The time we have been waiting for, fellow Snitchseeker.com junkies, is here: some of the forums that were closed to prevent spoilers have been reopened!
However, before you get too excited, there are some rules about this. So, please bear with us for a moment and settle down to read.
The "Submit your signature here" thread has been opened, but there should be NO graphics or text in signatures (or avatars for that matter) that contain spoilers. That is why the rest of "Madam Malkins" is still closed until further notice. Re-Opened Forums:
The Three Broomsticks (Fan Clubs)
Grimmauld Place (Fan Fiction) The current rules of Grimmauld Place:
Please do not post any spoilers in this forum. We are not accepting
post-Deathly Hallows fan fictions just yet. Keep an eye out for that to change. But you guys can post in the regular fanfictions again. Current rules of the Three-Broomsticks forum:
The fanclubs are officially and fully open. HOWEVER. Since you are allowed to post spoilers in there, we have the forum password protected.
Please keep in mind that the rest of the site still is a NO SPOILER zone. If you find a graphic in the fanclubs that has a spoiler, please do not use it until the spoiler ban is lifted. Or you will be suspended.

Diagon Alley is taking spoilers - however, if you want to talk about Book 7 please do not post in Floursh & Blotts about it. All Deathly Hallows discussion needs to continue in the Spoiler Forum.
On a side note, we'd like to mention that Scribbulus Everlasting Ink forum is still closed.

Someone should put the shoe on the other foot and walk around for a while.  There were members, mods, and admins alike spoiled days before the book release and there is a list of members suspsended right now for breaking the spoiler rule. We did it to protect our members and our staff. Other Harry Potter Fan Sites - completely shut down. We were pretty fair and only have our members in mind. I don't suppose anyone died from missing the Fan Clubs for a week and some change.... I do know there were some close calls and for those Stacey and I apologize.  | |

*shifty* I didn't avoid the net but i was really lucky to avoid spoilers. Apart from a friends Dad tried it, by telling my mate that a boeing 747 crashed into Hogwarts and Gandalf died. On another note, you can celebrate in Ginny, Bonnie or Evanna's Fan Clubs. *is even less subtle than all the others*
