Ive always wondered where Remus lived before he went to Hogwarts, and where he lived after acctually.

Bit of a strange question but what do you think?

he probaly first lived in a village (When he got bit)
and after hogwarts i gess in the woods so he coudnt harm people

I agree with love draco. He had to live in a place where he couldn't hurt someone if he forgot to take he's potion

That does make you wonder because you never see him at home. He is always at Grimwald Place or Hogwarts. Even in 7 I dont think it says where they live.

But dont you wander where he was during the summer becouse when he was in school he was a little young to fend for hemself.

There is a possibility that he too lived in Godric's Hallow. That would be my guess seeing that they didn't see where. But a place like that wouldn't make much sense to have a werewolf. He could have a house out in an acreage or in the forest or something along those lines. I can't ever remember any of the books saying where he lives.

You know, that's a very good question. We know he got bit as a child, so he was probably living with his parents in a wizarding village somewhere, but after he graduated--he probably lived as a nomad. Moving from place to place, looking for work because as Rowling tells us, werewolves are hard-pressed to find good work because nobody wants to hire them. They are all afraid of werewolves. So Lupin probably moved around a lot.

I'd say he lives in forests. I'd also say he was keeping in touch with remaining Order members.

I think that he would live in a vey cheap house in London because because of the evil Umbridge he couldn't get a job. I don't think it is Remus' style to live in the forest and it's mentioned in the fourth book that he's in London.

I have no idea where he lived before Hogwarts, but I'm guessing that after Grimmauld's Place was inhabited with the Order, he moved in there with Sirius. After that, he moved in with Tonks somewhere. I don't know... Never really thought about it
