Welcome to our second Fan Club Member of the month ever! After a long waited hiatus, we've sampled flavors from various fan clubs and managed to find one who albeit isn't in very many clubs, has managed to keep a liveliness in the ones she is active in. Not just by being an active member, but this person has acted as a responsible member in taking on two leadership positions in clubs that have been around for well .... forever.

So let's give it up for our new flavor of the month, Gryffindoll, aka Dee!!

Jess: Soo ... *flies in on a snowmobile and lands right before crashing into you* Howdy there! You ready? =)
Dee: xD!

Jess: Yes ma'am. I understand! So to begin, do tell us your name?
Dee: Ummmm... Dee. xD

Jess: Hehe. ... I saw it before I changed it to 'Dee'. I'm guessing you don't want to share that name of yours?
Dee: Not really, I prefer Dee. Short and sweet. =D Not like my real name's long anyway... xD But still. Dee's cuter.
Jess: It is ... *snuggles its cuteness* Anyway, I came all the way by snowmobile today - even though it's GORGEOUS, sunny weather outside here - to bring your the Fan Clubs SECOND Flavor of the Month, Gryffindoll!!!

Jess: *sniffles* Except it just looks like boxes and music notes to meee cause im using trillian now, not msn

Dee: ROTFL XDD Aw shucks... well, they're text smileys anyway, they're not supposed to be animated. xD
Just squint your eyes and look closely.... (e.e) They're there!
Jess: *squints* AH thereeee they aree!! *imagines*

Anyway, as a member of this site for *checks again* almost SEVEN YEARS, I have to admit that it wasn't until recently -within the past year - that i've seen you active and involved in a couple of our revered Fan Clubs. Namely Remus and Sirius. So first of all, thank you for your awesome dedication recently to those fan clubs (including but not limited to, taking an officer role)!!! WOOT!!! =)
So when/what was the first fan club you joined?
Dee: -Flails- Yes, yes, I'm an oldie. Umm, the first club I joined was Sirius' (of course! <3), and that was around... last year, I believe. Maybe in September?
I actually didn't really know about fan clubs until then, 'cause around... four of those seven years I was kinda bad and dropped out of SS.

Jess: Aww!!! Well, we're happy to have you back!!! <33 I remember seeing you around WWW for awhile though before FCs. But *eyes WWW mods* This isn't a WWW interview, so we wont talk about that area

... So was Sirius your first officer position too?
Dee: xD! Yes I was the biggest WWW addict of life... xDD Yusss, Sirius was my first officer position! I'd been wanting it since like... I first joined the club. xD And i finally got it!!
-Gets all sparkly-eyed and swoons over Pressie tag-
Jess: -swoons with you- Though oddly enough, that's one club i've never been officer in

... Seemingly obvious, but which is your favorite club and why?
Dee: That's a harrrdddd questionnnn!! D: It's between Sirius and Remus... and NOT because of my officer positions there! xDD It's 'cause they're both like pretty active and there's always people to talk with and games to play etc. Even though I seemed to have missed the SBFC on its glory days, from what I've heard.

Jess: Good choices!! And no worries because I missed those glory days too, but the only thing that could be done is to recreate them with newww glory days =) *glompage*
Dee: Totally!

Jess: sooo are those your only two officer positions or are there more in which you dont have tags for? XD
Dee: Nahh, those are my only two. I wanted to get an officer position at the James Potter club too, but that never happened. =/ BUT! I AM one of their official Chat Bandits!

Sooooo. I gave myself a tag for that one. xD
Jess: Going for a Marauder PWNAGE, eh?! *inserts eyebrow smilie here*
Dee: XDDD!! Nooo!! My evil plan has been revealed!
Jess: Heh. It twas quite obvious darling! *pets*
Dee: xD!! Oh no... -Shifty-
Jess: ... anyway, as I like ~~stealing~~ reviewing material from MY interview, Zoe, aka acciozo!, asked a question ... Which is if you were able to choose one character and/or actor that does not currently have a fan club, who would you choose and why?
Dee: Oooooh hard question! Let me think.
OH! Is there a fan club for the Fat Lady!? xDDDD
'Cause if there isn't... I'd go for that one. xD
Jess: And nope, none for the Fat Lady! One for ghosts, but none for any of the Hogwarts Portrait characters, ... she is quite amusing though!!! =)
So Fat lady is a character ... got any actors or actresses in mind that should have a FC but dont?
Dee: Mmmmmmmmmmmm. I can't think of one! >.< They're all pretty much taken! xD
Jess: Okayyy.... =) Sooo WHY the Fat Lady? *eyes cause you missed that part of the question*
Dee: Unless Shirley Henderson doesn't have one yet. xD I love her as Moaning Myrtle.
Jess: No, she doesn't

Dee: Because she's hilarious! xD I love her, she's like that one little character that might not have like a huge role, but you'd definitely notice if she suddenly went missing and stopped coming up in the books (I lean more toward the books than the movies).
And, besides, I feel she doesn't get enough credit and we're kind of left a bit in the dark about her background and all.
Jess: Who doesnt lean more toward the books? XD *luffs* ... and that's true. I mean how'd she end up in a portrait in the first place is beyond me??
Dee: And WHAT is her real name?!!?!
It'll never cease to intrigue me. xD
Jess: Sooo many questions!!! Unrevealed! Mysterious ....
Anyway, another question from my interview - this one from Linda, I believe - ... What are some of your ideas you have for the fan clubs?

*Dee makes a mysterious disappearance from msn* ... returning moments later ;D

Jess: oooh... Welcome back! *luffs*
Dee: Sorry! My internet hates me sometimes. :[
I want more contests! And competitions! ~~Totally not because I wanna make the winning graphics~~. I also think it would be pretty epic to maybe start a scavenger hunt. -Shifty- Exactly HOW I would want to go about this and all, I don't know yet, so I haven't even mentioned it yet. xD I still need to sort it out in my head. But I want it. And it WILL happen! I think it'd be superrr fun and mysterious and like a little adventure in the site. =D
Jess: Ooh ...

... contests are usually a big hit around the site. I love contests ~~and sooo not because i like seeing my name in bright lights/spotlighted~~ ... But we shall have to talk,

Dee: Ooooh boy. xD -Looks around- .... Me? o_o xDDDD
Uhhh let's see... what is there to say? I'm a graphics nerd, love SS, and I'm currently saving up for my tickets to the Wizarding World of HP! -Gets sparkly-eyed-
Jess: *folds arm and nods* Yes, youuuu my pretty!!! =)
Dee: I wanna be there soooo baaaaaaaad. -Sobs hysterically-

Jess: almost done ... sooo what is your favorite HP book and movie?
Dee: Oooooh. Book... ALL OF THEM?! xD I love each and every single one of them so much! Buuuut I think I might have to go with GoF. I don't know what it was about it, but for some reason once I started reading it, I just... could... not... STOP! It was so addicting! I'd stay up super late at night just reading it, I couldn't tear myself away from it! xD
Jess: I agree!!!

Dee: As for the movies, the first two are my favorites. I feel like the newer ones tend to... kind of go away from the plotline in the books a little, so that kinda bums me out. And the characters in the first two movies actually match the ones in the books.. Hermione's actually brunette! xD I can't remember when she turned blonde, but yeah. And besides, the cast are soo cute all little and fun-sized. <3
Jess:

Dee: OH! And HP1 Dumbledore owns! I like the new one, but... first one takes the cake for me. He was so... Dumbledore-y.
Jess: I ... said the same thing about the cast ... they're sooo cuteee and ickle and lovely. <33
And yes, Richard Harris was the best Dumbledore. Too bad he died a few years too soon =(
Dee: YUSSS! I just want to like.... pinch their cheeks. xDD
I know. =[ That srsly made me sad. -Sigh- But he was great, he'll always be the real Dumbledore to me! -Sobs hysterically-
Jess: Im with you there, chica!!!

... sooo why do you think members should be involved in the fan clubs?
Dee: More like... WHY NOT?! xD They're crazy fun! I honestly don't understand why they're not a little more active, there's tons of stuff to do - competitions, games, chat threads (those are my fave, hehe), discussions, etc! Everyone NEEDS to go join a club! NOW. RAWR.

But being involved also makes it more fun for everyone, the more people that are posting, the more you have to reply to and it keeps everything active and fun. ~~And it increases your post count.~~

So as these interviews are called 'flavors of the month', if you could be any flavor ice cream, which would you be and why?
Dee: Carameeeeellll!! 'Cause I love caramel. [/lame reason] xDDDDD
Can I add in bits of chocolate chips to my flavor too? xDDD And maybe some sprinkles?
Jess: mmmm... caramel is good. Haagan daaz just opened at my local mall ... and they have this flavor called 'Caramel cone', and it's SOOOO GOOD!!! -noms-
Dee: :O -Writes down to try out- I MUST HAVE IT!
