Welcome to the Sirius Black Fan Club! The perfect place for those who love all things Padfoot. Here we will discuss aspects of our favorite character from the books and movies, share graphics, plan events, tell stories, and as many other activites as we can think up. Of course, all SS rules will still apply and be sure to check out the Fan Club Forum rules which describe how to join. We will be updating the member and officer list in this post and we hope to have the best character fan club on SS, so join up and bring your friends... We are all secret Sirius lovers, some people just don't know it yet!

Fan Club Events and Announcements
We will be updating this post with all club announcements and activites.


1. Fan Club Officers needed!

As you know, Lissydove and Mad Eye Touz are the sponsors and Holders of Padfoot's Leash, but we will need officers for the club to help oversee and organize activities. We will be choosing two (yes two!) co-presidents who in turn will help us to choose other club officers. What we need is for all interested parties to PM us the answers to the following questions. Feel free to apply even if you do not wish to be president, as we will be having honorary titles such as 'Padfoot's Chew Toy'.



2. Fan Club Officers have been appointed!


3. Be sure to submit your name and birthdate to participate in the SBFC birthday cards! Post in the thread or contact an officer! See this post for details.

4. The SBFC is getting close to our 100th member! As a treat to celebrate this landmark, a lovely avvie by our dear Chelle will be presented to the 100th member. Be on the lookout, this lucky member is coming soon. See this post for details.

5. The SBFC has it's very own smiley thanks to our sweet Amber! :SBFC: Use it often and proudly!

6. Show your fan club pride by wearing a SBFC siggie! Your Sponsor, Lissy, will add them for you. Requests by PM. See this post for details.

7. How many reasons to we have to love Sirius? Well, we came up with 101 in less then a day. Check out this post by Amber, who kindly compiled them into a list. Great job guys!

8. Participate in the Sirius Black Caption Contest! See this post for details! The deadline for this round is Monday, May 1st!


9. stepsmad4eva1984 has taken the role of a 'Holder of Padfoots Leash' in the place of Mad Eye Touz and is now alongside Lissydove.
This also means that Mad-Eye04 will now be a Co-President alongside Blackened! They will both be discussing finding a Vise President for the club to fill the position.

We'd like to show SS how much we love our favorite marauder and what better way then to wear a club banner proudly? We all like to imagine young Sirius and we'd like to see your vision of the character, so have fun and be creative!

I completely forgot to introduce myself in my last post. My name's Christa and why I love Sirius: he's just a great character with wonderful humor and he's Harry's only family left.

*wonders if this will turn into an '101 Reasons to love Sirius' list*

Where to start, where to start...
Well, firstly, I find Sirius to be one of the most fascinating characters conceived by JK... from background to demeanour to his bittersweet fate and everything else...

Secondly, I'd have to say I admire Sirius' capability to fight onwards, despite the hardships he's had to endure... now this is what I call a true fighter!

And thirdly, love him cause he is h-o-tness! XD

I could go on, but I don't want to monopolize this thread.

There are also many more reasons why I love him (I'd guess by far more than 101), but I don't want to bore anyone in here ...

I completely agree. That's one of the biggest reasons.

Hehe...YESH! XP... Muahah, everyone who loves Siry is automatically considered cool, right?

I really don't know why. It could be because he's so fearless but there are so many more reasons. His down-to-earth personality is definitely a plus as well. He's just perfect.

Hehe, and I definetely agree with Chris...Siry is one of JKR's greatest creations!

As for the hawtness, that's just an extra!
