I would guess that at least 1 student will die to show the extent of the war and that to Voldemort children are not sacred. As far as main characters, I'm not sure I want to speculate.

I think Snape will die to save Harry. And, I think one of the Weasleys will die.......but I'm not sure which.

I heard that Hagrid is supposed to die because he's the secret keeper for Dumbeldore's horcrux (which is Fawkes, btw)

I think harry potter will probally be killed off *sniff**sniff**cry* and either ron or Hermione will be nocked off

Snape. I hope Hagrid dies. but I'm pretty much certain I'm the only one. don't ask me why, but I suspect Kingsley might be the other one. I don't know why

i think will die because one of harry's best elderly friends died in both books 5 & 6 (sirius and ) so i think another one will go. also, neville or luna, not sure why, just got a feeling. maybe since they were around helping harry in the 5th at the ministry and in the 6th at hogwarts, so either might die this time if he helps harry again. although i hope somewhat that snape dies.

Lupin might die, and i think that Wormtail is going to have to " repay" Harry back for saving him in the PoA. Unless, JKR uses Pettigrew as a symbol that all evil exists ( as a symbol other than Voldemort). That way, all of the Marauders would be together.

i think Lucius Malfoy got the reprieve..one of my friends gave me that idea and i have to agree with him. unless, it was Wormtail.

I think it is Lupins because Voldemort is killing everyone Harry likes the most and Wormtail because Volemort must have known that Wormtail have to Repay Harry for saving him in his connection so he'll him too.

i think JKR is going to kill harry and voldemort...they will both die in the nd probably killing eack other...either that or it will be Pettigrew b/c of his debt like everybody else said..i really hope lupin doesnt die he's my favorite n i will bawl if he does
