I do like how they have the lights on to tell u if someones on, and it does seem faster and i guess u cxould say cleaner, but i just loved the outline for the old one soo much , it was awsome! and i sent in a siggie to see if i could have it but now that a new site came up, i havent gotten a responce and my brother sent my siggie in for me lol oh well, i think u guys had some great ideas, but if you could combined that with the old one it would be awsome!

I like it a lot, people just need to get used to it! =). They need time, there are still some things that have to be added, but they are small details. I really DO like it! =). New SS rock!, SOO FAST!! =D

I use another site that has the same layout, so I know how to use everything (codes, smilies, forums personal settings etc). Which reminds me, i have a page with all the codes for vB servers... if a Mod./Admin wants to pin them in the prefect section or something..

I voted for the second option cuz I think that nothing could make SS bad! lol This site is way faster and cleaner, and easier to navigate. The siggies and avvies are a little confusing with the new rules, but that's all part of the adjustment, so it's ok. The mods and admins are obviously working really hard and long, to make sure it all goes smoothly *thumbs up* I did like the old layout, but the good reaaallllyyyy outweighs the bad in this case... especially since I caught a snitch today! Edit: And wow! I LOVE the "report bad post" button, that could come in handy... cuz some people are rude... they are not true SSers! lol

At first I was kinda sad, but now I like it a lot, I can finally do more than one thing while I'm SS, it used to always not being able to display if I was on MSN and stuff, but its awsome, and wicked fast,!!!

i really like it alot. but at first i wasnt so o sure about it. but now that i know what im doing its all good. but i have gotten lost a bunch, so i voted for the secod one.

My one is concern is that my subscriptions aren't being emailed to me? Is that not fully functioning yet? Or is my comp just retarded? Because that last ? is a major possibilty!

No, youre not the only one, i think all the subscriptions were cancelled, im not sure... either that, or they are still working on that part.

I think anybody that hates it has probably not followed along in this thread and read that all that was on the old site WILL be back in due time.

If you hate it, the only thing you could possibly be judging is the current skin (there are others to choose from) and the lack of some of the elements you were used to (which will return soon).

So, feel free to hate it all you want. But if you would just invest some time in it and follow along with the news around here you would know that this is only temporary and that it will only improve as time goes on.

My guess is that all old subscriptions have been lost.

You need to check your subscriptions list (in your profile) and find the ones you want and add them back.

Also, you can go into your settings and change it so each thread you post in will automatically be added to your subscriptions if you want.

You also need to specify if you want subscription notices mailed to you daily, weekly, or not at all. If you don't want them mailed to you, you can still check up on them each time you visit by going into your cp.

What do you mean by layout?
the side bar(s) will soon return. The front page (when it is finished) is MUCH iimproved over last time. The last color scheme is available here. So soon the entire site here will look almost exactly like the old one - if you choose. Just select the "clasic" skin and you're almost there.

I like the new one alot. But I haven't been on alot to explore it so I get a bit lost looking for somethings. I found them all today though.

Oooh, I didn't know the other skins are already ready! Wow, that was fasttt. But I think I like the green one the best.

well i liked the old ss. it was easy to use and the home page was better. but this ones cool, too. its faster and thats what really matters to me about the site. of course, i mean other than hp stuff. i just have to get used to it.
