My favorite is definitely 'The Tale of three brothers'. I'm sure its the favorite for lot of other people too because of its relevance to the Harry Potter series. Though , for me, the funniest was 'Babbity Rabbity' and the saddest and eeriest was 'The Warlock's Hairy Heart'.

Tales of Beedle the Bard book of children's stories by British author JK Rowling. He claims to be a storybook same name mentioned in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, the final book in the Harry Potter series.

Really difficult. EXTREMELY actually. I like each of the stories and the messages that come with them. If I had to choose a favorite, I think Tale of the Three Brothers JUST BARELY tops the list, not only because of it's importance, of course, but also because it's a very well-written and obviously extremely thought through story. That is followed closely by Babbity Rabbity and Fountain of Fair Fortunate. | |

I loved the animation of the tale in the movie and the importance to the last book in general is great. And I love the whole idea of the hairy heart too.

The Warlock's Hairy Heart--definitely reads like a Brothers' Grimm. Old-school fearsome morals.
I thought the stories were great and Dumbledore's commentary was interesting; my one complaint is its too short. This is supposed to be the classic book of stories that wizard parents read to their children; you'd think it would contain more than five stories.
