I finished this book yesterday in the evening and i loved it. It was so sad and yet the best in the series. I've never cried in any book but I did in the part when he/she goes into the great hall and sees the bodies.... But I think JKR did an AMAZING job and i give her two thumbs up. But I felt that the epilogue wasnt in enough detail.

WOW! WOW! WOW! WOW! I don't think I can say that enough. I really felt that ____'s death was sad and not cool but other than that AWESOMENESS! Mrs. Weasley was great in that part and Neville was too. I thought the trio were all great in this too.

i abesolutely loved it!!!! i cried and i laughed and my mouth was open in awe and i felt like i didn't want to put it down, i loved it so much, i mean you should've seen me, i was walking through the house reading it, i ran into the frame of my door (ouch!!) and i stayed up all night reading it, it took me a day to read it. JKR didn't really leave it on a closing note, so i think that she's gonna make more, i really hope she does, cuz i really, really don't want it to end!!

I loved all the background information about Snape, Lily, and Petunia! But i didn't cry at all, unlike when Sirius died. The pages were get wet.

JK Rowling certainly didn't disappoint. I loved how so many things got connected.

Chapter 24 made me sob... and sob... and continue to sob. You get the picture.

by far the most rushed book in the series, it would jump around from time to time and didnt really give a good time frame in which everything was happening. after the sixth book being just a set up book for the 7th book, i was expecting more big battles instead of minor fights and ending with one big battle, which harry didnt even play a part in. for being the final book in the series it was a huge upset, the one thing it did answer for me is that harry really is a weak wizard and gets by on luck and the friends that follow him.

Even though I loved the book I was really hoping for a Harry/ Ginny and/or a Ron/Hermione wedding at the end. Besides that it was AWESOME

Default Awesome

This book is the best, all the revelations etc, and until the end you weren't sure who would die .A nerve wrecking last few chapters.

The Feeling That Its All Over Is Weird I Must Say. There Is No Book That Will Ever Live Up To The Harry Poter Series. The Epilogue Was The Most Unexpected , I Also Loved The Snape Dumbledore Parts As It Shows All Along They Understood Each Other , The Fact That Doubledore Put The Ring On Was Surprising As I Thought He Would Have Known What Would Happen. It Shows That Even The Greatest People Have Flaws. I Cried Lots At The Last Few Chapter Especially When Harry Is Walking Down To The Forest. I Was Shocked When I Thought Dumbledore Had Really Known That Harry Would Never Survived. It Is Trully The Best Book In The Series !

Eh, I've had better. Overall I did like it but I'm really hoping that in my haste during my initial read that I had imagined all of the gaping plot holes and terrible writing that I had come across. Now if you'll excuse me, I need to get some cavities filled after reading that sooper fanfictastic epilogue. Blech. Trees died for that ending? Perhaps if she didn't stuff OotP with as much Harry wangst and Midol moments and Ron's face-sucking extravaganza, this last book wouldn't have been so rushed and crammed and everything would have been spread out better. She should have taken more time with it. It could have been a lot better than what it was. Let's hope I get a different opinion on the second read but I have a feeling I'm just going to fall into one of the precipes that she left open.
