Black is capitalized because Snape is talking about Sirius Black. And Snape is referring to James' trust in his friends, which obviously Snape believes to be mistaken. He thinks James was wrong to trust so blindly in Sirius, when Sirius (or so Snape believes) was the one to out James and Lily to Voldemort.

well names are always capitalized so i don't think it really means much but james was really mean to snape and so was sirius they were horible

Snape believed that Sirius had killed Lily and as such used Sirius' last name which is why the word Black is capitalised.

Yes but snape knew he didnt. Because by now I'm sure a lot of you have seen deathly hallows part 2 in the cinemas and you would have seen in the princes tale that snape went to godrics hollow and found lily and James dead. And he cradled lily in his arms while he cried. So in my opinion, i think he knew that Sirius didnt kill them.

Snape hated Black, believed that he betrayed Lily to Voldemort (he didn't care about James or harry) and believed that Harry was becoming sympathic to Black.
