The FanFiction staff present another exciting competition:

The Sorting Hat Song Contest

Authors and poets on SS are invited to submit a multi-stanza poem in the style of the Sorting Hat. The winner will see their song used in the upcoming term!

Hey that's cool, I'm new and I know that you have to be on here for a coulpe of years to be sorted but how do I get sorted and how do a Hogwarts RPG name?

^ You have to take the sorting quiz, which will be available in a couple weeks time. As for your character, that is entirely down to you.

The deadline for submissions is tomorrow [August, the sixteenth], so the songs will probably be up for voting a day or few after that.

Didn't send one in myself as I'm rubbish at that sort of thing,but we have some great FF writers here on SS and I'm sure the entries will be fab-u-lous!!
