I wrote this in the request thread....a strangely okay one

When I first saw you I cried,
The thought of you made me want to die,
The scar so burdened upon you haunted my dreams,
The bright green eyes did so as well it seems.

Speech fails me from sight and sound,
I can barely touch the baren ground,
When you looked at me my face turned red,
My brain a useless block of lead.

I talk and cry for you day after day,
There is so much that I want you to say,
And yet I flutter from child to child,
Longing for your love, bitter-sweet, never mild.

I forced the words out of my mouth,
My eyes facing firmly south,
Waiting for the day Hermione said,
I will kiss you before going to bed.

You caught me in the tapestry,
Anger was all I could see,
I fretted along my life ahead,
Until the day turned red.

I forced myself to play my best,
Though my heart was with you,
I saw you walk through that door,
And I couldn't have held.

I ran to you, your arms spread wide,
What I didn't expect was the kiss, a wide ride,
I broke away, my brain a fluster,
You around for my dearly annoying brother.

I must hold on.

It's not long until the world crumbles,
The trees grow tall, all hamsomeness gone,
The song heard all day; forever gone,
Never to be felt again, the happiness that I long for,
The touch and the smile of one,
Hopelessness fills, ever eternal,
Steel, coldness and fate;
Crash, burn and horrifing hate;
The evil envelopes us all as we hid in fear,
All hope gone,
For evil is near.

Tears spill and love is cast,
Hoping that it will fufil it's task,
As the hope starts to fad away,
There is a cry for another day,
The strugle can only be almost over,
Love, and hope, things once forgotten,
It's dim light, the only sight,
The only hope, the only time,
The one and only sign,
That the land has returned,
The sky has parted,
We breathe once more, never depated.

Relief and joy,
Alights the hope,
Which has not been felt,
Since he asended the slope,
With breath bated,
And a song in our throats,
The young and the strong,
They try not to gloat.
A bleary eye opens,
A bright one greets,
A smile unseen for years,
Brings you to your feet,
Open arms, open minds,
Surely hope, has its time.

Father, Dearest

As I watch him, I feel overwhelmed;
The hope and the trust, if it just could have held;
One step is uncertain, one breath withheld;
Fear ropes me in, of what I cannot tell.
A squeek is heard, a story untold;
Stepping backwards, into her protective fold;
Mouse brown hair, little grey eyes;
If only she could soar like the fireflies.
He looked up at her and a frown met her soul;
This passionate hate was taking its toll;
Must a child sufer, her hope crushed hard and fast;
Only until she comes in dead last;
He should only know so much, to care at all;
He had never bothered to pick her up after a fall.
Father, Dearest.

The Chamber (H/G)

I look at you, a shiver runs down my spine;
I blanch at the thought of what Voldemort has in mind.
I can't let go, though you told me to;
Hidden is my sorrow, I'm with you through and through.
I can't believe how far we've come;
Through all the things that we've said and done.
Bottle green eyes, noble and true;
I can't bare to say good bye to you.

Umbridge

She hate us all,
We hate her too,
Her stupid rules,
Will definitely irritate you.
Simpering sweetness,
To disguise the evil,
Scheming thief,
Will get her vigil.
She thinks they wait,
With bated breath,
Lil old Umbridge,
Is afraid of death.

Peace and Fools

In hope does glee overflow in oneself,
And bloom eternal;
In anger and hate, prejudice is spread the world over,
Killing all love gained;
Peace is ever delicate-
It is shattered purposely by fools.

Forever Searching

Somehow, I know that I've left the world I belong to,
So I search, despite the chance I may never find it;
It's as though memories have been lost,
I shall still continue, if only for the chance of a dream;
Perhaps there is a reason I do not remember,
A measure taken by someone other than myself;
Am I dangerous, do I threaten someone?
What is the reason for this torture?
I will continue searching, despite the reason I am lost.
