Songs of Sirius

I thought it would be nice to show off our musical inspirations of our dear Marauder, Sirius Black. Within this thread, you will find different songs and lyrics that remind each and every member within SBFC of the ways in life of our Snuffles. You can post more than one song just make sure not to double post. Also, if you can, post the lyrics to the song of your choice so that we can all enjoy and see what truly makes you think of him during that song.

Okay i have this song that reminds me of young sirius, when he first began understanding that his family had a pureblood mania:

Lyrics: I'd post them here if they were in English... but it's in Portuguese and I dunno if I'm allowed

Reason why: In the chorus they say (translated to English): Sirius, centaurs, dragons make the constellations.

Oh yea!!! I am glad you all enjoy it!! I have to place my song up here but I will tell you why it reminds me of Sirius Black. A few years ago, I used to escape reality and do nothing but drive, alone most of the time and sometimes my friends would go with me. I would drive for an hour up to all night long depending upon what I wanted to hear on the radio and how long I wanted to be out. Driving was a way that I could think of anything and everything, it was quite awesome!!

This song reminds me of that part in my life where escaping was the only way to find the real part of myself and of course it was at night so, driving in the country would produce many starlit nights. Although it is hard driving down the road looking at the sky,

, I would try and do it as much as possible. With that being said, this is the song that reminds me of star gazing while escaping

Well, this song reminds me of Sirius for quite obvious reasons... he's a star in more than one way, and the lyrics suit the character quite well. Plus I always correlate these lines with him:

All of your songs are soo cool...mine doesn't really look at Sirius as a sweet guy though. It looks at him as more of a playboy. Its about how Sirius might have gone about wooing girls.

There it is Curse of Curves a song which I adore and was introduced as an originally Daphne/Zach song but I think it applies to Sirius as well.

Well I just heard this greek song the other day again. It's from the late 80's-early 90's period and I love it and translated it the best I could. It reminds me of Sirius coz he passed by our lives and Harry's life like a cool breeze *shivers*
