Hermione was moping in her bed again, she seemed to do this alot now. This time the problem was Ron. She and him had another row. It was on the normal subject but it still annoyed her. She knew she was fighting a losing battle. She even knew she was wrong. She knew she couldn't join Harry and Ron on their quest to destroy Voldemeort, especially now.

It just wasn't an option. Not with the mudblood restriction and tracking system. Yeah she was being tracked. It started with that horrid letter from the ministry

Dear Muggle Born
We are sorry to inform you that we have found reason to believe that your magic is unclean and dangerous. We are now passing a decree to have all muggle borns registered. To insure the safety and protection of themselves and proper wizards and witches. We ask you to report to the ministry on the 30 of this month with your wand and family tree. If you have other plans you MUST cancel. If you do not report to the ministry you will be arrested and tried, possibly even sent to azkaban.

Hermione was infuriated. Her not a PROPER witch.
How dare they. She would have refused to go but of course she was with her parents and they didn't want her to be sent to Azkaban, no matter how much she told them that the ministry wouldn't catch her with Harry and Ron.
So Hermione was forced to go.

Not to long after she received a letter from the ministry again.

Dear, Mudblood
You have now been registered in the Mudblood restriction and tracking system. Your wand has had a tracing spell cast upon it along with a spell to inform us of all magic that is preformed with it. This will allow us to insure that you do not break the following rules now set by the President of the Mudblood Restriction and Tracking System, Dolores Umbridge.

You must be in your homes by eight o’clock
No curses should be used for any reason
All spell must be approved by the ministry's law of mudblood restriction..............................

She couldn't believe it they actually called her mudblood and were tracking her. This was a huge deal. It meant she couldn't go with Harry and Ron. Even if they weren't tracking her, she couldn't defend herself. Finally she received the letter saying she was to go back to Hogwarts.

This made her really suspicious. Why Hogwarts, and why did she HAVE to. It scared her. She was so scared she asked if she could go with Ron and Harry, she said she could leave her wand behind and just borrow one of their wands. Ron flipped.

She was depressed this was going to be her last week with Ron and Harry and they couldn't even get along.

About an hour after Hermione stormed up to her room, she heard a knock on her door.

"WHAT DO YOU WANT" screamed Hermione
"moine"
"Ron?"

I feel very sorry for Hermione, she may be muggle born but calling her a MUDBLOOD is horrible.

Ron feebly came in to the room
"Hermione you ok" Ron asked even more feebly
" Fine Ron, Now what do want" Hermione Snapped
" I, I wanted to say sorry"
"Ron I don't... wait what?"
" I said I was sorry"
"You're sorry, for what?"
" For, for getting so, so mad about, well you know"
" No Ron I shouldn't have brought it up, it was stupid"
" No Hermione it wasn't, you were, were just scared"
" Ron, What am I going to do! what are they going to do to me!"
Ron rushed over and gathered Hermione in to a hug.
She had never noticed how stong and warm his arms felt. It felt like they could protect her from anything, anything at all.
" Hermione I don't know what you're going to do but I know that you'll figure something out, you always do."
Ron's words seemed to melt in the air. Hermione could tell that Ron was just as scared as her if not more. Why though, she knew he had always had a thing for her but was it really that serious. Did he really like her that much was more than just puppy love. Than Hermione had an idea.
" ROn could you do me a favor?"
"Anything"
" could you.. oh never mind I was being stupid again"
"Stupid? Again? When have you ever been stupid. Now what was it."
"Ron..."
"What"
"would you..."
" Would I what?"
"Kiss me"
"Kiss you?"
" Yeah Kiss me"
Ron sat there for minute then he gently put his hands under Hermione's chin. Slowly he lifted it up towards him. Then he kissed her.
Hermione never felt anything like. It was so passonite and gentle. She couldn't say that she had kissed many guys actually it was only Krum. After her and Ron broke apart Ron Mumbled
" I guess I'll just go"
Hermione looked at him he seemed to be turning redder than his hair.
" Ron please don't go"
" Um ok I guess"
" Ron"
" yeah"
"Can I ask you something"
Hermione said as her and ron sat on the bed
" Sure"
"Do you love me?"
"Yes"
"How long?"
"Always"
Hermione snuggled close to Ron
"Hermione?"
" Yeah"
"do you"
"Ron, I think do"
"When you go to hogwarts I won't be able see you will I"
" Ron lets not think about that rights now"
"ok"
" Ron I just don't get it though why me?"
"Because Your beautiful, smart,talented,...wonderful"
" do you really think so"
" Of course"
Hermione felt wonderful for some reason Ron made her feel that way. come to think of he always had.
"Ron can we just sit here for a while"
" Yeah"
"thanks"
Hermione and Ron sat there for hours until Mrs. Weasly called for supper. They went down hand in hand.

Over the next few days Hermione and Ron figured out all the problems with the plan and tried to fix them but most they couldn't

The girls agreed. When they made it to Madam Malkin's they were surprised to see two burly men standing outside.As they passed by them the two man glared threateningly. When they got inside Madam Malkins came rushing over "Hogwarts Right my dear"She asked them

"Oh I so Hate this question but THEY make me ask it."she said glareing at the two men outside"Ohh Well here it goes are eitherofyouamudblood?
"Ugh yes I am" Moaned Hermione
"oh dear I'm sorry"Madam Malkins said"You get those horrid robes"
"what robes" Hermione sighed

Then she handed Hermione five Mud brown robes.
"these are horrid"Squealed Hermione
"I know I know dear but it them"
"Ginny do you need to get anything"Snapped Hermione
"Umm yeah It's for the Start of the year dance"Mumbled Ginny
"The What?"Hermione Asked
"Start of the Year Dance its new this year" Ginny said while looking down"I guess they aren't inviteing Muggle Borns and I already told Dean I would go with him."
"fine i'll be across the street at Apothecary" Snapped Hermione
Hermione stalked over to Apothecary with her Mud robes to get some more newt eyes she was running low. When she entered the store she saw that they had finally got some more ground Dragon liver and went to look at the price. After she had been looking for a while the a store worker came over he looked furious.
"CAN YOU NOT READ"he screamed in Hermione's face
"I-I-I"Hermione stuttered she had no clue what he was talking about
"THE SIGN ON THE DOOR CLEARLY STATES NO MUDLOOBS ALOUD"
This inferiated Hermione
"WHAT" Hermione screamed back" WHAT NO WHAT"
"SHUTUP YOU FILTHY MUDBLOOD AND GET OUT"
They had now called everyones attention in the shop to themselves.
"UUUUUUURGH"growled Hermione she swung out and knocked all the powdered dragon livers on to the floor and stormed out of the shop leaveing a very angery worker behind.
Hermione meant up with Ginny and Mr.Weasley they all went to go to Bloomdud.
Hermione and Ginny feeble walked into the shop. A man came up to them "name and blood status"
"Uh Ginny Weasley Pure blood"Ginny said curiosly
"Hermione Granger Muggle..."started Hermione
"Mrs. Weasle" The man interupted
"WEASLEY"Ginny screamed
"Sorry Wizley please leave this is for Mudbloods only"
"No I'm.."Ginny started to bark
"Ginny i'll Be quick just wait for me outside" Hermione stopped her
"fine be quick"Ginny whispered to bHermione before leaving the shop
After Ginny left the shop the man turned back to Hermione
"Mudblood what year are you entering"
"My name is Hermione and I'm going into my 7th year" she snapped
"Fine Mudblood here is your things"he said as if it was disgusting to be even close to a muggle born
"Where are all my books?"Hermione said
"Books? Filthy Mudblood get out"he snapped
Startled Hermione left no books, for school something was seriously wrong
Hermione saw that Ginny had gone into Fred and Georges shop so she joined her.
Fred saw Hermione and came rushing over Hermione
"have you just been to Bloomsdud"he asked she noticed he said bloomsdud like he was saying a very bad word
"yeah why" she asked
"No reason but I was wondering if you had figure out why the called it that.
" uhh no i didn't really care"
" you should try switching the letters around"
"uhh" Hermione thought for a moment
"no they didn't" she screamed" It's just....(hehe I'll let you guys guess)
swiched around.
"Hermione" Goerge came over he look upset "Some one is her fo you"
"who" Hermione asked looking around
A man showed up behind him
"Are you Hermione Granger"he asked
Hermione reconised him from Madam Malkins
"Umm Yeah" she responded
"you need to come with me"
befor Hermione could say anything else she was grabbed and escorted from diagon ally.........

Hermione found herself in a low security cell in azkaban. don't worry its low security so no Dementors. She was there because of her fit in Apothecary apparently it is now a crime punishable for up to a year in azkaban at least if your a Mudblood. But since she was a minor and was going to Hogwarts soon she only had to stay for five days. This was her last and Harry, Ron, Mr and Mrs. Weasley were comeing to get her.
" Oh Hermione dear come her sweety" Mrs. Weasley cooed at Hermione
It made her feel three years old again.
"Mrs. Weasley I'm fine just a little hungry.." Hermione started
" ohh they've been feeding you haven't they oh of course not look at you you're so scrawny"Mrs. Weasly interupted " I going to give these people a piece of my mind who do they think they are.."
Mrs. Weasley kept going on and on, while Hermione rolled her eyes at this Mr. Weasley was signing her out. After everything was sorted out and Mrs. Weasly was finally convinced to keep her "mind" to herself they left.
When they got back to the burrow Mrs Weasley wisked Hermione into the kitchen to "Fatten her up" while Ron and Harry went outside.

"Isn't she beautiful"Ron said while he watched Hermione talking to his mom in the kitchen
"Ron we need to talk"Harry told him seriously
"Whoa this sounds serious whats up"Ron replied
"It is, it's about you and Hermione"
"What about us"Ron said almost threatening
"Ron I don't think you should get in sop deep"
"why?"
"well at least not right now I mean you and me leaveing soon and Hermione going to Hogwarts if you get in to deep it might hurt you both."
"Harry what are you talking about I won't hurt Hermione"
"Ron thats not what i meant i mean not seeing each other not knowing whats going on."
"I'll Know what going on and I'll see her....."Ron started but stopped and looked really guilty
"How?"

"that git! what did he tell you?" she hissed
"Nothing he wouldn't tell me thats why I'm asking you. Hermione don't!"Harry said as she started to interupt him"I care about you and you know that if you got hurt I don't know what I'd do.
"Oh Harry I'm not going to get hurt It is risky but you know me"
"I know I just hope you don't get Hurt"
"tell you what Ron can tell you when you leave tommmorow now go to bed"
" ok Night Hermione I'll miss you"
"Harry I will too"
Harry got up to go

"Just it's funny you are acting like your my brother and I'm glad you think of me as you sister"

Hermione woke the next morning hearing Mrs. Weasley screaming

Hermione gruggingly got out of bed. She dressed did her hair and grab her trunk. When she got down stairs Mrs. Weasley made her sit down and eat.
Hermione put down some toast to calm Mrs. Weasley. She had been that way since Hermione got back from Azkaban.
"Alright we're going to apperate to King Cross Station."Mr. Weasley said to the girls while comeing in from outside.
"Now you all better hurry up its twenty till" Mrs. Weasley reminded
"Well if Hermione is ready I'm ready"Ginny said while looking at Hermione
"Yeah I'm ready"Hermione said
Soon they were all at Kings Cross.
"Ginny, Hermione come here quick alright. Ginny if anything happens you can come right home remeber that and Hermione be strong."Mr Weasley said sounding a lot like Mrs. Weasley.
"DAD I am not leaveing Hermione"
"your mother might not give you much choice and she can be pretty stubborn"
"So can I "
"Love you Ginny" Sighed Mr.Weasley" and you to Hermione if there is any trouble you write you hear me girls"
"of course dad we've got to go"
The whistle blew telling them they had to go so Ginny and Hermione got on the train and soon found a compartment with Neville and Luna. They all sat down and started talking about the summer they had just started talking about the "Mudblood Restriction" when in strutted none other than Malfoy.
"What you want Malfoy"snapped Hermione
"I would watch it if I were you Mudblood"Malfoy sneered back
"Why what are you going to do Malfoy"she hissed
"Well alot considering I'm in charge of all you Mudbloods at Hogwarts"Malfoy laughed
Hermione's heart dropped.
"Yes Mudblood and I think that will be a weeks worth of detention"
"What for Malfoy"Hermione said it trying to sound confident but she couldn't
"well for looking so ugly you filthy Mudblood"
he laughed and left
"Hermoine your not a Mudblood"Mumbled Neville
"Your not ugly either you even remind me of a bumblesnackerback they are very lovely."Luna said dreamyly
Hermione laughed she could sure count on Luna to make her feel better.
"Thanks guys we should get our robes on"
They all agreed and started pullin out thier robes. Neville saw Hermione's Robes and asked about them but before she could answer Malfoy came by again and told Hermoine that she needed to get off first because Mudbloods were taking the luggage up to the castle.
Hermione went to the back of the luggage area with some other muggle borns she didn't think they could carry this all up to the castle but then again she is a witch she'll just levitate it up there.Hermione let all the other Muggle borns know what to do they all left for the castle. When they finally made it up their most of the first years were exhausted she led them into the great hall were sorting was almost overshe sent the first years up to the front and sat down with Ginny, Neville, and Luna. The whole thing seemed sort of rushed. They were sent of to thier dormatories for the Wizard borns three years and up to prepare for the "Stat of the Year Dance".
Ginny came down she looked great (Sexy Prom DressGinny's Dress)
Hermione decided to walk down so she could see what Luna looked like she looked good(Pleated Prom Gowns by JovaniLuna's dress) she was just about to tell her so when up shows Malfoy
"this is a Wizard Dance only"
Hermione was sick of it he had hit her last nerve. Hermione whipped out her wand and.......................
