Hello, everyone! I'm Anastasia, or Ana, or anything you can come up with, really, and this is my attempt at writing a fan fiction story. I've wanted to write one for awhile, but due to my laziness, indecisiveness about characters and ships, and other stuff, I haven't.

Anyways, I'm not telling who this is shipping, but I will tell you that I'm trying the Marauders and some other guys. Please comment becuase I want to know your opinions, even if there’s stuff you think I should change. And there will be interesting posts and romance soon, I promise!

Oh, and everything belongs to J.K. Rowling, apart from my plot, and any made-up characters, of course.

Sirius Black had quickly escaped from his parents on Platform Nine and Three Quarters, to find his friends. After a quick scan of the crowd, he spotted the messy black hair of James Potter. Sirius strode over to his best friend, who was standing with his parents. “Hey, James,” he said clapping his friend on the back with a grin.

“Sirius!” James exclaimed, turning around towards him. “I wondered when you’d finally show up.” He said with a chuckle. “Wanna find Moony and Wormtail?” James asked, motioning to the Hogwarts Express.

“Sure,” Sirius nodded, and the two boys waved to James’ parents before grabbing their trunks and boarding the Hogwarts Express. Sirius and James walked down the corridor, looking for either a compartment, or Remus Lupin and Peter Petigrew.

They both came to an immediate stop, identical grins on their faces, outside a compartment, but it was neither empty, nor were Remus or Peter there. James opened the compartment door smoothly, and he and Sirius sauntered in.

“Well, well, well. Look who it is,” Sirius smirked, looking at James, and then the two in the compartment.

“Yes, hey, Evans! Wouldn’t you like to join us? Surely you can’t want to sit with Snivellus?” James asked cockily, messing up his already completely messy hair.

Merlin, first chapter and James is already out to get the poor Lily! I like it! Good job with the writing, too. I can't wait to see how it turns out, though... will it be James/Lily as most would expect, orrrrr... DUN DUN DUNNN! Something else that will result in no Harry Potter?

Severus Snape had been expecting this, but it did not make the sight of Potter or Black anymore welcome. He immediately jumped up as the two idiots strutted into his and Lily’s compartment. He glared at them, about ready to pull out his wand if he needed to.

“I suggest that you may as well leave.” Lily told James in a calm, but clearly annoyed tone, shooting Severus a warning glance. She was not happy at James and Sirius’ interruption, but Lily did not want a fight between the three boys. They hadn’t even got to school yet.

“Sweet as ever, Evans.” James winked at Lily, barely even listening to what she said. And Severus, who had ignored Lily, looked angrier.

“James, Snivellus looks as if he could blow up with rage.” Sirius said, his face amused, not caring about Snivellus in the slightest. “We wouldn’t want that, now would we?”

In a quick motion of anger, Severus pulled out his wand and shot a red spell in Sirius’ direction. Sirius was paying too much attention, however, and simply moved aside, away from the spell. It ended up hitting the compartment door and shattering it into pieces.

“Oops,” Sirius said with a chuckle, while James burst into laughter. Although, it seemed, Lily couldn’t take any more of the stupid boys, as she had picked up her things, and waved her wand to fix the glass before storming out of the compartment and down the corridor of the train. This caused both Sirius and James to laugh even harder, making Severus more furious by the minute.

Severus opened his mouth as if to say something, but apparently decided against it, as he left the compartment, but not before James tripped him up on his way out. Severus fell over onto the ground, and all of his books fell onto the ground.

James and Sirius burst into raucous laughter, and the two boys sat down with identicle grins. “I don’t think I’ll ever tired of that.” James said with a smirk.

“Ran into Snape, I’m guessing?” Came Remus Lupin’s voice from the doorway, beside Peter Petigrew. His voice wasn’t disapproving, yet it wasn’t thrilled like James or Sirius’ were.

“Moony! Wormtail!” Sirius and James said in unison. Turning to look at their friends. “About time you teo showed up, where’ve you been?” Sirius asked raising his eyebrows at the two boys.

“Peter was trying to get food from the food trolley, and Lucuis Malfoy was causing trouble.” Remus said shaking his head. He was thr Gryffindor Prefect, and it was generally the Slytherin’s who caused the most trouble.

OMGGG James and Sirius are horrible! Poor Snivelly! Awww. I actually quite disliked James and Sirius in the HP books too. Bullies. =[
Anyway, this post was awesome, Ana. Really. I can't wait for the rest, post more soooooon.

I knooooooo. They are soooooo mean. But it's just the way the are. I felt sorry for Snapey writing this, though. I might start writing some more tonight, and carry on tomorrow. Hopefully I can get another post soonish. Although I do have school. And did ya see? I slipped in a line about Lucius at the end.

Awww, well don't force yourself if you can't write just yet! Writing comes out at its best when the author's feeling inspired as they write. -cough-But still post more soon-cough-

Yeah, I know, but since I started writing I've been having like a thousand ideas a minute. And it's hard for me to stop writing when I start.

“This year,”

“...Is going to be so fun.” Sirius finished James’ sentence with a grin.

“I don’t suppose that has anything to do with classes, does it?” Remus asked with a faint smile, already knowing the answer.

“Come on, you know it’s going to be great.” Smirked Sirius. “I mean, all the pranks we can play, and watching James’ miserable attempts to get Evans to go on a date with him.” The boy chuckled, and stopped after James threw a box of chocolate frogs at him.

“Thanks mate,” Sirius said grabbing a frog, James rolled his eyes. “And the full moon.” James said looking at Remus excitedly, his eyes alight.

Remus grinned. It was hard not to. Sometimes he felt guilty on the full moon for running around on the grounds with his friends. But then he would always think about when he thought he would never be able to come to Hogwarts, and then James, Sirius and Peter were all his friends, even though they knew what he was. It seemed like he was fighting an endless battle with the selfless, and selfish parts of him.

“I can’t wait...” Remus answered vaguely.

It was mostly just James and Sirius who carried on talking about one thing or another, pranks they could do, things that they had done last year... Peter mostly listened admirably; he cared more about what they said, anyway. But Sirius and James were more than used to this in all the years that had known Peter. Remus also added things every now and then, but it was always pretty vague, his mind somewhere else, still thinking about him being a werewolf. This too, Sirius and James didn’t notice. They weren’t exactly the most observant people in the world.

Time seemed to go by very quickly, and it seemed as though in no time at all, the train had stopped, and they were at Hogsmede station.

“We’re here!” Peter said with a grin, stating the obvious.

“Man, that was quick, though, wasn’t it? Good thing, too, I’m starving.” Sirius announced, as if it was some very important thing, but to him, it probably was.

“When aren’t you hungry?” Remus asked, a smile tugging at his lips. “Anyway, I need to go, someone's bound to be causing some trouble out there.” He said to James, Sirius and Peter.

The three waved Remus goodbye, and James turned to Sirius and Peter. “Come on guys, let’s go find a carriage, shall we? I’m starving, too.” James said with a grin.

“Yeah, lets go.” Sirius said and they started to walk off the train. “I can’t wait for the feast.” Sirius said, walking through the crowds of kids o find a carriage. Food at Hogwarts was always so much better then at his home. Although, when he went to James’ house, Mrs. Potter was a very good cook.

BAHAHA. I loved that. Sirius is definitely a good support system.
Anyway, this was yet another awesome post, Ana! Great job.
& As for the length, I personally don't like them too long (though I'm guilty of writing long chapters myself ), but like the length of this one was really nice.
Can't wait for more!
