My favourite character... I've always been split between the twins and Draco. Draco was so one-dimensional for a long time but he really grew as a character and I loved that. And the twins... the twins. I love them because they're insane and awesome and mad as hatters. They make the best inventions, they do what they want regardless of what others think of it, and they live/lived life as they wanted to.
