It's what you've all been waiting for: the sorting for the winter term has now begun. It will run from December 27th until January 10th. All members wishing to be sorted should go to this thread.

Please follow all instructions and you will be informed via PM when you have been sorted (please be patient as it can take up to a few days to be sorted depending upon the number of submissions).

Disclaimer: Previously sorted members will NOT be resorted. New members will need to have their ten posts prior to submitting the sorting quiz. The Sorting Hat will only sort those members in the "Members" usergroup.

Do NOT under any circumstances post your quiz results in this thread. This is a news thread, not the sorting thread. You need to be part of the "MEMBERS" usergroup. Newbies will need to get their ten posts in the Newbie Hut or News prior to being sorted. Thank you.

You'll know when you're sorted. Usually they send a PM, and you'll know by the change in your sn color.

I can't believe it's a new sorting already.

For me I did't get a PM it was just there so just be patient because I'm sure many people are trying to get sorted.

EDIT: Yea I know TomsLovelyLady! I'll try to be more involved this year even though my schooling may get in the way.

No, actually, they do not because once a mod sees them, they will be deleted and your post count will go back down. Spam does not count as a post. If you do not know what spam is or about the other rules of the site, I suggest you head over to the Newbie and get yourself further aquainted with the site (that is the whole purpose behind the 10 post rule). Under the SS banner at the top of the page (with Hogwarts and Harry and Hermione), you'll see a blue bar. The second white link will take you to your User Control Panel, and from there, you'll be able to see new PMs.
