What annoyed me mos that some of the fans say that Ginny had slip a love potion to Harry??????????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When I read that I was so angry cause I think we knew who want to slip a love potion to Harry! Besides, Harry's love action towards Ginny was different when Ron had eaten Romilda's chocalate which inside there was a love potion...

Where on earth have you heard that? That is completely stupid! It would have been obvious if that had happened! Ginny isn't a fan girl of Harry!

Excatcly, Ginny and Harry really do like each other and don't need a postion to show that. ya it took 6 years for something to happen but it finally did and i'm happy for them i hope they get back together H/G shipper forever

I totally agree with you!!!! I knew they would fall for each other, and I really wanted them to aswell! Harry loves Ginny way too much to leave her in the darkness, after all. Love is a battlefield. I've always wanted H/G together!!!

I heard from H/G-hatres also that Ginny will pick up another boyfriend after Harry's breaking up with her. I actually think that Ginny will never go out with another boy after Harry.

okay, don't get mad at me, but i was so unbelievably angry at JKR when i read that harry and ginny got together. i knew the chemistry was there, and i guess i was just in denial that it would happen because, whenever i think of ginny, my mind races back to the first book when she hides behind the suitcases at the train station...and i think of harry as the 16 year old he was in the 6th book....i honestly think that nothing will happen between them because, although they can't resist each other, harry's battle with voldy will kill him

Im not a big fan of this ship..it was much too sudden for my liking...I mean basically Ginny's Harry's rebound girl....

H/G...well firstly its unrealistic to say that Ginny won't date anyone after Harry she's a woman, she has needs and someone will possibly meet those needs. She's beautiful, talented, AND INCREDIBLY smart and could lead a very happy life with someone other than Harry.

So GAH no Ginny is not going to be Harrys one and only. Seriously from what I've seen she's modern and modern girls just don't give up their lives so they can wait for some guy.

Harry...he's cute. He has a god complex what more could a girl ask for?

Still imagining those two together they have nothing in common and while yes opposites attract there has to be some sort of base for the opposites a base of hatred, desire, something of the sort. Sadly I see none of that in Harry and Ginny. Prove me wrong? Sure. I'll definetely reconsider my stance on H/G but it probably won't change. I'll probably just think its more probable.

I have always thought that h/g would be a match made in heaven! Like the valentine she sent to him in 2nd book-priceless! She had a huge crush and decided to move on until he came around. But when he did, magic!!!

I like H/G almost as much as R/Hr-I have always thought that they would make a cute couple.

The only reason Harry and Ginny will not be united is if it is proven Lilly is closley related to the Weasleys.

I'm almost sure ... Jo isn't going to go with that angle ... that said ... I think H/G is totally going to happen at the end of the next book.

Now if the book could just get here ...

Actually I was reading this essay on dracoandginny.com about the whole love potion theory and you might not believe it but it sounds pretty legit.

I'm not saying that its going to happen because god knows J.K. throws hints here and there which we often misinterpret BUT it was quite surprising how the hints matched up with the love potion theory.

THOUGH...I must say. In the theory its not Ginny who gives Harry the potion. It's Hermione.

Just a little point if you look through the whole HBP when Ron is in the hospital wing because he had the Romilda Cauldron Cakes Hermione knows exactly what to do and in the beginning when Harry's first at the Burrow look closely, Hermione warns Ron not to hit Harry or something whcih you shouldn't do to people who have been recently administered the love potion. I think she did this without Ginny's knowledge too. Ginny wouldn't go that far for a guy.

Though really I wish J.K. Rowling was more of a romantic. Seriously A MONSTER made Harry realize he was in love with Ginny? *shakes head* It's cute sure but its more 33 year olds not 16! No Fireworks bursting in his tummy? Nervous laughs and headaches?? Whatever happened to good old bump into the boy with millions of books in your hands and he just happened to have a rose that he gave you?

Still not saying the potion actually occurred but if you check it out the evidence is pretty astonishing!

As for Lily being one of the Weasleys. O.o Probably not going to happen. I know I can't estimate what on earth JK will put in the book but I'm quite sure she won't waste a chapter on Lily's heritage that somehow links to the Weasleys.

It's depressing for me to admit this but the most likely other than R/Hr is H/G.

I happen to like the monster metaphor, and it's not that the monster who made Harry fall in love with her, it represents Harry's feelings of jealousy. LOL I think Jo didn't want to go with the fireworks because ... well ... c'mon do fireworks pop in your tummy when you're in love? I get all dizzy and stupid ... but this is about Harry so yeah ... I do have to agree though, I wish Jo was more of a romantic ... I mean she's the one talking about how the books need to grow up with the readers right but I don't think they did in that respect.

I'm not saying turn it into a harlequin novel but c'mon ... love's funny.

I think Harry and Ginny will get back together in the next book, just not at the beginning, which is really sad. I also think Harry's going to go back to Hogwarts he just has too, for the tension, romantic and otherwise but yeah, as much as I love D/G ... I think that should have happened in book 6 and then book 7 could have been about H/G ... it would have kept the excitement about shipping going on more.

O.o now if only J.K. understood that both sides of the border would be happy! Plus excitement about shipping is always necessary otherwise the romance gets boring.

Gah I tried reading a harlequin once and I couldn't go past chapter five. Though yes J.K. should mature the book in the romantic aspect as well. I think she's just nervous if people bash down the book because of it. Many little kids are reading it too so perhaps its simply the fuzzy border between aww and COOTIES thats stopping her from treading into that territory.

I've never been in love so I just assume that its like what I read which really sucks. I suppose though it would be all clammy fists and "Uh..s" and MUST RUN AWAY NOW!'s ringing in the persons head anytime the object of affection is near. Which Ginny did do for most of her first year.

And however off topic this is....I thought she said D/Hr wasn't going to happen not H/Hr...? *is confused*

I'll stick by what I said earlier.This was just too sudden on Harry's part.I just dont think this is love..or maybe something was in the air..I mean Won Won and Lavender and all the others that were snogging themselves silly through that book.I think he cares deeply for Ginny,but he doesnt love her.

But she's the one that said, she's writing the books for an aging audience, I mean as the kids grow up the books would too ... which is silly because when they're all out ... seriously, ten year olds aren't going to wait to age at Harry's rate to read the books. *fires the cannons* But with all due respect to Jo she should know all a writer can do is write, and there responsability ends there ... how our readers chose to read it ... that's up to them.

Love's funny loves you'll know it when you feel it, and that's about all I can tell you. Myself, I used to get the warm and fuzzies, you get nervous around a person, but you then you get this uncontrollable desire to always be near them because it makes you feel stupidly giddy and you get blushy and I love loves. *pets* Don't rush it, it'll hit you like a Mack truck sweets ... though I should warn you ... first love always hurts.
