Default Review: FernBlock

If you’re like me, getting a sunburn is an annual affair. I swear I must have a Malfoy or two in my family tree. And I invariably miss a spot here or there while applying sunscreen, leading to more severe burning.

Imagine being able to avoid the messy lotions and sprays altogether when you head off to the beach by just popping a pill instead. Well, keep dreaming. You can’t. What you CAN do, however, is try FernBlock before going out in the sun to boost your skin’s protection against the sun’s harmful UVA rays.

LifeExtension has created this special formula that, when used in combination with sunscreen, can help protect your skin from the damaging effects of sunburn. FernBlock works alongside your sunscreen by protecting the entire surface of your skin – and can’t be removed by swimming or sweating.

Just one capsule a day, or two for those days when you’ll be outdoors for several hours, will also help keep your skin looking better by protecting collagen and retaining moisture.

In an effort to avoid looking like a Chinese Fireball dragon this summer, I'm applying sunscreen daily and using FernBlock for added protection. So far, so good - no sunburns yet!
