Hi, it's me Marcy and I have decided to give the FF writing another chance. For those of you who were fans on The Unknown Writer and don't know why I stopped and asked for the story deleted, I stopped because people were not commenting my story even though a ton of people read the story. That kinda of hurt me, so I hope you comment. But I promise to those, that if I do end up stopping again, I will have an ending. I made a draft up to chapter 10. Now let's begin!

Love Will Hurt

Chapter 1:
You Can’t Go!

It was breakfast time and Hermione sat at the Gryffindor Table doing some last minute reading and eating her bagel. Her ancient runes book sat propped up against the orange juice pitcher, its pages being flipped occasionally. Hermione flipped to the next page as Harry entered the Great Hall, a smile plastered across his face. He sat down across from Hermione and began humming.

Hermione looked up, her bagel hanging from her mouth for she had been in mid bite. Harry looked at her, chuckling slightly as he pushed her book off the pitcher and poured himself a glass of juice. “Hermione, I think you have something hanging right…right there.” He said pointing at his chin. Hermione looked at him and sarcastically laughed. “Ha Ha Harry. Very funny.” She said taking the bagel from her mouth. “And why are you so happy?” She asked setting the bagel down on her plate.

Harry's smile grew even wider and he looked up and down the table making sure that no one was listening in. No one was, so he leaned in towards Hermione and whispered, “I did it!” Hermione stared at Harry, a confused look on her face. But soon a smile as big as Harry’s spread over her face to. “You asked her out?!” She asked making sure. Harry nodded his head. “Yup, I asked Ginny last night before she went upstairs.”

“Harry that’s great! Where are you going to take her?” Hermione asked a look of excitement on her face. Harry shrugged his shoulder and bite into some toast. “Maywe to Hogwsweade?” He said munching on his toast. “That’s not a bad place to go.” Hermione said brushing crumbs off her book. “Have you told Ron yet?” She asked a look of concern replacing the smile.

“Told me what?” Ron asked appearing all of sudden. He looked at his two friends as he sat down next to Harry. Hermione and Harry looked at each other and Hermione nodded her head slightly. Harry returned the nod and turned to Ron. “Uh Ron, last night, I uh uh, I asked Ginny out.” He said.

Ron looked at Harry in disbelief. He had done what?! Harry had asked his, HIS little sister Ginny out! He looked at Hermione, who had resumed reading her book, trying her best to avoid the explosion she knew would occur in only a few minutes. Ron looked back at Harry and did just that, he exploded. “WHAT! WHY WOULD YOU DO THAT?” He asked yelling his head off. Heads from all around the room turned to see what the commotion was about. “How could you ask my sister out? I don’t want her dating a guy like you, you toe rag!” Yelled Ron. He slammed his hand down on the table and got up ready to leave the hall raging with fury. He turned back and looked at Harry and said. “I forbid you from going out with Ginny!” And he turned back around, leaving the hall.

Hermione sighed; she hated how Ron was so over protective of his sister. He had no clue that the more protective he was of her, the more she would lash out at him, and date guys he didn’t like. This was every guy in school! She peeked out from behind her book and looked at Harry. “I’m sorry Harry.” She said placing a hand on his. Harry nodded his head and got up. He didn’t feel like eating anymore. “I’ll…I’ll see you later Hermione.” He said leaving. Hermione watched him leave and sighed. ‘Why do boys have to be such idiots about everything?’ She thought. She finished up her breakfast, but suddenly got up. She ran after Harry, catching him as he stood outside the portrait hole. “Harry, I think I have an idea on how you and Ginny can go out.” She said smiling.

Chapter 2:
A Plan

Instead of being happy, Harry left the Great Hall more upset than he could imagine. He didn’t know what to do. Should he go out with Ginny, a thing he had wanted to do since forever, or should he be loyal to his best friend. Harry had no clue. ‘Why does life have to be so difficult?’ He thought arriving outside of the portrait hole. He was about to say the password, but stopped as he heard Hermione come up behind him.

She looked out of breath, probably from running after him. She smiled and said, “Harry, I think I have an idea on how you and Ginny can go out.” Harry blinked, staring at Hermione, and then lunged forward to hug her. “Oh Hermione you are the best! You always have a plan! Ok so what is it?” He asked letting go of her.

Hermione laughed. “Lets go inside the common room. I’ll tell you in there.” She replied turning to the Fat Lady. “Gingersnaps.” The lady nodded and swung open, letting the two inside to the red and gold room. It was completely empty except for Harry and Hermione. They found two armchairs and sat down.

“Ok see here’s my plan. The Hogmeade trip is coming up this weekend, right?” Hermione said looking at Harry. He nodded. “Yeah, that’s where I planned to take Ginny.” Hermione smiled and continued. “Great, so what I was thinking is you two go with this.” She pulled gold out of her pocket and held it out in her palm for Harry to take. It was one of the fake galleons they had used in their fifth year for the D.A.

“And what is this going to do?” Harry asked taking the coin. “Well I’ll have Ron with me, and I’ll have another coin with me too. So while I’m busy keeping Ron busy. You and Ginny are off having fun.” Hermione said. “Well what about the coin Mione?” Harry asked. “Well just so we don’t run into each other, before going to a different shop or somewhere else, we’ll send a message to the other telling them where their going.” Hermione said finishing off. “Does that make sense?” She asked realizing it sounded slightly confusing.

Harry nodded his head, pocketing the fake galleon. “Do you want me to tell Ginny, or do you?” Hermione looked at Harry and replied. “You really want to talk her don’t you?”

“Yes.”

“Be my guest.”

Harry smiled and left the common room to find his red head beauty. As he walked down the corridors, peaking into empty classrooms, he replayed the plan over in his head. ‘Ok hang out with Ginny, have the time of our lives. But whenever we go somewhere different tell Hermione. That’s so simple! Don’t know why Hermione had to make it sound so conf-GINNY!’ Harry had found Ginny sitting by the lake with few of her friends and Luna.

As he walked over to them he picked up a morning glory from a random patch of grass. He stopped next to Ginny, who looked up and smiled, blushing slightly. “You guys wouldn’t mind if I took her away for a few minutes right?” Harry asked smiling back at Ginny. Her friends giggled to themselves (all except Luna) and got up, walking away whispering excitedly.

Harry helped Ginny up and gave her the morning glory. “Ron’s going to kill you if he sees you.” She said taking the flower from him. “You heard about the argument?” Harry asked. “I could hear from all the way out here. And sounded like a one man argument to me.” Ginny said laughing. “So what are we going to do? Cancel the date I guess, I know you don’t want to lose being Ron’s friend since everyone else just wants to be your friend because you’re famous.” She asked looking away from Harry.

He turned her head back to face him and smiled, looking into her brown eyes. “Don’t worry, Hermione hatched up a plan.” He said reassuringly. Ginny’s face automatically brightened up, causing Harry to laugh. He told her the plan, explaining it better than Hermione. “This is great! Remind me to buy Hermione something nice at Hogsmeade.” Ginny said, she was practically jumping up and down. Her dream was coming true! She was going out with the one guy she knew was made for her. “So see you on Saturday Mr. Potter?” She said. “I’ll meet you in the entrance hall Ms. Weasley!” Harry said kissing her cheek.

That was amazing!
Of course Hermione has a plan! haha
I wonder if they accidentally lose the galleons or something!
I'm hoping not...

Chapter 3:
Uh….Sure!

Ron left the Great Hall, with a burning passion of hatred for Harry. Ron had thought he had made it specifically clear that he didn’t want Ginny dating anyone, not even his best friend. ‘Wasn’t that a rule or something? Don’t date your brother’s best friend or something?’ Ron ran up the stairs to the Common Room and went upstairs to the boy’s dormitory.

He jumped onto his bed and buried his face in his pillow. ‘How could Harry do this to me?’ He thought. ‘I thought he was my best friend. He needs to understand I’m just trying to protect my little sister.’ It was true; the only reason why Ron was acting like this was because he didn’t want his sister hurt. But then again, Harry was the type of guy who would hurt someone he cared about and he obviously cared about Ginny, so maybe it was ok for the two to go out.

Ron sat up in his bed; he was going to Harry that it was ok to go out with his sister. He stood up and exited the dormitory just to see Harry leaving the common room. He came down the stairs and also saw Hermione. “Hey where’s Harry going?” He asked her. Hermione stood up, scared that Ron was going to go after Harry and kill him. “Why?” She asked timidly. “I need to tell him something.” Ron replied. “I don’t know, I think he went to fly his broom or something.” Hermione lied, still unsure on telling Ron the truth.

“But I was-um-wondering if…..if…uh……yo-you wanted to-uh.” Hermione said stammering. ‘Why is this so hard? It’s just one measly question.’ Ron looked at Hermione, confused and waiting for her to finish. “I-uh-was wondering-if-uh.” Hermione continued butchering up her words. Ron frowned and said, “Just spit it out Hermione, I’ll die before you finish.”

“I was wondering if you wanted to maybe go to Hogsmeade with me.” Hermione said rather quickly. “What?” Ron asked. “I didn’t quite catch that.” Hermione sighed and took in a deep breath. “I was wondering if you wanted to maybe go to Hogsmeade with me. You know the one tomorrow.” She said more slowly, avoiding eye contact with Ron. What was with her? Why was she having so much trouble just asking her friend to Hogsmeade? Hermione looked at Ron, looking into his blue eyes, but quickly diverting her gaze to a bird outside.

While Hermione did this, Ron stood there, kind of shocked. Had Hermione just asked him out? When she looked at him, he couldn’t help but notice how her chocolate brown eyes sparkled. “Um...sure. But what about Harry?” Ron replied running his hand through his hair. “He….uh….decided not to go.” Hermione replied, saying the first thing that came to mind.

“I’ll see you later.” Ron said leaving the common room. He still needed to find Harry and tell him that it was ok for him to go out with Ginny. He decided to look down by the lake first and walked down to the grounds. But what he saw shocked him. Harry and Ginny stood there, holding hands, and kissing!

Ron walked up to the two of them and pushed them apart. “What the heck! I told you, you couldn’t go out with her and you went behind my back? What kind of friend are you?” Ron asked, yelling his head off. Harry and Ginny looked at each other and then at Ron. “I can take care of myself Ron.” Ginny said glaring at her brother. “No you can’t! What about Michael, huh? Didn’t look like you could take care of yourself with him.” Ginny looked down at her feet. “Just because you’ve never had a girlfriend, doesn’t mean you have to take your anger out on everyone else.” She said running off. “Nice job Ron. Your brilliant.” Harry said running after Ginny.

That's so mean of him!
But in all and all it wasn't fair of them to go out behind his back. (I know, i'm horrible to say that)
