to tell you something Melinfs and Chris" Jason told them crying.

Chris hugged her back and took the neakles and put it around her neck. Then shut it.

When Chris heard Jason he stoped hugged her. "Whats wrong?" He asked Jason.

"Oh...thanks..." Melinda said, as she hugged back.

Then, heard Jason, cry. "Yes..." She said, as she pulled away from the hug...and went to her cousin.

"Well after you both left Hogsmeade, I lost 100 points and get detention because Anna our prefect did not help me out" Jason told them crying. " No Gryffindors helped me" Jason cried out. " I did all the hard work for nothing and always backed up Gryffindor" Jason told them about his schoolwork. "I do not even want to paly Quidditch anymore" Jason cried." I even have a hard time believing I am a Gryffindor, passionate lion anymore" Jason sad sadly.

"Jason...we told you, Anna adviced you to leave the place at once and let it go...and what did you do...stay there, that's why, teachers were told that a student fight was occurring and it that it wasn't the first time that it had happened. " Melinda said, hoping Jason would get that his error of staying at The Three Broomsticks was a bad decision to make.

"Jay just forget about it." "Its over and done with." He told Jason holding Melinda's hand.

Melinda held Chris's hand, but let it go because she was blushing like a tomato. That was not good for her at that moment, since they were in such complicated situation, well, one that had ended like six months before, but yet a bad one. "Jason...please..." She said, pleading Jason not to talk about that subject anyomore, since it was pretty delicate, and of course Melinda, was in no side at all.

"Bye, I thought I had freinds and family" Jason walked out the door crying feeling vey hurt by Melinda's comments.

Melinda opened her mouth wide enough. She was mad about the fact Jason didn't take it the good way. "Did I say something that wrong to make him feel this way?" She asked Chris, really feeling that she was doing sort of wrong by saying those words to her cousin.

"I don't think so." He told Melinda. "Let me go talk to him." He said.

He ran out the door and saw Jason. "Jason." He said running up to him. "Jason I know this really hurt you, but its time to forget about it." He told Jason.

"Alright..." Melinda said, with a sigh. She began to clean the table where she ate her cereal and then, put the base that was broken in a trash can.

" I am not sure I can forget about everything that has happened to me plus tellong me to drop the subjext" Jason told Chris. " This hurts worse than losing Delilah and Daisy" Jason told Chris,

"Jason I know you can't forget everything." He told him. "But look on the bright side Josh isn't going to be there next year, and I just want to tell I some hate Slytherins like you do." He told him.

" I am just a beaten person because all my Gryffindor pride is out the window because of the no unity between us at the Three Bromsticks, present company excluded" Jasin told Chris. " I wish you would have stayed there with me but I understand about Melinda and you" Jason said crying again.

"Jason if you want I could maybe stay there for a few nights." He told Jason. He hated seeing him cry.

"Where did you want to stay? " Jason asked Chris.

Melinda was listening to the whole conversation. This was getting too far. Way too far. "I also would have stayed Jason, but if we did, we all could have made it worse than it was..." She said, as she stepped in to be in the middle of Jason and Chris.

"Well I.." He stoped when he saw Mel.

"Mel its alright, Jason was just asking me if I wanted to stay at the Three Bromsticks." He said to Melinda.
