Well, I think it's the entire club's responsiblity and everyone can come up with ideas of what we'll do during 'our' two days.

Looks like the ideas are flowing, huh? So has anyone come up with any ideas for the twy days of Snape that we have to organize? The other clubs I'm in are doing things like graphics and quotes and tags and some are having contests. What should we do that's geared towards Snape?

I think graphics would be a wonderful idea, but we would need a member who is willing and able to do those ... Maybe graphics with quotes?

I remember I missed all the good ones last year, like mixing a Potterverse charrie and a charrie from some other universe (I so would have liked to have Spike from Buffyverse mixed with Snape ...)

And, mmm, I haven´t read that theory of yours yet, Sissa, because I don´t want Snape to die. I don´t! I´ve stopped thinking about some of my own theories (about Rowling writing herself into a box, for example) because they turn out uncomfortable ...

No problemo Dru. But I think it'll be easier for you to kind of ween yourself on the Dead Snape train now. That way when the blow comes, it will just feel like a John Deere as opposed to a Mack truck.

I don't know. I think there are enough writers in this club that could give Snape a festive spin and have the quotes be completely original. I think that would be a fun and interesting idea.

It definitely wouldn´t be easier. I consider Snape alive as long as Rowling doesn´t publish a book that says different. He´s alive until I read it from that book! and I might be so much influenced by some Sirius-lovers, that I might not accept his death even then ...

You mean putting words into his mouth? There´s only the danger people might get carried away and claim they alone own Snape (and Sirius, in the other club) by putting words into his mouth like "Snape loves only Mary, no-one else". On the other hand it might be amusing to make Sevvy tell everyone compliments like "You´re my only one" or "I cannot live without you". But no, it is Christmas, not any Valentine´s day ... Besides, the best Valentine´s card we got was the one with Snape saying: "Valentine´s Day is for Dunderheads. Happy Tuesday!" LOL!

On the other hand, if the made up quotes are good and something Snape could´ve said also in cannon, why not.

now, that shouldn't be the major problem, just check one of the following, the first is not complete, but features amazing background-info, including timelines, not just about Snape, the second is dedicated to Snape including all Canon-info ever mentioned. Sort of but in a very un-Mary-Sue way. His character would remain canon so he wouldn't say 'You're my one and only' or I love this person only. He'd be snide and cruel and evil with what he says. The latter is also good, the only disadvantage is that you cannot copypaste those quotes ... At least I can´t. But that´s no big problem, since we are hardly using long quotes.

Severus could be telling off Santa, the way he does to Potter: "No Unforgivable Curses from you, Santa! You haven´t got the nerve or the ability -" or he could accuse Santa´s little helpers "for being insufferable know-it-alls".

I'm inept when it comes to making decent graphics but I like calling Santa's elves insufferable know-it-alls. Haha! But why should we only stick to one thing? We could do a couple just as long as we have a game plan in advance so we don't get overloaded.

I love these ideas! They're awesome! But then I also love the idea to do something with the SBFC, since we know how much Sevvie and Sirius love each other!

so true. And that means only half a month away from Dec 1st. And it's 15 celcius (around 60 Fahrenheit) today. Which is sooooooo uncommon and weird. (it should be around zero [32 Fahrenheit] around here) I'm walkign around with a summer shirt and maybe a light jacket, while my winter coat gets all dusty! People went to the lake yesterday! And it should be snowing! Sorry, but it's drivung me crazy and I, like many others, are having troublre to sleep....
