I just noticed that I am now an official member!!! Whooo Hoooo!!! For the Love of Gary!!!!
OK - I have to also note that I watched The 5th Element last night and I absolutely cracked up at Gary's character and it's southern accent!!! I am very particular about actors and actresses playing with a Southern accent but I have also noticed that English/British actors are quite good at it....better than a Yankee...hehehehehe...I had to put that up there because I am a pure southern gal!!
Anyway, I laughed so hard at that point...no one could have done it better than Gary....Now I have to own The Scarlet Letter and Rosencrantz and Guildenstern....that is next on my agenda!!! |

Hello fan club fanatics! Here at SS we are doing some remodelling of our library section, and I could really use your help. I’m looking for some actor biographies for all the main actors from all 4 movies. As a club you might like to come up with one as a project. Stuff to include could be a brief timeline of their life, what role they play in the movies, and any interesting facts about them. Contact details might also be useful. Make sure to include the names of who worked on it so they can be credited. PM any biographies to me.

The other day I finally saw The 5th Element on DVD and I absolutely loved it! I'd seen the film in German before, but in English it's much better.
Stacey: you're right, Gary's accent is absolutely hilarious, it made me laugh so hard sometimes.

It has been so long since I have watched Murder in the First but I know that it is a great movie (I only remember parts of it). I was already thinking of renting it again this weekend so I will do that....I have to watch The Scarlet Letter once more and I am going to see if I can buy that movie....yummy!!!

I think that Murder in the First is a wonderful movie - you should definitely watch it again!
The end of the film actually made me cry, because Henry had to go back to Alcatraz, but he still won. It was very sad when he said to Glenn, "You can put me back there, you can torture me, but I still won." (or something like that). | |
