If you're unable to change your Post Profile color it probably means that you have a colored post bit already. Just post here and an admin will remove your coding for you. This will fix the issue and you'll be able to change your Post Profile color as you wish.

Done. You should be able to set it yourself by typing "maroon" in the last field of your Edit Options page in your CP; I can't see any reason you might've been unable. Let me know if you have trouble again.
