This layout is sooo sterile and depressing... the worst colour choice ( I would like to be able to choose layouts with the House's colours)...sick of not finding anything... but the speed is good!

Yea, I agree. one thing I liked about SS was that it didn't have the typical depressing layout.

Yes! I'm just grateful that you're back at last! I've missed SS so much! But it reminds me of mugglenet now, only better. You're the only Potter Website that uses black on a light background which I really like, it's much, much easier on my eyes. It is wonderful that it is so fast as I was having a lot of problems with the old system, it kept saying page could not be found to me!

Does this mean I could´ve kept my old avatar if I only would´ve waited? By the way saw my ol´siggie in the User CP section as some kind of text-only-version(no smileys) only a few hours ago, but when I last looked there it was completely gone...

But you´ve had some exhausting days of hard work, so I have no right to complain. I don´t even want to complain. As somebody here said, maybe we shouldn´t comment much before seeing the final version. Me i dont like the new one! cuz i'm so use to the old one! and the old one had more colors and well just to let u know i cant find the chat if there is one! its jsut that it is really confusing right now! thats all!

It's really good, and really fast which I like that but I get lost sometimes. I will get used to it though.

I agree.... I hate not being able to see the news. I love the speed but I miss the old SS. Im confused.... Wheres the smilies? I dont like how my post number dropped like quite a few post.The little button that shows if the person is online is awsome.... and i miss my siggy.

Great speed BUT well i actually kinda like the new lay out. Like some one siad "no one will look at me wierd if on this site".

I appreciate the faster quality, but I would have to say I like the old SS a lot better.

I thought to forum page on the old one was a lot nicer...if only you could change it so this one was more like that one! It's too blue! I like the browns and other colors of the old SS!!!! Come back, ol' SS!!!!!!! I MISS YOU!

Now that I complained, this started to get slower than the old version, very strange... However, it´s almost better without those huge siggies, they made the whole place look a little bit like a shopping centre, though I liked some of them very much. Hope that some people´s oversized avatars are not going to stay that way (they fill the whole screen).

It's Okay, but I can't find the school!

We really shouldn't be whining about any of this yet... I don't think everything is quite finished yet. And they've put in alot of hard work for US, so I think we should give it a couple days as all the finishing touches are being made.

i mostly like the new ss. i love it after finding all my ff's and games. and after i figured out how to post in color and all that jazz. i definitely like the new ss.com better.
