Atticus's Attic First & Secondhand Music ShopExplore the music, both magic and mundane, and maybe create some of your own. Who knows what new sounds you might find?
Set along the back wall of the shop and pressing up against the door to the recording booth is an area devoted specifically to displaying the various band merch offered up for sale. The wall is lined completely with tee shirts, stacks of which can be found in cube shelving beneath along with an assortment of band-related hoodies, all charmed to look to the Muggle eye as if they bear the logos of popular Muggle bands instead of Wizarding ones. A few tables bear a hodge-podge of items to be browsed: band logo jewelery and keychains take up almost one in its entirety, heavily laden displays marked with band names for easy searching. The next is covered in sturdy white cardboard boxes filled with music-related magazines, each labeled on the front with the magazine's name. Thumbing through them, you'll find the newest issues nearest the front, and older issues toward the back. Continue further and you'll find more things that might catch your interest - binders full of old concert tickets, stickers, guitar picks bearing group names, banners, posters, and scrolls can all be found, if you look hard enough.
Atticus has taken care to organise the area to make finding what you're looking for as easy as possible, and precautions have been taken to make sure it stays that way. Should you change your mind about any item and set it down, you'll find that after a short time it will make its way back to where it belongs all on its own. Nonetheless, please do try not to make a mess, or you might find a slightly irritated magazine batting you on the back of the hand - all of its own accord, of course.

Teegan need new band things and she always loved those big baggy comfy t shirts. Her head phones in she was listening to some muggle singer, she thinks hes from London... not quite sure.. his name was sam smith, she had to do more research on him because he sung like an angel.

Sam had passed this music shop last summer when he went clothes and book shopping with his daughter, Juliette. He had told himself that he HAD to come back and check it out once he got settled into his apartment because (!!obviously!!!) it was more important for him to get settled in before he went back to work than it was to go spent money on music.
Almost a year later, he finally made it here! No, he did not forget about it either. He pushed the door open to the shop and walked inside. Immediantely, he beelined over to the band merchandise because he knew Juliette had been in the market for an old school Taylor Swift shift. Oh, this girl.... she was so into the old stuff.
He went over to the first stack of shirts and skimmed through this. Nothing... He kept moving from stack to stack until --
BUMP.
He had been so enthralled with the shirts that he hadn't noticed someone else was in this area of to the store as well until his elbow bumped into them. "Oh, I'm sorry!"

Now this store, Henry was certain had to be new because he had never been inside. And he wouldn't have missed it before because it was really cool. He might not play any music himself, but he sure liked to listen to it and this place had a ton of cool stuff. He wandered over to the merchandise and looked around.
Posters, stickers, magazines.. but what he was looking for were shirts. Shirts with band logos were cool in this 14 year old boy's opinion and, having muggleborn parents, he knew quite a few muggle and wizard bands. Heading for one of the walls filled with different shirts, he stood in front of it, his eyes scanning them for one that he'd like.

Adi had heard of the new music store that had sprung up in Diagon Alley but with University, Gobstones and the usual stuff in life, he hadn't had any time to check it out. Well, that was going to change today! He had set up a meeting with the little sister, Hades. He knew she loved music too and he figured they could get some stuff together. Right now his eyes were on the hoodies. Mhmm! He could use one of those!
Adi pushed his sunglasses up the bridge of his nose. Yep, he had swapped his spectacles for the shades today. He began sifting through the hoodies. Hmmm. What Muggle rock bands were printed on these? He wouldn't mind a few Wizarding ones either. Whichever caught his attention, that's what he would get.

You know what happens when you're trying your best to listen in? The rest of your senses power down as they shift all efforts to the one sensory apparatus that’s needed, in this case: hearing.
So what happens when theres a sudden, auditory overload? Not pretty.
For a second Tenacius felt like his brain exploded, as his eyes popped wide and then his head slammed against the hard door in a reflex reaction. Frantic blue green eyes tries to focus on what the heck just happened-- and the he saw it. He saw her.
"Denaker!"
Tickle attack imminent. Here comes the finger fighters. Attack!

Hads was grinning like mad, clearly proud of herself. "Gotcha!" The smile faltered when saw what his hands were going to do. "No! Don't you dare!" She expected some kind of retaliation, sure, but tickling? That was just dirty.
Hadley tried to dodge his fingers but was just a little too slow. The electric sensation of his fingers dancing across her stomach sent Hads into a tailspin; a giggly mess that couldn't even stand up straight. In fact she was close to collapsing entirely from the tickling. "No, no, no. Stop!" Her face was turning bright red from laughing so hard.
"Her sides. That's where she's really ticklish," A blonde spitting image of Hadley Denaker said. She was standing a bit off to the side, watching the whole thing with amusement.

Oddly enough even with being part of a band Hady hadn't found the time to enter this shop before today. It was rather sad really. Music was important to her just as it was to her father and both her birth parents. The brunette was going to make sure that her younger brother and sister both developed a love of music early on just as she had done with Koen.
So when the big brother suggested here as their meet up place Hadleigh readily agreed. No questions asked.
Pushing the door of the shop open, hazel eyes began to slowly roam over everything within their sight. There was so much to take in and look at that she had to move deeper inside and walk around before even spotting whom she had come to meet. Sliding on up beside him she gently bumped him. "The only band names you should be wearing is The Sirens, promote your little sister Adi," she teased grinning widely up at him.

A music store in diagon alley, Wow! Was this brand new? Ava didn't remember that it was here last summer. But it didn't matter though, right? The fourteen year old girl entered the store to see if she could get a record or maybe just some band merchandise, maybe something for Phillip or Teddy... Well, she doubt if her twin brother was into music.
She saw someone familiar at the merchandise spot. "Henry!" Ava greeted her hufflepuff friend. "Are you looking for something?"
Well, there were some band names he hadn't even heard of, which only made Henry curious about them. Maybe he should look them up or something so he could listen to them, and maybe he'd find a new band that he liked. But that was not a thought that stayed at the front of his mind for very long.
The fourteen year old's attention was caught by a specific shirt. "Whoa.. that has to be vintage.." Sure, it was an older band, but it was in his list of favorites. But before he could reach for one in the stacks underneath to see if they had his size, he heard someone calling his name and he turned to look in that direction.
"Ava! Hey!" He grinned at his friend as she approached. "Cool store, huh?" It was his first time here, so he was fairly impressed. He wondered if it was hers too. Oh, he had been looking for something, hadn't he? Right, right.. a shirt. "Mhm, yeah, they have some pretty cool band shirts here. I found this awesome vintage one I like, just checking to see if they have my size.."

Noelle by passed this shop at first, glancing at it and seeing muggle brands on the outside.... or so she thought. But with a second glance, Noelle noticed they were wizard bands, and not muggle ones.
Excitement filled her eyes as Noelle headed into the shop. She needed a new poster to go on her dorm wall. The last one had been ripped....... and Noelle needed something to replace it.
Whoa....
There was so much here.
Noelle slowly moved around the wall. Trinkets of this and that caught her eye. Merlin's beard... was that... a ticket book? Heading to it, she opened and carefully looked through the tickets. longingly.
Noelle had been to one concert. And it was at school. The Sirens had played and that was the only show she had ever been to. This needed to change. She was a big music fan. It got her in the zone when she was training. It kept her pepped up. And songs were stuck in her head all day long while in classes.
Oh.... how she wished she could go to a real concert.

Yes, this is such a cool store and she totally agreed with Henry. Maybe she wasn't a really music nerd but she did listen to some good musics.
Band shirts? "That one will look good on you." The lioness said. "You have such a good taste, maybe you can help me to pick one." Well, Phillip's birthday will be in a few months but they're gonna be at Hogwarts when it comes. She just wanted to get the present now since she had time to get it. There's no such a rule that a girlfriend can't prepare a present for her boyfriend like months before the birthday right?

Aside from the Quidditch and sweets shop Cornelius Orion Baltazar could be found at the music store. He loved music almost as much as he loved Quidditch. He roamed the shop until he came to a stop at a spot that caught his attention. Well, more like a thing had caught his attention; a ticket book.
The last ticket book on stock.
Cornelius made a face when a girl beat him to it, but he wasn't shy and went to stand next to her, his height allowing to peer over her shoulder and at the book.
"That's my cousin," he piped up when Damian's familiar face and his band appeared in the book.

Noelle turned the page again when suddenly a voice came from behind her.
"Agghhhhh!!!"
Noelle exclaimed and sent the book flying in the air. Wait!! Catch it!!" He was taller. He could reach it right? Noelle must have been so wrapped up in the ticket book that she didn't feel his presence behind her. Shame on him for sneaking up on her. ...... Just catch the book!

Théo has not really a fan of music. He did not even have a favorite band. Sure he listened but did not know who sang the songs. He was here because the shop looked cool and it wasn't one of those adult only stores. So he walked in and liked all the stuff on the walls. Even if it is all really really too much money for a ten year old. He could ask his mom or brother or sister and get a shirt or whatever he wanted. But he did not want to right now. He would be later. But that would be at his favorite shop the quidditch shop.
He was just staring at the shirts.
They looked the most cool out of all the other stuff.
Oh wait there are magazines.
Théo looked those too.

Oooh! The Dead Kneazles! Adi held up the hoodie. Mhmm! It would be perfect! He set it down, intending to buy it just as a bump happened. Hady! She was here already! So excuse him while he greeted her with a bear hug.
"Hades!'' Adi wrapped his arms around his sister. After months of communicating via the two way mirror, it was super duper great to see her in the real world. "Looking beautiful as always. That Franky is a lucky guy!'' He winked then looked back at the hoodies.
"Anything for you! Help me find one then.'' Adi would proudly wear a Sirens hoodie. "So, got most of your Hogwarts stuff as yet?'' He hardly dared to believe it. She was almost done with Hogwarts but on the bright side... "Next year summer you'll be prepping to attend University with me!'' Adi was so excited about that!

He heard the voice-- chink in her armour "Thanks!..." he quickly called out as he started aiming for her sides, but then he caught the imagery from the corner of his gaze--
.... Did he hit his head that hard? He was seeing double. Or some kind of Multiverse trick. Because old Haddie was over there and new Haddie was over here and....

Cornelius jumped at the scream and scrambled to take steps backwards? WHAT WHERE WHO? His body instinctively reacted, his body poised in his fighting stance. COME AT HIM!!!!

Distracted, his hands flew out, ready to catch whatever he was supposed to catch. Quidditch hearing skills were on point. Catching skills were on point, and the book was safe in his hands.

Hadley doubled over in laughter, her face brilliantly red now, as Ace got her sides. She squirmed, trying to free herself, but it was no use. Not while she was being tickled. And then, suddenly, it was over, giving Hadley a chance to catch her breath. She glared at her sister.
"No, don't stop. She deserves it, trust me." Natalie sighed a little when it was clear that Ace's confusion had put an end to Hadley's tickle torture. The real Hadley glared at her again, and pulled herself free before Ace could obey. "Nope. Sorry. One Hads is plenty."
Hadley took a few steps out of Tenacius' reach and gestured between her blonde doppelganger and Ace. "Natalie, Tenacius. Ace, Natalie, my twin sister." She leaned in and whispered conspiratorially, "She's non-magical."
"You don't have to say that like it's a bad thing, you know?"
"No, not bad. Just less fun." Hads said, grinning.
Natalie rolled her eyes in a completely un-Hadley fashion. She stepped forward and held out her hand for Ace to shake, looking him up and down as she did. "So you're Tenacius? I've heard so much about yo-OOF!" She was cut short by Hadley's sharp elbow to her side.
"So," Hadley said, eager to change the subject. "Who were you eavesdropping on?"

Being here was amazing and Nat was here pretty much daily. It helped that the shopkeeper had given her a chance at some summer work, plus that he was incredibly cute. So here she was walking around the busy store looking at everything that was in there once again. She stopped and straightened things every now and then, but stopped as she spotted her band mate Hady and gave a wave. It was so cool seeing so many people here. Atticus was going to be so pumped with business.
Nothing someone looking at magazines she walked over to the small boy. "Hello, can I help you with anything?" Social wasn't to hard for her around here since she was in her element with all the amazing things the shop had to offer. "I got to meet them this past December." She pointed at the picture of TDK in the magazine the boy was holding. "They are a pretty awesome band." At least in Natalia's eyes they were the best.
Glancing around she noticed Atticus and smiled, gosh shopkeep was cute, yes he was.
Being here was amazing and Nat was here pretty much daily. It helped that the shopkeeper had given her a chance at some summer work, plus that he was incredibly cute. Théo had no idea who the band he was looking at in this magazine. But they looked cool and that was about it. Too much black and no shirts if you ask him. But he was just flipping through.

Wait she saw this weird band live. Well she does work at a music shop.
"What kinda music do they play. They look pretty dark in these photos"

Big awesome moment right here! She was going to get to brag about TDK, like really brag about how she met them. Did she have a picture in her purse? She might just for moments like this. "Well we have lots of magazines depending on what you are looking for. There are instrument specific, genre specific, or like you are looking at teen wrocks. " One of the better magazines. Better then that gossip rubbish her dad always ended up in.

Now she was making him more confused. Théo was just looking at this magazine. He did not really need another one or another more confusing one. Maybe he should have asked about posters instead. He was not buying anything here anyway.
Ah, she had meet the band and liked them it seemed. A wrock band.
"Don't really listen to music. But i like a good beat. But they sound cool."
At least they did not wear black all the time.
