Hogwarts RPG Name: Fiona Renée Oliveraux First | I was just looking at my Livejournal info after editing some things and realized that I wasn't a member of _snitchseeker anymore! So I went to see if there was something wrong with that community, and it's been deleted! Does anyone know anything about this?
Thanks,
Stephanie |

| Maybe because it wasn't used very much?
I won't really miss it because most people communicate much more on here or on their own LJs. I never really used the SS community.
It is useful if this site is down though so we can see what's going on... |

Graduated | Deeply sorry.
Pinkneon and *RonSean* were the maintainers. Yes, I was. Sadly I had computer problems all this week. I have to ask *RonSean* because she was my co-maintainer and I was no idea what has happened. If people want the community back up though, I can Re-Start it. Its just, I know I'm a co-maintainer and all and I should know what in the world is going on but I must get more info with my co-maintainer. When I do find out I will tell you all. |

Graduated | I searched all over for some explanation, but I couldn't find any. I checked through all my emails related to the community and nothing was there. I know that I didn't delete it and I Syd didn't delete it. I have no idea what happened, I am really sorry. We think that it may be livejournal-related and not realted to any of us, but we aren't sure. WE don't know who had the ability to do this besides us and the livejournal staff. |

| There's only one explanation to this.
Chris (Neko) started the _snitchseeker community in LJ...
Well, after the "events" in the past, you all know what that is, she has opted to be removed as a member of this site, so I think that it is best that she remove _snitchseeker from the list of communities that she made.
So the only best thing to do is create a new community, 'cause the old one won't be brought back. For sure. |

She stopped modding it a long time ago and gave the mods the password for it. If her involvement in the community would have had any kind of effect on its existence, it would have happened a long time ago.
It just needs to be re-activated. |

| Thanks for the info. Chris wouldn't just delete it seeing as she gave up her position as mod to it and gave it to Syd and Noelle. She would have said something to someone if she had deleted it.
It's more likely a technical fault. |

Graduated | The livejournal staff replied to my email. The account was deleted, and not by them. They suggested that if all the maintainers claimed to be innocent, someone had broken on to the account. They gave me special instructions for re-creating it and Syd and i will be making a (pretty much) all new community. We will post about it soon. It is a shame that someone was cruel enough to delete the account. We did lose all that information that Lauren had worked on. *sigh* |

| Oh that's terrible. Hmm. Do you mean like the user info and layout codes? You could ask Lauren if she kept a copy of them...
Oh well, thanks for working on a new one =] |

Oh well, thanks for working on a new one =] | I can ask Lauren. Yes, that was the sort of stuff that was lost. One problem:
We can't use the old name. Is there a certain name we should chose? |

Hogwarts RPG Name: Aschere Tonks Third | Those are good, I think Here's the one I thought of immediately, though I dunno if it amounts to much after Rovie's many suggestions : 'Snitchseekers'.
Glad to hear you're starting the community again - loads of members must have joined LJ because they saw it in someone else's siggy in SS. (me included!) |

So what's happening? Is someone going to make it or what? I'll do it if no one else has time.
Also, SnitchSeekers is a good name, except it's a bit like DM'ers - Darkmark.com's LJ community.... |

| Cool. Are we going to think of some more uses for it, things to put on there to make it more active?
Like Rovie said, if you need any help I'll offer. I practically live on LJ at the moment. |
