| | |  Ministry of Magic Employees Needed!
The Ministry of Magic RPG is now looking for new employees. We need candidates for all departments. Anyone who is a member is qualified to apply and no one will be turned down.
All you need to do is fill out an application form and one of our Department Heads will notify you of what department and division you have been hired for. Everyone who applies and who has made it out of newbie-dom will be placed somewhere. However, we cannot guarantee you a spot anywhere you want because we need people in all areas and frankly, some areas are more popular than others. 
You do NOT need to be Sorted but, you do need to have your 10 legitimate posts and be out of the newbie usergroup (this can take up to an hour after you post your tenth post and if you are found to have spammed, you will be reverted back to newbie until you get 10 legitimate posts) before you can be placed. Please also note that it may be a day or two before you receive any notice as to where you have been placed. I'm sure there will be a lot of people applying and the applications go through two rounds of placement before we know where you'll be going. 
Also note that there will be opportunities for advancement and transfer within the RPG (unlike in the school where you are Sorted once and that's the House you keep forever). So, don't be upset if you get a job you don't love right away. You'll either learn to love it or your character can apply for an open position once the Ministry RPG gets under way and openings occur. Please do not contact us and ask us to change you. There are official channels for that as you'll see once we're open.
Lastly, we suspect the Ministry RPG will open approximately one week from today (Wednesday).

If you aren't sure where you want to go we could use some more interest in the Department of Magical Transportation.
Magical Maintenance is another area we need more people. This is an excellent job to get your creative juices flowing. Access to the whole Ministry Potential for zany characters Into gossip? Definitely a load of possibilities.....
It's time to think outside the auror box, people! 
EDIT: Oh and I forgot to mention: We've only received about 100 applications so far. I was expecting quite a few more than that! So, if you're debating about joining, JUST DO IT! Even if you don't fill out the whole application you'll get somewhere. | |
