I love all of the new background. It's fascinating to see how some of the characters evolved in Jo's mind and how a lot of things in her life influenced what she wrote into the story. I wish I could just thumb through her two notebooks of ideas and backstories!!

I finally got my welcome e-mail last week and immediately set off to peruse the site. Right now it's somewhat limited during the Beta phase, and according to the Insider the Beta phase has been extended for a longer time period. Only the first book is available right now, I can't wait to delve into all the rest.
I love reading about all the background stories of characters and items from the book. It just fills in some spaces that I didn't know was missing.
I agree with those who say that the potion making is the hardest part. I have only been able to brew 2 successful potions and the rest (too many to mention lol) have been failures.
I got sorted into Hufflepuff... I know/knew next to nothing about this house, but I'm learning. I'm not a big fan of yellow though so that will take some getting used to. My screen name there is SickleOwl50  | |

Loving Pottermore. I got in pretty much early. Pottermore is actually amazing, the visual stories, J.K's thoughts, getting sorted, getting your wand etc..,  The one thing i like and hate equally is the potions making. It takes a long time to brew a potion with preparations made advanced in an confusing way with minimal amount of time and even if one ingredient is added wrong everything blows up or goes into waste n you loose house points. But the joy when a potion is brewed successful OMG. | |

Hmm... I reckon the dueling is rather fun, though my favourite parts of pottermore would be brewing potions, being sorted and getting your wand... I don't know how to choose so I guess I'd just pick sorting because I guess you expect it to be on of the most accurate out there, as it was created with help of J.K.Rowling herself so yeah  | |

My favorite part was being sorted! I've always though I was gonna be a Hufflepuff, but got Gryffindor. I was kinda shocked at first, but now I just love my house! =)
Second favorite thing would be getting my wand! I'm so proud of it xD it's made of vine wood, phoenix feather, 12 1/4 inches, quite flexible. I also love it, hah!
I really enjoy dueling as well! \o/ aaand reading new information! Gah, I love everything about it! =P

For me, it is getting background information on characters and objects. I loved going through all the scenes and finding and learning more. I thought some of it should have been included in the books!
