Yvonne came rushing down the halls from the girl's dorm brushing a strand of long blonde hair from her pretty face, somehow she had managed to oversleep as usual and was afraid she might miss something important that was going on. She waved at Peter and Colleen, who seemed to be deep in conversation, she didn't want to interrupt them.

Colleen couldn't really think of anything to say to Peter, so she just mearly shrugged. She then turned to see Yvonne coming into the great hall and wave at them. "Hey Yvonne" Colleen said motioning her to come and join them.

"Hey Colleen, Peter," Yvonne said, turning and heading in their direction. "I didn't want to interrupt you guys, it seemed like you were a pretty intense conversation. How's it going with the two of you? As usual, I'm running way behind schedule, but I can't really remember what I was supposed to do in the first place. Sometimes I think I'm losing my mind." Yvonne laughed and threw her head back, throwing her hair behind her. "So, what's new? Anyting exciting going on?"

"Hey Jessi and Victoria," David said. He paused for a second, considering how to answer Victoria's question. "Well, long story short, I moved to England from America when I was ten, went to Hogwarts a year later, and now I'm at Beauxbatons," he answered.

By now Frances had already eaten everything she could, now she was full, "I think I ate too much" she thought.

She heard about another student from Hogwarts,
As he said this, Frances replied even though he was talking to her directly "Sounds like you tend to move a lot, It's nice to change cities and schools once in a while" she said, remembering how her family had to move to England when she was little and then move back, "I'm Frances, by the way, welcome to Beauxbatons" said with a smile.

Colleen looked over to Yvonne, "Don't worry you didn't miss too much." She said smiling. "Well nothing much new here, well unless you didn't hear about the new Hogwarts and Dumstrang kids coming here for the term." she said shrugging. Colleen figured that she had heard about it, but hey you never knew.

Peter looked at Yvonne. He nearly sighed with relief. He had run out of things to talk about with Colleen. "He Yvonne. How's it going?" he said with a smile.

"Hey Peter," Yvonne said. She turned to both Peter and Colleen as she continued, "Yeah, I did hear about kids from Hogwarts and Dumstrang coming here this term. It should be an interesting year, that's for sure. Have either of you met any of them yet? And what do you think about it? I figure kids all over the school are talking about this."

"Well, I haven't met any one yet." Colleen said looking around. "But I think that Camryn might have." The young girl said looking over to her sister. "I think taht it's a great idea, I mean we get to meet all kinds of knew people." She said with a smile. "What about you, what do you think?" She said to Yvonne.

"It took a little getting used to at first, but now I really think it's going to be a lot of fun. Like you said, we get the chance to meet a lot more people this way, which is always good. I really like that, the more exposure you get the better things are. You never know who you might meet. Who knows, you might meet a friend for life or someone really important!" Yvonne smiled and twirled around thinking about the possibilities of people that might be coming there. "I've always heard the kids at Hogwarts were good students and the boys from Durmstrang were cute, that works for me!"

Peter smiled. "Well I think you're in for a surprise. Most Hogwarts students...aren't that good." he remembered the trouble he and his friends used to get in. It was the reason he moved.

"Interesting, though I have heard that they have a certain reputation for rebellion," Yvonne said. "I wonder how many students from Hogwarts are actually going to be coming here, and what they're going to think of us? I'm very interested in meeting some of the boys from Durmstrang, as well as Hogwarts." She smiled. Maybe they had some really cute boys coming into the school, you never knew. She was ready for a little excitement.

Victoria nodded, "A nice story so, Its nice to have an American around." Victoria wondered if the dinner and talking was go on forever, because if it ws longer she would have to come up with more questions and answers.

Peter knew what she meant. "I know a few kids from Durmstrang. Just from meeting them in the holidays though. The one's that I met were nice enough," he said. He thought about all the students that would probably come. "I'm sure loads are coming. Beauxbatons is an interesting place."

"It is," Yvonne agreed. "They should consider themselves lucky to be having the experience of coming here, too, as well as us getting to meet them. It kind of works both ways, I suppose. We both have something to gain from this, after all. Well, I'll be ready for them when they do get here, maybe I can help show some of them around." She smiled. She knew this place inside and out, at least she thought she did.

Peter nodded. "I know what you mean. We're the bosses of the school!" he got excited when he thought about it. They knew where everything was and the other's didn't! He'd had fun helping them get where they were supposed to go. "I hope they find their way to the dormitories okay. This place is so confusing when it when to hallways and stuff."

"They could get lost really easily. That would be something, wouldn't it? They are definitely going to need our help, a lot more than they might think." Yvonne smiled, she had no problem with people needing her. "I wonder if it's as confusing to get around in their schools, I heard Hogwarts had a very confusing staircase that continually changes, so that it's hard to tell if you're in the right corridor or not. They might be used to dealing with confusion."

"Thanks, Frances," David replied, smiling back at the girl. "I'm David. It certainly makes things interesting to move around and go new places. But it's hard to make friends once you get to that new place."

David nodded back at Victoria, not quite sure what to say next.

Peter remembered the dreaded moving staircases. "I hated those. You never knew where you'd end up. And there were trick stairs everywhere! I never got used to it, and I was there for two years!" he said. He thought the Hogwarts students must be good at directions if they had to deal with those staircases on a daily basis.

Colleen couldn't help but laugh when Peter mentioned the moving stairs. "Really Jordan said that she navigated them easily." Colleen said smiling. She couldn't help but look around and see that there werern't many people left in the great hall. Most must have gone to bed. "Well, I'm off to sleep." Colleen said with a yawn. "I'll see you two in the morning."

OCC: sorry if I interupted any conversations, but I'm skipping ahead to the next morning.

"Nighty night, you two," Yvonne said. "See you guys in the morning, ready to meet all the new challenges of making new friends and showing people around. It should be a kick!" Yvonne scattered off, headed back to the girl's dorm to sleep and plan the next day.

Peter nodded as she two girls said they were going to sleep. He stayed a little longer, but after about five minutes of boredom, he went off to the Boy's dormitries.

Bob was so tired so when he finished talking and eating he went up to the boys dorm's. As soon as he got to his room he looked out at the sky that was dark but very nice looking and he thought there is no place like home. He said out loud, " i am home and i love it." He could not wait till the next day to start classes and meet some of the Hogwarts and Dumstang kids. As soon as his head hit the pillow he was out.
