It's been months, maybe almost a year, since my last update and since we've had a few changes I thought now was a good time to do another one.

First off, our most recent change. I'm sure a lot of you, especially those who frequent Weasleys' Wizard Wheezes (the games forum) have noticed that you need to post more than 5 characters in order for your post to go through. Due to some persistent spam issues, we've had to raise the minimum character limit for posts to 10 characters. I apologize if this inconveniences anyone but, we would like to see higher quality posts and I don't think 10 characters should be too much of a hardship.

Secondly, we are planning to open a new, major, section of the site sometime in the near future (by not telling you exactly when, I get to let the anticipation build

). The Ministry of Magic RPG last July was such a big hit and we've been toying with the idea of expanding the popular School RPG for so long that we're going to make the Ministry of Magic RPG a permanent section here on the site. We are currently recruiting Department and Division Heads. For more information, check out this thread. If you have any brainstorms with regards to the Ministry RPG please PM me and I'll take all ideas into consideration (though I will warn you that I do have a vision for how it will run and a lot of things are set up already).

Thirdly, I'd like to welcome back Mad Eye Touz to the Wizengamot (admin team). She's agreed to step back up as Assistant Site Manager and SS Social Director. Thank you, Touz!!

Fourthly, there's probably a bunch of other stuff that I should mention but, I really can't remember what it was.

So, if you have any further questions or comments, be sure to head over to the Prefects Office and post in the appropriate thread(s).

I am quivering in anticipation over here! Can't wait to see the final list of department and division heads, and I'm really, really, really looking forward to RPing in the Ministry! This is gonna be so much fun! Oooh the crossovers we're going to do with the school and Ministry characters! Finally a place to RP parents, siblings, friends and enemies! lol

All of these things are very good! The Ministry RP is going to be great, and I really look forward to participating in it and hopefully playing a role in it, hopefully as a Department Head or Division Head (I applied). It should be a huge success!

I am really happy that Mad Eye Touz is back on the Admin team! This is wonderful news! (Goes off and celebrates.)

Aww bummer; no more posting random smilies... but then again, as others have said, this isn't a bad thing. It can only help move the site along faster, which is one thing we all want...

Eek!! I am so excited for the re-launching of this section! I already applied for Department Head, and any member that hasn't - totally needs to! This is a wonderful opportunity; I am looking forward to RPing in this area real soon

I've heard so much about the ministry that even I couldn't pass up the opportunity to apply for a position....Hopefully my newness here on the site doesn't detract from my eligibility!

*giggles* ten chracters will be pretty hard when you're playing exploding snap...all those periods!xD but, I guess it's for the best to lessen the spam...

One icky little thing though. In Zonko's, there's threads like "HP ABCs" or like "Name Game" where you're only meant to post a single word. I'm not being a tardface or complaining or anything of that sort, but what exactly are you supposed to do in that case? Think of ten-lettered words that fit? X] It seems to me that spam--- would then increase because people would have to include useless information after to meet the limit. xD I don't know about you but thinking of ten-lettered names that start with X or Z is pretty hard for me. X] Once again, I hope this doesn't come off as me complaining but I just wanted to make sure. Aside from that little issue, it's a greatt add-on! *shuts up now*

It's a roleplaying game set in the Ministry of Magic.
