OOC: The Minister of Magic, all foreign ministers, the quidditch official and players, and any special guests should arrive via the Special Transport Floo Network. All others may arrive via the Apparition and Portkey Check-in.

Those not able to arrive at the Quidditch World Cup via the Special Transport Floo Network will need to utilize the Apparition and Portkey Checkpoint for their transportation needs to and from the event. Mr. Armen Ricard, a division head in the Department of Magical Transportation, has worked with those in his division to place two hundred portkeys in easily accessible places throughout the areas that will be used for travel. Mrs. Madison Masterson, another division head in the Department of Magical Transportation, has worked with those in her division to develop plans to monitor all areas to be used for apparition and ensure no one is seen by the muggle eye. You may or may not encounter these employees or a number of other Ministry employees throughout your travels. Please remember that they are present to assist you should the need arrive.

Please use apparition to arrive at the portkey of your choice. You may use that portkey to arrive at the campground sites just outside the Quidditch World Cup area.

OOC: In the spoiler tab, you'll find a list of the two hundred portkeys. You may roleplay your character using the portkey of your choice to get to the event.

And remember you can get into the Campsite only after get through the Security check-in. No one will not be allowed into either the campsite or the stadium without getting Security clearance. So co-operate with Security Personals.

OOC: (Which means, Security department people will give you a security clearance avvy. So be patient please..)

"Ooop" Becca giggled as they apparated to the spot where the first portkey to the world cup was situated. Smiling to herself as she saw a teddy bear sat on the ground, she shook her head "There it is" she pointed it out to Brian "Ready to start working?" she grinned, waiting for him to pick up the bear.

Warren walked along the grounds inspecting everything twirling his wand around his fingers. A habit he'd picked up awhile ago. Walking into the Portkey Check-In he looked around for his young 'apprentice' or so the kid only wished. He'd have to learn a lot and he still wouldn't be him. He never would. He shouldn't want to.

Sighing he looked around to see..no one. Great. He really needed more people and he had a certain...dislike...for cloning like Forrester did.

Brian smiled, amused at her reaction. God, she was safe. He was worried about this apparition thing since she was Eighteen weeks pregnant. His eyes took a glance at her bulging stomach fondly. "Yeah, See a teddy bear is waiting there" he said, still holding her hand in his as they walked towards one of the portkeys Ministry had arranged. "Ofcourse Yes.." he said, only half-smiled this time, remembering the conversations between them a while before back home.

CRACK!!! Ben Apperated to his position outside the stadium right next to Warren. He looked to him and spoke, "Perfect apparation if I do say so myself." Ben was wearing a black muggle turtleneck and good pants. He placed his wand in his left pocket. He looked at Warren who obviously didn't like Ben very much, but the feeling was mutual. He wasn't going to tell Warren that his nephew was coming too. He'll wait and see.

She grinned at him and then looked at the teddy bear again "Kinda wierd, huh?" she grinned and eyed it interestedly "You'll be fine" she nodded, squeezing his hand "I promise" she looked at him and smiled, holding his hand tightly. Nothing was going to happen. She was determined and stubborn on this point. "Come on.. we don't wanna miss it" she encouraged him.

Warren rolled his eyes as his self-proclaimed protege apparated right next to him but he didn't flinch. "And a show off if I do say so myself," he said cheekily. Frowning he looked out at the clearing waiting for the first people to arrive. If it wasn't for Madison he wouldn't be doing this. Placing his wand back in his pocket within easy reach he looked around wondering where Alexa was. "Are you ready for this?" A thousand different ways things could go wrong crossed his mind. "I'm going to stay here. You will go to the floo network and stand guard over there. And I need you to stay there. Don't wander off and don't get distracted. It's still early so you still have some time but be prepared for everything." He had no doubt the kid probably studied one of his books again. Books...absolutely nothing from the real thing THAT his several scars could attest to. 20 years of experience and he plays babysitter. Excellent.

Looking up as he saw two people he recognized he smiled. "Brian..." Arching an eyebrow as he asked for his card he laughed. "What am I forgettable?" Handing the security head his division head card he laughed and glanced toward Becca. "Hey there. Have you heard the news?"

"Show off? Maybe. Skilled? Yes." Ben smirked and listened to Warren. "Ready? I've been training for something like this since I was six. If anyone's ready for this thing, it's me." He listened for hsi position. "Floo network. Got it." Ben thought about his position and something popped up into his head. "Are you sure you want someone like me with 'no experience' guarding all the VIP's?" Ben liked making Warren question himself. "And for your information, I do have experience. I worked for the Muggle Police force for two years. I learned major criminology and self awareness. The only difference here is that it's a larger venue and we use wands, not guns."

"What I thought you were ready? Doubting yourself?" he said cheekily with a glance at the kid. He had to give him credit for his optimism. That was something he'd lost a long time ago. "It's not the same. Trust me," he muttered as he watched people arriving, his hand in his pocket.

Ben looked at this person who seemed to be friendly with Warren. He looked at Warren and back to this person. "Hi, I'm Ben Amsten," he said with his usual smile. He held out his hand for the woman to shake.

"Well, the principles are the same. Bad guys are trying to do something, we're trying to stop them." He was shocked from what he heard next.

"You're engaged??? Well congratulations!" Ben patted Warren on the back twice knowing he wouldn't like that. He then turned back to the person Warren was talking to. "And congratulations on the baby!" he said smiling brightly.

Chris heard a crack of apparation and saw a ministry member coming up it was time to put his security skills to work. "Hello" said Chris "May i please have Identification" he said looking at her expectantly.

Chris took out his ministry security ID and showed off. "Im actually from the ministry security on the 8th level. My department head wanted us here to help with the clearences i believe." He waited for a response.

Chris looked over her ID for a few moments checking over the features and such. Then he said "Ok you are good to go. Enjoy the matches." He gave the ID back to her and waved her on her way.

"Oh of course," she smiled back at him. Briony took the card out of her pocket and handed it to him. "I'm Briony Whitehall. I work in the Magical Education department. I live down in an apartment in London," she informed him. She turned as there was a crack from behind.

"Sorry we're late Briony," Jared informed her, shaking off his little sisters arm. "Thalia was freaking out." He walked up beside his aunt with his little sister.

"My niece and nephew are using the portkey with me," she explained to him.
