Siriusly Sirius Limericks

We at the Sirius Black Fan Club are starting a Limerick competition! Now, I realize that some of you don't know what a limerick is and are going, WTF? at me right now. No fear, explainations are here!

What are limericks?
[*]A Limerick as a poetry form is by nature simple and short - limericks only have five lines.
[*]The content of many limericks is often of a bawdy and humorous nature, however the ones for SBFC can NOT be bawdy, they must be acceptable for all ages.
[*]And finally the somewhat dubious history of limericks have contributed to the critics attitudes.
[*]Limericks consist of five anapaestic lines.
[*]Lines 1, 2, and 5 of Limericks have seven to ten syllables and rhyme with one another.
[*]Lines 3 and 4 of Limericks have five to seven syllables and also rhyme with each other.

Rules:
[*]Every limerick MUST be about Sirius. Marauders, Black, Grey Eyed Man, etc.. does count, as long as that word, in some way, can tie to Sirius.
[*]All SS Rules apply.
[*]All age SS appropriate language only.
[*]Each post must contain a Limerick, but you may have short OOC's within your post as well.
[*]Post your entries Here, in this thread.
[*]Winners will be determined by poll.
[*]Each round lasts 1 week.
[*]Each member may submit Up To 2 Limericks Per Round, and there is no limit on how many rounds you compete in. Please, feel free to submit 2 limericks per round for every round! The more the Merrier!

Example 1:
There was a Young Lady whose eyes,
Were unique as to colour and size;
When she opened them wide,
People all turned aside,
And started away in surprise.

Example 2:
There was an Old Man with a beard,
Who said, 'It is just as I feared!
Two Owls and a Hen,
Four Larks and a Wren,
Have all built their nests in my beard!'

There was a boy called Sirius
Who was haughty, arrogant & Mysterious
He created a map
That worked with a tap
Little they knew he was deleterious

this is my first try ever at a limerick:

He was secretly a black canine
The fleas on his back made him whine
So he would turn right back
Head to the Shreiking Shack
And then he would be just fine

Okay, so I’m not very good at writing limericks, but here’s a hurriedly written one for my Sirius.


There was someone with fathomless grey eyes –
Both mischievous and boundless, but still wise;
Their twinkle could outshine the moon,
It could make each and every girl swoon,
Long through darkness he fell, but he shall rise.


Umm … So, yeah.

There once was man who was a dog
Who ran with a deer through the fog
He played and he danced
As the deer it did prance
Till the morning light did shine.

hmmmmmmm
i'll have to think on another one
