I dont know who's going to be killed, just as long as it isnt harry, ron hermione or malfoy they're my fave characters! maybe lupin and wormtail. all they outher marauders makes have been killed, they're the last ones left. who knows

will survive like in the first title of first book and Voldemort will die in the end. But apart from that, this newly published statement of Rowling confused me. I thought about all the hints of upcoming deaths, like the significance of names, the chess of , some characters preparing for their possible deaths, fair punishments etc. But every hint could now lead to the spared death character. And two very new ones will die. I am convinced that they are not the only main characters who die but they are additional ones. I hope that at least Hermione, Ron, Ginny, Remus and the Weasley parents will survive.

I have a feeling one of the deaths will be Remus Lupin. Reason being: Sirius and James have already died. James, Sirius, and Remus are the true Marauders, for a true Marauder would not sell out his best friends, meaning I at least don't consider Peter a true Marauder. If Remus dies, the true Marauders and Lily are reunited and watching over Harry.

I also have a feeling that a Weasley will perish, but not Ron. Maybe Molly? Every other parental figure in Harry's life has passed on, so it's logical.

I think Lupin and another Weasley will die. Possibly Hagrid, because it's kind of a trend for all Harry's loved ones to die sooo.

We all know that Voldemort will most likely die. So that's not a new death. I think it could be Ron or Hagrid.

But as long as she don't kill off Harry, Draco, or Snape, I'll be happy.

Ever since the HBP I have tried to figure out who will die in the last book. one name always comes to the surface Peter Pettigrew aka Wormtail. After that i'm not sure. Will Harry die I don't think so. Will Hermione probably not same with Ron. Ginny, possibly. But I think Harry will sacrifice himself to save Ginny. (Does the "protection" ever wear off?) After that I shall wait to see how the book ends. By the way is Dumbledore really dead?

You have a point there. Peter Pettigrew owes Harry a life debt. Maybe he'll sacrifice himself to save Harry. Who knows?

I don't have a clue who she is going to knock off next. There are just so many possibilities that you could probably find a way to kill all of the major characters, so there isn't really anything between the choices of people.

why I think Genny is going to die. Is harry is not gonna have enofe meaning to kill voldmort wiyh avada cadevra un less genny dies.

I heard it was Harry. Either it would be some type of Kamikaze mission, like in order for LVM to die, Harry has to sacrifice his life, or bc it would be hard for any other author to try and follow up on the series with the main character dead. I think Ron,Snape, Lupin and a student will die cuz, come on, this is the last book, and the last book done, no more! So I think that definately Snape will await his fate while Ron will die protecting Harry and then Harry will die later with ginny adn then before the duelling match remus and another student will die (so much isnt it, but thats my theory) Well, I think it will kindo of turn out like the last Matrix film (if youve watched it) where practically everone dies, cuz well it's the last book. Such a long series should be put straight..

I think thaone of the eaths will be Lupin, and then maybe Ginny. I have a feeling that Malfoy has told Voldemort how much Harry loves her, and LV will try to use her life as a barganing tool or something.

Didn't she say 2 more deaths...because I honestly think that more than 2 people (not originally planned to die) are going to die. And I do think that one of them is going to be Harry, but whether or not he is one of the "two". And also Voldemort.

Hmmm.....I think a Dursley might bite the bullet, also a non major character, one who has been metioned, but maybe no one really took notice of.

Harry- I believe he is a horcrux. That's why Voldie didnt finish him off yet, because he doesnt want to lose that specific part of his soul.
Ron- I love Ron and that would be very disappointing if he dies, but I have my reasons.

Even if Voldie dies, Harry has to too, because he is a horcrux.

Dumbledore was one, I believe thats why he didnt put up that big of a fight when he died.

I think Remus is probably gonna be cut and another Weasly as they have come so close before. I would really like Snape to go though of course.

To Me I Think Wormtail And Remus Lupin Would Die Cause Wormtail Betrayed Harry's Parents And If Harry Would Have Had The Chance He Would Of Killed Wormtail And I'm Counting Lupin Too Cause He's A Bit Worned Out And A Bit Old But Look James, Sirius, Wormtail, And Remus Were The Best Of Friends When They Were In The Marauders And Evertime Someone Gets Close To Harry They Die So James Is Gone And So Is Sirius. i hope it's Snape, after what he did to Dumbledore!!! Grrrrrrrrr and the second death might be Ginny Weasley since Voldemort is killing all of those who are closest to Harry, i mean i hope one of the deaths is Voldemort!!!

I think that the 2 add'l deaths are going to be Hagrid and Molly Weasley and the reprieve was prob Draco.

I think someone from the trio is going to die (probably Harry or Hermione b/c i think Ron was the reprive). Hopefully Voldie and Snape die. Most likely a Weasley (Ginny) and other important people close to Harry. Basically I think this book is going to be filled w/ death so no one can continue the series after J.K.

I so think it's going to be:

*Ron Weasley : Harry's best mate - wouldn't Voldemort want to use him, just as he used Ginny, to get to Harry? I'm sure Voldemort wouldn't mind killing him; as they say, the Weasley's are blood-traitors. And - Voldemort just likes killing...

*Neville Longbottom : The prophecy reffers to either this accident-prone boy, or to our wizarding hero Mr. Potter. Personally, I am inclined to think that Voldemort, or his Death Eaters, could find out that the rest of the prophecy, and discover the fact stated above: Neville OR Harry could have been Voldemort's "equal". Wouldn't they be afraid that, even if Harry is killed, Neville could still be a threat?
