Eliza walked very casually down the corridor to the classroom where their Defense Against the Dark Arts class was. Last night had been -- a bit on edge for her to say the least. But with her books in hand and her bookbag over her shoulder, the Ravenclaw felt more at ease than she ever had been.
This was her element.
"Hey Jason," she said as she passed him to take her usual favorite seat. Front row -- dead center.
She set her things down before smiling up at Professor Ames. "Good morning, Professor," she said with a smile. "I hope you had a good Holiday." |

Damien casually strolled into the classroom, rolling up the sleeves of his robes, revealing the black wristband that had covered his left wrist since that particular incident.
He whistled to himself and sat himself down at the back of the classroom, kicking his Slytherin green Converse up onto the table and leaning back. Defence Against the Dark Arts was his best subject, this would be a breeze. | |

*Jason leaned over his desk to Eliza. She was not sitting right infront of him.*
"Professors pet..." *He whispered and then laughed leaning back.*
"I haven't really gotten to talk to you yet Eliza. How was your summer holiday?" *He started pulling out his books when he saw Damien walk in. He groaned and leaned back.*
"We have a class with him... great."

Xan entered the Defense Against the Dark Arts classroom, having the feeling she was late. Appeareantly not, she thought when she took a moment to see that there were only a few students there.
"Good Morning professor Ames...Having a good day I hope?" she said politely before taking seat in the middle of the classroom, in an empty table.

He pulled his wand from his back pocket and started tracing pictures in the air, that formed themselves in green smoke. He then sent them spiralling over the classroom.
That girl, Eliza was in there now. True, she was a tad more good looking than some of the mooses that tried to get off with him, but still...he enjoyed being elusive. | |

Eliza giggled at Evan and raised her hand polietly before speaking. "My parents and I took a trip to Italy this summer. We travelled all over the country, taking in sights, shows, museums -- everything and anything you could think of."

Professor Murdoch then strolled up the aisle of the classroom -- well he strolled as fast as he could. He knew he was running late for Kris' class but he couldn't wait to tell her the amazing breakthrough he just had with the ancient numbers of the constellations. How it all connects to Arithmancy is truly amazing!
He reached the front of the class and turned on his heel, flashing a dazzling white smile at the students. "I trust you all had wonderful Holidays," he said, his voice resonating with vabratto. "I could hear a few of your stoires as I walked in."
He turned to his wife and gave her an apologetic smile. She wouldn't be able to resist. "I'm so sorry I'm late --"
