Division Head: Invisibility Task Force (Accidents & Catastrophes)
Division Head: British & Irish Quidditch League Headquarters (Games & Sports)

Yeah, you may be right about that. My apologies. I tend to forget how things work. Too much time away from the internet.
Can I ask a question? I realize I can't just go ahead if I don't know the basics of basics (and I can't find Ministry-related rules). For example, if the Muggle-Worthy Committee gathers in a thread to work up excuses, the Obliviator Squad actually carry them out, then does that mean the Obliviator Squad: posts somewhere else outside the Ministry to intervene, just act as if they did, or post in their thread as if they were out?
This question is the same for other positions, like Department of Mysteries or Sports and Games. Do we RP in stadiums at some point, or is it all paper work?
I was just thinking if I applied, at least I should know this much. But, heh. Reading thread after thread is exhausting and it's not helping much.

It's not all paperwork, we RP in a lot of places, it's why we have the Outside the Ministry area, for threads so that these plots can be RPed
EDIT: And I'm sure if I missed anything majorly important, someone else will answer too

Well yes, probably a lot of it does seem like it would be mostly "paperwork" in the divisions... Which is why we need some creative-minded Department and Division Heads to create more interactive plots... Like maybe, working to set up a Quidditch World Cup to allow Games&Sports to do more "field work"...
Of course, this is still the office drama that can occur in any workplace...
Like Becky said, there are threads set up when field work is needed to be done outside of the Ministry... And even if a thread isn't needed, then you could, as you said, post in their thread as if they were out.
But mostly it's up to the employees and the division/department heads.... with just how into it people get, *nods*
