FanClub FanFiction Ideas

As you should all know, all of the Fanclubs are asked to put in their character's input to a Fanfiction that will be the members' version of Deathly Hallows. For more information and the rules, click here.

Do you have a wonderful idea for our section of the Fanclub Fanfiction? Post it here, I would love to hear from you, any suggestion that you might want included, any idea you would love to see portrayed, and if you feel the need to type it up, any specific scene you would be tickled pink to contribute to the story, please post it here.

What would we like to do with ours? Since it has to be from Lily's Point of View, the rules state so, do we want to bring Lily back from the dead? Do we want to just have it from her ghost's p.o.v.? Do we want to go back in time and show some of her past? Do we want to make Lily's spirit inhabit someone elses body for a day and communicate to Harry? What if Lily never hooked up with James, want to write about that?

Personally I think we should do a Lily from behind the Veil type of thing, her in the wizarding afterlife, watching over Harry as the 7th and final battle approaches, trying to guide him through things even tho she can't communicate with him directly. (those reasons I don't know of) But I think it would be cool to have her only able to speak to him in dreams, so he doesn't know if they're true or not, and doesn't believe half of them. Altho I think the taking over some other person's body for a day would be quite fun to write as well, but not very practical, as far as plots go

Keep it clean, all SS rules apply, lets discuss this civilly, and even if you think your idea is ridiculous and st00pid, post it anyways, because it could spark some inspiration in one of us to write out a scene of it.

Well, I would personally like it if it were Lily's life after her marriage.That would be nice.Or Lily's child age.With petunia and everything.

Okay, credit for this idea toterly goes to Harmony (Sacagawea) but I decided to post it. What if we did like an autobiography. Like, Harry goes to Godric's Hollow and after a thorough search of the house, he finds Lily journal of the years she was in the Order of the Phoenix and he uses information in it to help him defeat Voldemort and stuff... anyways... it was harmi's idea to do an autobiography, but I just added to it....

Well since the challenge itself is to write at least 7 FF chapters that would be the entire 7th book from your character's point of view, Harmy's idea wouldn't really work, considering that would be from Harry's point of view, or 3rd person, not Lily's. I like that idea too, but I just don't think it would fit in with the rules being what they are. Just in case some of you haven't read the rules, I shall edit the link to them into the first post, and you can also find them here.

marylandlily: Her marriage didn't last very long, because her life was ended pretty soon afterwards, so I just don't think we could get that much of a story out of that little of a topic.

Right then.Well, could we just imagine and do something.I mean, what if she had not died.And Harry was not the Boy who Lived.A complete story of what happens to her.Well, I think noone understood it or it is a stupid idea.Sorry if it is bad/not within the rules.

unless she comes back for like a day or something and helps Harry... but im not sure how we're gonna do that.

Pigwidgeon Mentioned Going Back To Her Childhood. That Would Be Pretty Rad I Think. Show Her Life As A Young Witch, Learning Spells And Magic, And Who Her Freinds Are, And What She Had To Go Through. Not Sure How Far Into Her Childhood We Should Go, But Its An Idea.

Or Not To Long Before She Got Married. How Life Was Before Getting Hitched To James.

okay... a Fanfic from Lily's point of view of her life? is that what you are suggesting?
What do you mean comes back for a day? comes back to life for a day, or comes back to him as a ghost? personallly I do like the ghost idea, because it it much more likely than coming back to life, and it would be funnier to write Harry's reaction to listening to a ghost only he could see... or something like that. We have plenty of ways to do write the fic, we just need to all agree on one...
It is an idea... an idea that could work, if we could come up with enough material for 7 chapters of a FF tho... life before marriage... is only what, until she was 20? gah, I'm so out of it lately, I don't even remember how old Lily was when she was killed...

Yeah I know... and we have 2 days to complete it... so I think I'll just do what I can, which won't be much, and turn it in...

Well, since there is NO MORE input on this thing, the LPFC FCFF is just going to be Lily's ghost helping Harry indirectly, dreams and whatnot.... thru the horcrux hunt.
