Okay people here it is my chapter.....

Hermione walked down the corridor alone on her way to charms. About fifteen minutes into class Hermione looked up and heard the door open. She rolled her eyes as Malfoy came in ,“I-I’m sorry I’m late,” he stammered. “I didn’t realize what the time was.”

“Mr. Malfoy, I am sorry but the new rule is that if you are over fifteen minutes late you will not be able to enter my class,” he said coldly but Draco expected this. After what he had done at the end of his sixth year, he didn’t think they’d be happy he came back. But the truth was he was dreading to come back to Hogwarts because he knew what would happen exactly and he was right. All the teachers, not to mention students, were piercing they’re lips or giving him a cold look every time he passed by them in the corridor. He knew that if it was any other student coming late, Professor Flitwick would have easily accepted them with not so much as a “try not to be late next class”.

Hermione watched as he walked put of class slamming the door shut. Wow someone's grouchy this afternoon. She turned her attention back to Professor Flitwick began teaching again. The class dragged on and by the end of it Hermione had earned twenty points, Well that she cover for the points taken in potions, she thought bitterly. As the class was dismissed and homework was assigned she put her bag over her shoulder and walked out. While walking down the corridor she heard Ron mocking her from the previous class. She walked past him and bumped his shoulder making his books fall out his hands.

Hermione walked into he Defense Against the Dark Arts class and sat in a seat in the front. As the rest of the class filed in they began. After practicing non-verbal spells, which Hermione had mastered the year before, they were dismissed to go and eat dinner. Walking as fast as possible from the glare of Ron she ended up in the Great Hall before everyone else. She saw Ginny sitting at the table smiling.

Hermione walked up to her and sighed,"I think I'm going to eat dinner outside to day. there might be a fight if I stay inside." She looked behind her and saw Ron walking in with Harry close behind. They were whispering to each other and Hermione knew it couldn't be anything good.

"Go ahead. I'll handle the two baboons out for you,"Ginny said smiling.

Grabbing a roll and some pumpkin juice Hermione left . She walked up to the big oak doors which were open. She thought nothing of it and walked out. The breeze that played the grounds washed over her as she headed to the lake. She spotted a tall tree and climbed it finding a comfortable branch to sit on. After having started her homework she heard two voices coming towards her.

"Don't worry about him Draco he just favor the Gryffindors like every other teacher, except Snape of course." The voice was so nasty that Hermione didn't even want to began to see her. Pansy walked hand in hand with Draco, Hermione sat there hoping that they would go smewhere else and just let her work in peace. Well luck wasn't with her as they sat under the tree she sat in.

"I know Pansy,"Malfoy said cuddling her closely,"I'm just stressed a little I guess."
"well I can fix that,"Pansy said. She smiled and then began to snog him.

"Eww gross,"Hermione whispered. She put her stuff up and jumped ou t of the tree at the back so they wouldn't see her till she walked out from behind it. Taking a few fast steps she looked at him,"Malfoy go get a room. That's the proper place for snogging,"She yelled.

They broke apart and Hermione gripped her wand,"Granger, what are you doing out here. Rules state your not allowed to wander the grounds after hours," Malfoy sneered looking at her.

"Yes but I, unlike you and your,"Hermione debated on calling Pansy something foul," girlfriend, if you could even call her that, have the rights to be here. I, unlike you, have a badge on my uniform that says Head Girl."

Hermione watched as Malfoy jumped to his feet,"You filthy little mud-blood. Are you calling me a girl and Pansy a boy?"

"I might have been inferring it Malfoy,"she spat.

Hermione walked off and headed back up to the castle. She looked back and saw that Pansy was holding him back from throwing a hex at her." Well I see who wears the pants in this relationship," she mumbled. She walked up the stairs slowly. As she entered the common room she saw Ron and Harry standing there waiting for her.

"Hermione I'm sorry,"Ron said looking down at the ground,"It's just I get frustrated over stuff that Malfoy says that involves me and my love life because...well..."


Okay peeps I'm leaving this off with a cliffie which you might think is weird because we won't find out what happened until post after next but it will all work out I promise.

Hey everyone! Sorry about the long wait. My life is really busy I think I've said that about a million time already! But anyway, here it is. I hope the wait was worth it!

Draco walked down to the lake where he saw Pansy waiting for him and looking slightly annoyed. When she saw him she waved and Draco smiled.

"Sorry, I'm late," he said to her and they began to walk towards their tall, big tree. It was the one they had had shared their first kiss and since then that was where they made out every time they spent their time together. The called it the love bird tree.

"What was it this time?" she asked, half smiling.

"Um…" Draco mumbled, trying to find the right words. "Well, uh, you know…"

"I do?" she asked with raised eyebrows.

"It's to do with the Dark Lord. It's Top secret."

"I see," she said nodding her head. "I can keep a secret."

Draco was about to tell her that if he would tell her, he'd be in big trouble. Knowing very well that Pansy Parkinson was the biggest gossiper in the wizarding world and would never be able to keep a secret. He opened his mouth but closed it right away when he saw a girl sitting at their tree reading a book. There was no mistaking the bushy brown hair; she was none other than Hermione Granger.

"Look who's sitting at our tree," he said angrily.

"It's the gossip queen," Pansy said tossing her hair from side to side.

Draco raised his eyebrows at her.

"What?" she asked turning red. "She is. Last Halloween she tolled crab that my shoe size was the size of a Dragons foot!"

"She did?"

"Well, that's what happened in my dream…"

Draco looked back at Granger thinking what Snape had said. He could never in a million years see himself being friends with that Mudblood. All she did was read and study and knit all day for those worthless house elves.

"Quiet! Were coming towards her," Pansy warned.

"Next thing you know she'll start yelling at me for coming late to Flitwick's class as if she's my teacher!" he scowled not caring if they were being overheard.

"Come on, Draco. Don't let him get to you," she said trying to cool his mood.

"Well, than what you want me to do?" he demanded.

"Don't worry about him. He just favors the Gryffindor's like every other teacher, except Snape of course."

They sat under their tree and, trying to ignore Granger's presence. Draco rapped his hands around her waist and pushed her close to him. He brought his lips to hers and kissed her passionately. They began to snog, forgetting entirely about Granger.

"Malfoy go get a room. That's the proper place for snogging!"

Draco and Pansy broke apart and they saw it was Granger who yelled at them.

"No one asked your opinion, Mudlood!" Draco sneered at her. "There is no rule that says kissing your girlfriend is not allowed, so get lost!" And when Granger didn't move, he yelled at her, "It's your bedtime Granger! You better go, it's after hours and you wouldn't want to be cot with a bunch of Slytherin's snogging!"

Pansy just sat there, listening intently, enjoying the fight.

"Excuse me!" Granger yelled at Draco. "I, unlike you and your girlfriend, if you can even call her that, have the right to be here as much as you have! I, unlike you, have a badge on my uniform that says Head Girl."

"Big deal. Go and call Snape!"

"Well maybe I will!" she said and stalked off.

Draco took out his wand, wanting to hex her as she walked back up to the castle but pansy jumped to her feet and held his hands behind his back.

"Forget about her, Draco. She's worthless."

Draco was about to answer when an owl swooped on to his shoulder. He did not recognize who the owl belonged to but untied the letter and unfolded it. In neat handwriting it said:

Draco,
I am not asking you if you want to or not, I would like you to get inside information about the Order of the Phoenix. If it involves Granger, than do it. I do not care how but the Dark Lord does not have so much patience. If you cannot do it, I will tell the Dark Lord that you aren't capable of doing what he asks you to do.

Draco folded the letter and looked over at Pansy to make sure she hadn't read it over his shoulder; she gave him a curious look.

"What does it say?" she asked and Draco sighed with relief.

"It's…It's from Snape. I have a, uh, detention with him for being late to Flitwick's class," Draco lied.

"That Prat," Pansy spat. "He's such a mean head of the house. All he does is give detentions."

Draco eyed her.

"Weren't you just saying how Snape doesn't favorite the Gryffindor's?"

"Whatever," she mumbled, flushing.

"Come, let's go back. I need to get some homework done." Draco took Pansy's hand and together they walked back up to the castle.

Okay guys this is just my typical B-day thing. I give and never recieve because I'm a kind person. So I'm going to give you my next chapter. No I don't have a title so here you go.
^YEAH ITS MY B-DAY!!!!

Hermione walked down to the Great Hall with Ron and they were holding hands. She smiled at her friends as they sat down,"So today we have potions then a break then History of Magic. Seems easy enough with a few exceptions."

"Yeah the Slytherins aren't a few exceptions Hermione,"Ron said grabbing a piece of toast.
Hermione's eyes automatically glanced to the Slytherin table hoping that for some reason Malfoy would be sick or already gone. She spotted him sitting with Pansy and felt the erg to throw up,"No your right there not."

As they walked to class together people began whispering and pointing. Ron and Hermione both rolled there eyes and then dropped hands as they walked into potions just to avoid anything from Snape, though no one should really care what he has to say.

Hermione wrote a note to Ron the first half of class and then when it was time for the practical portion tucked it away in her pocket. She walked next to Ron and Harry and stood in place helping them both when snap wasn't looking. when Snape walked around the room he sneered,"Five points from Gryffindor each for helping them out Miss Granger you earn an extra ten points from Gryffindor." Hermione rolled her eyes and cleaned up the potion. Snape continued and sighed as if he was simply bored,"For home work a five foot essay on the proper complication of this potion.
"I don't know why he took away the first fifteen points,"Ron complained,"The potions were just fine."

"They weren't completed Ron. Malfoy's wasn't either anyways so your right it was unfair." Hermione up to the common room and mumbled the passwrod. She turned to Ron and Harry, "I'll see you two later I'm going to go get started on the homework assignment." Hermione hugged Ron and waved at Harry.

"I'm never going to get use to you two going out," Hermione heard Harry say as she walked up the stairs ever so slowly.

Hermione laid on her bed and began on the assignment. About an hour later she was getting up and ready to leave when she heard a light rap on the window. She saw a school owl with a Letter addressed to her. She grabbed it and ran off without thinking twice. Ron stood there waiting for her smiling,"ready to go,"he asked.

Hermione shrugged,"ready as I'll ever be." As they walked out the portrait hole they held hands yet again. They entered class that way and Hermione knew she was being watched but didn't care. They sat down and all eyes just dropped except for one person. She looked sideways at Malfoy and wondered why he was looking at her like that she shook it off as the lecture began.

"Class dismissed,"The Professor said and floated through the black board.

"Come on Hermione we'll go get something to eat and then get ready for the next few classes,"Ron said picking up her books and swinging her bag over his other shoulder. Hermione nodded and walked with him down to the Great Hall.

Okay people I know its not my best but Shirel will pick up from here....
